I went to see the Asakusa Samba Carnival after a long time in Asakusa. It is a long-established restaurant with a mix of Japanese and Western cuisine. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I felt it was the best choice to take foreign guests. Of course, Japanese people can also enjoy it.

I couldn't forget the abalone liver sauce, so I visited the restaurant again. This time, I had abalone from Chiba prefecture, which was really delicious and tender. The red snapper with Nankoume plum sauce and the lobster with Americana sauce were also delicious every time I tried them. Ending the meal with rice, miso soup, and pickles was comforting. I'm thinking of trying the gratin next time, but I wonder when that will be... I thoroughly enjoyed the abalone I wanted to eat. It was really delicious. Thank you for the meal.

The taste and atmosphere are both excellent. A long-established French restaurant in Asakusa called "Seafood French Cuisine Asakusa" will sincerely celebrate your birthday. The birthday person will definitely be moved. They serve everything you want to eat, such as lobster, abalone, and steak, and finish with thunder rice cake.

I want to use it for my friend's wedding celebration and birthday celebration. Anyway, the spirit of celebration is wonderful (when booking a course meal, they will arrange the tableware for celebration without additional charge). The tableware is decorated with the names of the celebrants, creating a fantastic atmosphere that gets you excited. Both dishes were very delicious (6,600 yen Senso-ji course): - Bread - Hors d'oeuvres (abalone, scallop, shrimp) - Baron potato soup - Fish dish (forgot to take a photo) - Refreshing sherbet - Grilled Tamura beef - Takikomi gohan, miso soup - Dessert, coffee or tea - Thunderous drink with champagne bottle and red wine glass ✖️4 They always took photos and videos at the perfect timing, making it the most wonderful restaurant I have ever used for celebrations. For a girl's celebration with 4 or more people, I think this restaurant is the best. Finally, they also print and hand over the photos taken by the restaurant staff. I will definitely use this place again for celebrations.

After visiting the grave with my relatives, an uncle in his 80s and an aunt in her late 70s, we had lunch together. The food was delicious (especially the tender meat was amazing!) and just the right amount, so we could enjoy it until the end. If there was too much food, it wouldn't taste as good halfway through. The uncle and aunt in their 80s were also satisfied, so I recommend it to elderly people as well. The atmosphere was calm, the food was delicious, and we had a happy time. Thank you for the meal.

The hospitality here is amazing. If you want to celebrate your friend or girlfriend's birthday, I highly recommend getting decorations here, as they will be very satisfied. The decorations are cute with lots of flowers, and they are very cooperative with taking photos. The timing of the courses and the taste are all satisfying. Treat your girlfriend or important friends like princesses on their special day at Tsukimiso.

A long-established French restaurant in Asakusa. Visited for a family celebration during lunch on a weekday with a reservation. The course menu includes appetizers, main dishes of meat or fish, and what's great is that you can eat with chopsticks even though it's French cuisine. The final course includes rice, incorporating a touch of Japanese elements, which is very Asakusa-like. They also coordinate for birthday celebrations.

I had a course of lobster at this restaurant. The French cuisine that can be enjoyed with chopsticks is a fusion of Japanese cuisine that values the ingredients. The attention to detail in the side dishes was evident. The poached South high plum sauce, abalone liver sauce, and lobster américaine sauce all highlighted the flavors of the ingredients, and I was very satisfied. I heard that the ingredients change with the seasons, so I would like to visit this restaurant each season.

It will be the best memory for birthdays and anniversaries. You can enjoy abalone, lobster, and steak all in one meal. The restaurant will celebrate with you wholeheartedly. Everyone was delighted. Oh, and all the food is incredibly delicious. It's located very close to the Kaminarimon, so you can visit the shrine after lunch. Also, a quick note, there is a coin parking lot behind the restaurant, but some people have been caught for driving the wrong way on the one-way street to get in. Please be careful not to do the same.

Delicious. This restaurant offers great value for the price. The tuna carpaccio with balsamic vinegar was excellent. The roll bread looked burnt at first, but it was actually perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The consomme soup had a rich flavor, and the pan-fried flounder was perfectly cooked. The main meat dish had a good amount of marbling and was cooked just right. The meal ended with sea bream rice, which had a slightly strong saltiness that I personally enjoyed. The miso soup with seaweed had a seafood-like crab miso aroma and a rich miso flavor, which was delicious. The dessert was a rich type of pudding that I liked. Coffee was served, followed by a light and tasty caramel corn-like dessert. The portion was satisfying. However, I feel that the restaurant's website lacks sophistication with its photos, which resemble a cabaret club rather than showcasing the food. I think using more photos of the dishes would be much better. Enjoy your meal!

