There is a variety of alcohol and the dishes are course meals, but as someone who is not originally particular about organic, I didn't find the atmosphere to be very exciting. I'm happy that Grip Group, an organic restaurant, has opened and it did not disappoint. They offer a menu where you can choose various items to create your own course. The portion size is just right, not too small. The anchovy and cheese on bread, elegant clam chowder, and high-quality vegetable appetizers were all delicious. The Angus beef steak was the best, and the chewy pasta with different types of shrimp cream was amazing! They have three types of orange wine, which is a nice touch. You can also buy frozen take-out food like donuts, bread, and ice cream. You can also use the store without dining in. I bought coconut ice cream and it was 80% coconut, which was not my preference as I like it less sweet. The dressing was also good, but having to pay separately was a bit of a hassle. The total bill for two people was 18,000 yen. The food and drinks can be slow to come out, so it's a bit on the pricier side. It's not a place for a casual drinking atmosphere.

Since last year, in September, I meet up with old classmates at Racine Organic on the second floor of Trad Mejiro in front of Mejiro Station. Everyone comes to events, so afterwards we enjoy coffee and pancakes here for the second time since last year. I had fluffy and delicious pancakes, but there were three of them, which was a pleasant surprise. It would be even better if there was some latte art on the coffee since the place is so stylish. Using organic ingredients makes me feel safe and happy to eat here, but I wish there were more options on the menu. Overall, the place is spacious and nice, and we had a fun time chatting and enjoying the food. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I love bread, so it was very delicious. I chose the salad lunch, but it was sold out so I had onion soup instead, which was a bit too salty. That was disappointing. However, I thought the set price was reasonable because it came with a drink, a generous amount of bread, and a good portion size.

I had a salad and pasta. The salad was overpriced at 1700 yen, haha. It would be better to at least add some more green leafy vegetables for volume. I understand they focus on quality ingredients, but this feels more like a side salad. The pasta was okay, nothing special. It's not bad, but it's not great either.

You cannot make lunch reservations other than for the course menu. The restaurant opens at 11 o'clock, and I went right at opening time without any issues getting a seat! I had the image of La Racine being focused on vegetables, so I ordered the wreath salad and a homemade plum soda. The soda was delicious!!! I also bought some donuts to take home on my way out. It turned out to be a slightly luxurious lunchtime experience.

La Racine Organic in Mejiro. This is a restaurant & food shop located on the second floor of the traditional Mejiro station. It is a sister store of the popular bistro "La Racine" in Ikebukuro. I visited during the cafe time from 2 to 5 pm. As soon as you enter, you will see donuts and financiers for sale. I decided to order from the cafe menu. I was intrigued by the Pudding a la Mode on the menu, so I ordered it. Served in a classic dish with a nostalgic atmosphere. The pudding is surrounded by ice cream and lots of fruits. Pudding a la Mode is vibrant and makes you feel cheerful. I enjoyed it while savoring different parts. The bistro dishes also look delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I had some business in Mejiro in the afternoon and wanted to enjoy a leisurely lunch alone. Despite the intense heat, I wanted to take care of my health, so I decided to visit "RACINE ORGANIC" at "TRAD Mejiro" in front of Mejiro Station. Since I was dining alone, I was offered a choice between a large low wooden table and a tall white counter, and I chose the counter where I could overlook the restaurant. I was lucky to have an open kitchen next to my seat, and watching the chefs at work was very enjoyable. Initially, I was planning to order the "Seasonal Wreath Salad," one appetizer, a drink, and dessert... but then I saw the "lunch course" which seemed appealing, so I decided to go for the weekend lunch course. You can choose one pasta dish from three options, and the rest of the course is built around that choice. The bruschetta and antipasto were both seasoned in a way that stimulated my appetite even in the scorching heat, and they were delicious. I wished I could have ordered wine at this point (but I had other plans...). I chose the pasta dish with small shrimp and asparagus in basil cream sauce. It was spaghetti about 1.5-6mm in thickness. The pasta was well coated with the sauce, the small shrimp were refreshing, the asparagus had a perfect crunch, and the black pepper was just right. For dessert, you can choose one of the ice creams sold in the restaurant. I chose the frozen yogurt with Nanko plum, which was perfect for the summer. It was really good. *While observing the kitchen and the dining area, I realized towards the end of my meal that the restaurant was run by female staff only. Despite not explicitly feeling this, there was a subtle sense of attentive care, making it a lovely place. (If this restaurant were near me, I would definitely visit for lunch on a weekday.)

