This is an Asian deli located on the basement floor of Lumine Kitasenju. I purchased the grilled spear squid and crispy burdock salad for dinner. I enjoyed it with a refreshing gochujang dressing. The salad contained spear squid, burdock, Korean seaweed, purple onion, red bell pepper, lettuce, and mizuna. The flavor of the Korean seaweed was excellent, and the different textures of the spear squid and burdock were delicious. The aftertaste was also refreshing, making it a fantastic salad.

I visited the Lumine Kitasenju store in search of a salad. I chose the seared tuna and avocado salad. It was a bit pricey at 500 yen for 100g, but I was drawn to the generous amount of seared tuna. The avocado helped to eliminate the fishy taste and overall, it had a refreshing flavor. Next to the salad section, the popular shrimp dumplings were on sale for 10% off. I couldn't resist and ended up buying three. They were normally priced at 200 yen each. I was hungry, so I ate them as soon as I got home. Afterwards, I regretted not heating them up before eating.

On a certain weekday night, I bought some deli items at the Asian Salad Fusion Lumine Kitasenju store located underground at Lumine Kitasenju. They have a variety of Asian deli items available. ●Salmon trout and avocado fresh spring rolls ¥450 Garlic and chili-flavored watercress (¥420/100g) ¥275 Baby turnips and daikon with yuzu peel flavor (¥360/100g) ¥205 They provided a cooling pack for me. Enjoyed at home. Actual tasting! Salmon trout and avocado fresh spring rolls: Salmon and avocado with plenty of vegetables in fresh spring rolls topped with dressing. It's a shame that there's no cilantro, but the golden combo of salmon and avocado is still delicious. Garlic and chili-flavored watercress: Crunchy watercress stir-fried with garlic and chili. It's not spicy, but it's delicious. Baby turnips and daikon with yuzu peel flavor: Baby turnips and daikon with yuzu, accented with Sichuan pepper, taste great. It was a convenient store where you can easily buy delicious Asian deli items. Thank you for the meal.

Let's find something delicious in the basement of Kitasenju Lumine, even though there are few shops here. I found a promising shop with Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. I bought Thai-style yakisoba Pad Thai for 600 yen and Vietnamese fried spring rolls for 240 yen each. I'm looking forward to dinner. Now, let's dig in. First, the Vietnamese spring rolls. I bought them for lunch and it's been about 7 hours, but the skin is still crispy. The texture is quite different from Japanese spring rolls, and it's surprisingly delicious. It contains various ingredients like glass noodles and black fungus, with a unique blend of spices that I've never tasted before. It's a complex flavor that's hard to describe. Next is the Pad Thai. This is also my first time trying it. It's like Thai yakisoba made with thick rice noodles, shrimp, and chives. It's also delicious. The flavor is new to me, with a hint of sweetness and unfamiliar spices. As a beginner in Thai and Vietnamese cuisine, I'm getting interested. Even though I'm not good with spicy food, I think I can handle it. The prices are reasonable too. I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal.
