I tried the Aizu Yama Salt Story ramen in Asakusa Taharamachi on my way back from drinking. It was not your typical salt ramen, as it had a complex aroma of chicken and clam broth. It was my first time trying this flavor, and it was refreshing and delicious. The noodles were thick and curly, similar to Kitakata ramen noodles. It was really tasty.

I had been curious about this restaurant every time I passed by while running. I had been avoiding ramen as a late-night meal, but yesterday we decided to go and try it out. It was just as delicious as I had imagined from the pictures outside the store! It reminded me of the top 5 ramen in Shirakawa, Toradining. If I want to eat Fukushima ramen in the neighborhood from now on, I will come here. The dumplings were just okay. The photo is of the salt ramen. Next time, I'll try the spicy miso. Thank you for the meal~

I visited "Men-dokoro Wakamusha ASAKUSA" near Tsukuba Express Asakusa Station. I went around 14:00 on a weekday. There were few customers. A waitress was handling everything alone. Day: Weekday Arrival time: 14:10 Line: None (about 20% full) Waiting time: None Order: Aizu Yama Salt Story ¥850 Soup: Salt, umami, golden soup Noodles: Medium thick, flat, hand-kneaded noodles I ordered the Aizu ramen which is a salt-based ramen. The clear soup had a strong umami flavor and was delicious. The hand-kneaded noodles paired well with it, making it a ramen I really enjoyed. I would like to try a different ramen next time. Thank you for the meal!

I was indecisive about what to eat today, but I decided on tonkotsu ramen. I wanted to try Uribou, but when I arrived, they were closed for Obon holidays! Oh no... I was in a dilemma, so I changed my plans to try Kitakata ramen instead. It was located right across from Locks, and I wondered if it catered to inbound tourists based on the menu. I entered with some skepticism and ordered the salt ramen with extra Kyujyo green onions. The soup was delicious, full of flavor. The noodles were chewy and perfect. Simple is best, I must say. Without realizing it, there was a Caucasian guy on my left and a Chinese couple on my right. The location definitely attracts a diverse crowd, but it's great that everyone can enjoy this tasty ramen. I also tried the Chashu rice bowl mini, which was good, but a bit bland so I added some soy sauce and chili oil from the table. I almost drank all the soup, but I stopped myself because I want to have ramen again tomorrow! It was delicious - thank you for the meal!

■Cold Aizu Yama Salt Story (Summer Limited) 900 yen
It was too hot and I craved salt, so I was drawn to the words "cold ramen" and decided to enter the restaurant. I don't usually eat salt ramen, but I'm glad I chose this one. The salt flavor was not too strong, thanks to the 6 types of clam broth (although you wouldn't notice the clam taste unless it was pointed out). I was able to gulp down the cold, perfectly salty broth. At first, I thought it might be a bit lacking, but as I ate each bite, I found myself drinking the soup more and more. The moist and tender Aizu local chicken chashu with a hint of ginger (imagine tender chicken salad) added a refreshing touch and complemented the salt soup perfectly.
■Mochi Pork Gyoza 450 yen
What surprised me the most was the gyoza. I had been craving gyoza and beer before entering this restaurant, so I was inclined towards gyoza. Although I was torn between the gyoza and the hot spring egg rice bowl which was labeled as a specialty, I ultimately chose the gyoza. It wasn't really highlighted and I honestly thought it was a bit expensive, so I didn't have high expectations. However, it was incredibly delicious. The seasoning was well done, making it tasty on its own, and it was delicious with either soy sauce or vinegar and pepper. Most importantly, it was juicy. Whether this was due to the "mochi pork" effect or not, both the noodles and the gyoza were delicious.

After finishing up my errands in Asakusa, I was looking for a place to have lunch just before noon. However, every restaurant I passed had long lines due to the lunchtime rush. Tired of walking in the scorching sun, I noticed the words "Aizu" and remembered the delicious Kitakata ramen I had tried before. A few people were lined up outside a shop with the Aizu sign, so I joined the queue at the back. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I entered the shop and purchased the recommended Aizu Yama Salt Story from the ticket machine near the entrance. The shop had a ramen restaurant-like atmosphere with only a counter for seating. As I perused the menu, my bowl of ramen arrived. The soup tasted slightly different from Kitakata, but it was flavorful and easy to drink without being too salty. The medium curly noodles were smooth and had a great texture. The fatty char siu melted in my mouth and paired well with the broth. Before I knew it, I had finished my noodles and slurped up all the soup. It was a simple yet delicious bowl of ramen. I would love to come back and try a different menu item next time I'm in Asakusa.