I arrived around 1 pm on a weekday and was seated within a few minutes. Last time, I sat on the terrace with a friend, but this time I sat at a large counter seat alone. The wreath salad looked so vibrant when it was brought to me, which got me excited. I enjoyed it with plenty of special dressing. I thought the croissant and bread might not be enough, but the salad had a good volume, so it was just right. The cream and jam were also plentiful! I could enjoy my meal in a calm atmosphere. There were quite a few solo female customers.

On weekends, there is a high possibility of being fully booked! I tried to make a reservation the day before, but it was already full, so I visited before 12 o'clock on the day. I was able to get a terrace seat! It wasn't too hot that day, so I was able to spend a comfortable time on the terrace. On the way back, I took out the donuts that I was curious about. The donuts had a variety of textures to choose from! I especially liked the one with coconut on top and the one with apple inside the dough!

Located on the second floor in front of Mejiro Station, "RACINES ORGANIC" is an organic restaurant that focuses on casual menus as an all-day dining concept. The restaurant's concept in Mejiro is "casual, simple, and meticulous." Opening at the end of 2021 as the fifth branch of Racines on the former site of Royal Garden Cafe, "RACINES BREAD&DONUT" is also available. Racines was born as a bistro with a bakery in Ikebukuro in 2010. Managed by Grip Second, Racines also operates "RACINES Boulangerie&Bistro" in Ikebukuro, "Racines FARM to PARK," and "Sheシー" in Hibiya Shante, offering Japanese cuisine, international fusion dishes, and more. Their pride lies in their pesticide-free, additive-free, and naturally leavened freshly baked bread. "RACINES" means "roots" in French. The lunch menu features signature salads, pasta, and pancakes, among others. They also offer courses and sets. A must-try is the "Seasonal Wreath Salad" with a variety of fresh vegetables arranged in a wreath shape, including potatoes, lotus roots, tomatoes, snow peas, green beans, broccoli, yellow carrots, carrots, celery, purple cabbage, onions, wheat, cauliflower, and lettuce. The salad is dressed with Racines' special dressing made from onions and perilla leaves, enhancing the flavors. The "Grip Natural Dressing" is available for purchase at any Grip Group location and is a completely additive-free dressing made from new onions from Awaji Island, organic perilla leaves from Hiroshima, and "Fukujuso Soy Sauce" from Tokushima. The set also includes two types of bread, homemade jam, and whipped butter. The elegant croissant with 12 layers is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, while the mountain bread uses French-made dough. Enjoy a mild iced coffee with attentive service from the friendly staff. Conveniently located in front of Mejiro Station, Racines is a great spot for meetings or quick lunches.

Today's lunch at Salad Ranch is a monthly treat for me. For 1600 yen, you get a salad bowl, homemade bread, soup, and coffee. The salad includes purple cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, walnuts, lotus root, beans, broccoli, chicken, sweet potatoes, shrimp, and leafy greens all chopped up. The salad dressing is gentle and light with a smooth oiliness. The croissant and focaccia are large, crispy, and fluffy, served with a butter and strawberry sauce that is addictively delicious. The soup today was a clear consommé with carrots, onions, and shiitake mushrooms, refreshing yet rich and flavorful. Ah, I'm glad I came here again this month.

Located on the second floor of Trad Mejiro in front of Mejiro Station, Rasine is a very popular restaurant with multiple locations in Ikebukuro. The spacious interior allows for easy seating even with a stroller. The terrace seats offer a view of trains, making it a great choice for kids who love trains. We reserved the 2800 yen course this time. The cheese bruschetta with its enticing aroma of cheese, the crispy fried bread for the appetizer, the sautéed Tokushima lotus root with balsamic, meaty mushrooms, root vegetable pickles, marinated octopus and cucumber - all had a refreshing taste. The salad consisted of 15 different ingredients such as quinoa, walnuts, and mizuna. For pasta, you can choose between Neapolitan, tomato sauce, or cream sauce. We opted for the bacon and plenty of mushrooms with ripe tomato sauce. The portion was generous. For dessert, we went to the ice cream case near the entrance and chose apple gelato. It had a rich flavor and was light and delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the restaurant in bad weather and was worried I might miss dinner, but the staff kindly welcomed me even though it was close to the last order time. The bruschetta and marinated rape blossoms were delicious and paired well with white wine. After a long day at work, I was exhausted, but the gentle flavors really hit the spot. The salmon had a crispy skin and was cooked just right, it was truly delicious! The sauce was light and I definitely want to order it again. Since it was late, I even received bread as a souvenir. I will definitely visit again.

