The noodles had a chewy texture, and it felt like they were not just boiled dry noodles. The amount of bacon, shimeji mushrooms, and sauce was generous, and the quality was quite high. Inside, there are suits on display, which ties in nicely with the restaurant's name. I arrived at 9 o'clock and the atmosphere was calm. The prices were reasonable and the overall vibe was very welcoming, making it seem like a place you could visit regularly. I ordered carpaccio, salad, pasta, pork, and dessert. The carpaccio was thickly sliced and had a strong olive oil flavor. The bouquet salad looked cute, but some of the leaves were wilted, which was disappointing. The bolognese pasta was delicious with chewy noodles, but surprisingly sweet. The pork dish with onions and sauce was tasty, but the meat was a bit dry. The dessert consisted of tiramisu and pudding, with the pudding being particularly delicious. Overall, I felt like the food didn't quite match the ambiance of the restaurant, but this is just my personal opinion. It's possible that the chef was tired because it was close to closing time.
