In Setagaya-ku Matsubara, it feels like it's close to Meidaimae Station. It's a small deli shop that operates quietly in front of the university, almost like a private residence. They mainly sell by weight, but also have some items in packs. I ordered 200g of their sweet and sour pork made with premium pork, which cost 604 yen. The dish had a strong sour taste with chunks of bell peppers, green peppers, and meat. I found the flavor to be good, but the meat was slightly tough and dry. The owner also gave me a cabbage pickled dish as a service, which was also refreshing and tasty with shrimp on top as an accent.