Salad lunch!! Finally~ Today, there was roasted duck included. With organic vegetables like watercress, kale, grilled sweet potato, walnuts, cherry tomatoes, oranges, and other fruits full of vitamins, it is incredibly delicious. Eating it with a crispy croissant makes the bread taste even better. The shiso dressing goes well with everything, so it's so delicious that you can't help but pour too much. I had a great time again today.

I came to RACINES in Mejiro, which is known for its traditional atmosphere. I had been curious about the Leek Salad I saw on Tabelog, and I'm so glad I finally visited. The salad was fresh, the dressing was delicious, and the bread was tasty. The interior of the restaurant is stylish and spacious, making it a comfortable place to dine.

The spacious interior of the shop creates a gentle and relaxing atmosphere, making you feel soothed just by being there. I randomly stopped by for lunch and it was a great choice! I ordered the Onion Gratin Soup set and the dressing on the salad was delicious, so I ended up buying some to take home! The dressing made with basil and onions would go well with meat too. The bread was also tasty, and of course, the gratin soup was perfect! It was filled with plenty of bread and cheese, leaving me feeling satisfied. The croissant, with a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior, was also delicious. You can also buy bread here, so I couldn't resist getting some as souvenirs.

I went to this restaurant for weekend lunch. The weather was nice and starting to get a little cold, so I thought it might be the last chance this year to enjoy the terrace. I ordered the Spring Cabbage and Bacon Tomato Sauce Pasta for 1400 yen, the Seasonal Wreath Salad for 1400 yen, and the Chicken Fillet Fry for 1100 yen. The prices were a bit high for lunch, but I guess it's expected in the area near Mejiro Station. The interior of the restaurant was stylish and spacious, creating a nice atmosphere. The menu was also chic, attracting mostly female customers. It was quite lively inside with the chatter of female customers. On weekends, you can also see families with children. The pasta was cooked slightly softer than al dente, with a well-balanced flavor of tomato sauce, spring cabbage, and bacon. The chicken fillet fry used fresh meat and was fried to be slightly rare inside, which I liked. It was delicious. However, the tartar sauce was a bit too sweet, so I wish it had a bit more acidity. The Seasonal Wreath Salad had a wonderful presentation with vibrant colors. They say you eat with your eyes first, and I definitely felt happy just looking at it. The restaurant had many seats and was popular among groups of women, so it was a bit noisy with all the talking. It may not be the best place for those looking for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Nevertheless, overall it was a very enjoyable dining experience!

Today, I went to lunch with my sister. I really like the spacious atmosphere of this restaurant ❤️ During lunchtime, it was predominantly women! I wonder if it's popular among local moms? At night, there are families and men as well... I had a salad lunch with bread and onion gratin soup. The dessert, a classic rich pudding, was delicious as always.

My recent favorite shop serves dishes made with organic ingredients. My favorite is the Campanile. The rich pudding has a taste that becomes addictive. You can also take out bread, donuts, and ice cream. The spacious and relaxed atmosphere of the shop is nice. The food is also quite delicious.

Today was our first family cycling outing! We stopped by for lunch at this place. The interior was spacious with plenty of seating, making it a relaxing atmosphere. I ordered pancakes and French toast. I also tried the craft cola for my drink, and it was delicious! The touch of ginger in it was really nice. Personally, I thought the French toast was very delicious. I want to eat it again! My daughter has an egg allergy so she couldn't eat it, but hopefully she can overcome it someday and we can enjoy it together. Thank you for the meal. We will definitely come back!!

On a holiday around 6pm, I visited a spacious restaurant with plenty of seating, including terrace seating. They also sell donuts and bread. The menu had a limited selection, so there weren't many choices. I ordered the Summer Red Salad, Fried Chicken, and Genovese. They were delicious, but I wish there were more options on the menu. Thank you for the meal.