This is Menya Wakamusha ASAKUSA. I don't think I've ever had ramen in Asakusa before, but I went to Wakamusha ASAKUSA. There were various menu options, but I tried the Aizu Yama Shio Monogatari. The noodles were curly and had a chewy texture. The soup was a combination of Aizu Yama salt, Aizu Jidori chicken, and six kinds of shellfish dashi, which was light yet flavorful. The portion size was small, so if you want to eat a lot, be aware of that. It's a good place to go after drinking. It's a delicious restaurant, and next time I want to try the shio ramen. #mealtime #Asakusa #ASAKUSA #ramen #AizuYamaShio #AizuJidori #shellfishdashi #beauty #beautiful #photo #photooftheday #habit #deliciousrestaurant ======= Menya Wakamusha ASAKUSA https://tabelog.com/tokyo/A1311/A131102/13236216/

I visited the warrior and had the summer limited edition "Chilled Aizu Yama Salt Story" (900 yen) with extra noodles. The soup was very clear! It was cold but delicious! The flavor was concentrated. When I tried the noodles, they were also delicious! They were firm and had a good texture. The chashu was also delicious as always! I finished it all in no time. Thank you for the meal.

I tried Aizuyama Shio Monogatari for the first time and it was amazing! Even though I was a bit hungover, as soon as I took a sip of the soup, it was delicious! I ended up finishing everything! I also tried a bit of the Niboshi Chuka Soba, which was also tasty! I'm curious about the Tori Paitan and other dishes, but the chashu was so delicious that I might try the Aizuyama Shio Niku Monogatari next time!

Fukushima ramen with salt ramen like Kitakata ramen is a representative dish. Tonight, I ordered the Black Niboshi Ramen. It had a sweet soy sauce soup. It came with a generous serving of 5 slices of char siu and plenty of green onions similar to Kujo Negi. The Kitakata noodles picked up the sweetness of the soup one by one. Thank you for the delicious meal.

On the way back from drinking at a small izakaya in Asakusa. Since the first place was focused on appetizers, I had decided in my heart to end with ramen and found a shop to enter. I bought salt ramen at the entrance ticket machine for 850 yen. The ramen I saw on the outdoor sign and the one in front of me both had a clear color, and they looked simple. However, when I scooped up the soup with a ladle and tasted it, I felt depth, including a hint of shellfish bitterness. The noodles were not thick, but they had a good firmness. The chashu was also melt-in-your-mouth tender. It went down smoothly even after drinking. I finished all the soup, thank you for the meal.

I visited the warrior ASAKUSA for the first time✨ After days of exhausting meetings, I wanted to eat ramen to relax my body and mind. I ordered the Aizu Yama Shio Monogatari (¥750) and added my personal favorite, 5 pieces of wonton (¥250) as a topping. The two female staff members were preparing the order efficiently. With their polite service and gentle demeanor, I had high expectations for the ramen at ASAKUSA. When the ramen was placed on the counter from a slightly higher viewpoint, the clear soup and aroma made me even more excited. The first sip of the soup was a delightful mix of clarity and rich flavor, the most delicious soup I've had this year. The noodles had a great flavor and paired well with the refreshing soup, providing comfort to my tired body and mind. The tender and flavorful chashu resonated with me as it was prepared with care. The wonton had a slightly weak filling but the chewy skin was enjoyable. I finished all the soup. Although I often visit Asakusa, I rarely eat in this area. I was delighted to discover this wonderful ramen shop✨ Despite the short visit, I felt rejuvenated and gained new energy and courage from this amazing bowl of ramen.✨ I look forward to visiting again✨ Thank you for the meal✨

Fukushima chicken white broth dipping noodles, a specialty with 1000 hot spring eggs, and a small pork rice bowl for 550 yen. Before the Nishiyamato lecture. The dipping noodles are slightly spicy, so be careful. The taste is average. The pork rice bowl was delicious. The sauce, barley rice, and meat were satisfying. Maybe I was just hungry and that's why it tasted good. I felt that it was of high quality as a ramen shop bowl. However, the dipping noodles were just average, and there are other regular delicious shops in the area, so I rated it a 3.

I always order the chicken white broth ramen at a famous restaurant located on the Asakusa side of the Tsukuba Express line! It seems to be a popular place, but I never have to wait in line and the atmosphere is always easy to enter. I really like the wheaty taste of the noodles! The staff are not very energetic, which is a bit of a concern, but overall it's a great place!笑

I went to "Wakamusha" in Asakusa. I don't eat Kitakata ramen often, but I was intrigued by it on the menu. I ordered a ramen with plenty of chashu. It was a satisfying bowl that I drank up completely.
