On my way back home, I was in Tennoji and had been craving ramen since the day before, so I searched on Tabelog for a ramen place. As a fan of chicken white broth, I decided to go to this place. Even though it's located on the 1st floor of VIA Abeno Walk, it wasn't listed on the mall map for some reason, making me wonder if it had closed down. But Tabelog was updated, so I wandered around for about 15 minutes with a puzzled look on my face. After looking at the exterior photo, I finally found the place. It was a Sunday before 1 pm, so I was prepared to wait in line. Sure enough, there were 6 people ahead of me, and I got into the shop after about 30 minutes. The soup had both pork and chicken options, but I had decided on chicken white broth. I was torn between salt and miso, but the staff recommended miso, so I went with that. The ramen was priced at 890 yen, which seemed quite reasonable to me. You could choose from 6 types of noodles, and I opted for homemade hand-kneaded noodles. There were free toppings available, such as extra noodles, half-seasoned egg, and extra vegetables. I chose the seasoned egg and extra vegetables. The presentation was very stylish! The soup was rich and the miso flavor was strong, making it quite heavy on an empty stomach, but it was delicious, so I managed to finish it all! The noodles were perfectly coated in the soup, so tasty! While eating, I realized that my seasoned egg was missing, but I didn't want to bother mentioning it as the staff member who took my order was a foreigner, and I was already full. Creamy but with a strong miso flavor! Maybe that's why I couldn't taste much of the chicken essence. So next time, I want to try the salt flavor, but I'm not sure if I want to wait in line again. Overall, it was a ramen place with a bit of a wait, only counter seating, and slow turnover. It seemed like they were short-staffed.
