The bottom touching the hot plate was hot though. The helmet sauce, which is a demi-glace, was a bit salty. It came with sliced onions, oil pasta, and fried potatoes, but overall, the flavors didn't come together well, giving me the impression that it wasn't up to the level of a Western-style restaurant.