After 20 years, my family (three generations) visited this restaurant together. We booked a seasonal course and a children's menu for the elementary school-aged children. During the reservation process, we received several phone calls, with polite responses regarding celebrations and children's menu options. On the day of our visit, my father and I wanted to drink alcohol, so we chose the "Kaminarimon Course" from the drink menu (four types of alcohol paired with the dishes and a champagne toast for 4200 yen). The children and my mother opted for soft drinks. It was wonderful! The main meat and abalone were easier to eat than before. All the dishes were lovely and delicious, making us want to come back again! The table and the restaurant's fresh flowers were beautiful, and my mother, who loves flowers, was delighted.

A long-established restaurant in Asakusa. It has a calm atmosphere and seems to have attentive service, making it a place where you can enjoy a leisurely meal. The overall taste was neither good nor bad, and the portion size seemed to be on the smaller side, perhaps catering to the elderly. The oyster gratin we ordered as an extra was a bit disappointing. It had a tomato sauce, but I thought a white sauce would have been a better match.

There is a single house restaurant near the Kaminarimon gate that looks inviting from the outside. It is part of the same group as Kura-san and Asatori-san, so the food is almost guaranteed to be good. However, the sherbet was as hard as a Garigari-kun popsicle and the meat was a bit tough and chewy. Despite these shortcomings, all the seafood dishes were delicious. If you prefer meat, I would recommend Kura-san, and for seafood, I would suggest Tsukimiso-san. Just my personal opinion.

I tried having lunch at a restaurant recommended by a colleague at work. I was the only one dining alone. There were no young people, just calm adults. The clientele is a good indicator of the quality of the restaurant. It was a cozy place. Despite the small space, there were plenty of servers, and the service was good. I enjoyed a small beer while waiting for my meal. I had a 4600 yen lunch. The timing of the dishes and the explanations from the servers were polite and smooth. I had salad, soup, bread with unsalted butter, fish dish, meat dish, rice, miso soup, pickles, dessert, and coffee. The bill came to 6000 yen. It was surprisingly not too expensive for a lunch. I wonder if they don't charge a service fee. It was a wallet-friendly French cuisine solo lunch.

I used it for dinner. The meat was delicious. I was impressed by the tenderness of the meat. The service staff were all very professional and made me feel very comfortable. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also good. I would like to visit again.

This is a shop that I love very much. My grandparents have been taking me there since I was a teenager, and I have a lot of fond memories. I am truly grateful for the staff's thoughtfulness. I used it for my parents' 70th birthday celebration. I often forget to take pictures, but all the dishes are always delicious. I want to go again soon ♡

Tsukimiso @ Asakusa French and Something's Marriage
We, Tokyo Hormones, always seem to imagine a wedding venue. Recently, our gatherings have been increasing, so after a long time, we wore suits and went to Tsukimiso, a French restaurant in Asakusa. The place is right near the Kaminarimon gate, in the Namiki Yokocho alley. They collaborate with a bridal shop, so there are flowers on the tables for photo shoots, which seems to be gaining popularity on Instagram. They also have yakitori and Japanese cuisine restaurants in the same company in Asakusa. The food was delicious, especially the abalone steak with liver sauce butter, which was not overpowering. The size was luxurious, and the bread and butter were delicious. We were surprised by the quality of the Matsusaka beef they used. The price was 11,000 yen per person, including tax but excluding service charge, which was quite reasonable for such a high-quality meal. The restaurant has a very casual and welcoming atmosphere, suitable for families. We would like to visit again. Also, the lounge on top of the hotel near Tsukimiso is recommended.

Visited for a birthday dinner. I had thought it would be a place perfect for Instagram photos even before visiting, and I was right. The seafood dishes were delicious, as well as the meat and the closing rice dish. Although not shown in the photos, the table decorations were elegant and the staff even prepared different decorations and lighting for the photos, going above and beyond in their service.

I attended a memorial service and it was great. The spacious private room had its own dressing room and toilet, which was very convenient. The location is close to Asakusa Temple, the staff were very friendly, and the food was amazing, especially the A5 grade Tamura beef that melted in your mouth - even the kids loved it.

I made a last-minute reservation for my family's birthday and visited this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was great. What surprised me the most was the presentation. Please look at the last photo I posted. The table was covered with flower petals, winter-themed decorations, and stuffed animals, all set up when we arrived. They also changed the setup every time we took a photo and provided unique lighting. It's a restaurant that is worth being moved by. The only thing that bothered me was that while the dishes were beautifully plated, they were overshadowed by the staff's presentation. The food was tasty, but neither the appearance nor the taste left a lasting impression.
