I found a long-established bakery that has been in business for 103 years through Fusse! Fusse is a popular bakery not only in Fusse but also in Higashi-Osaka. The name of the bakery is "Kintaro Pan," quite an impactful name, right? The bakery is located near the Kintaro station and don't underestimate it as a bakery that produces a large quantity of bread. The exterior looks like a typical local bakery in the city. Inside the small shop, freshly baked bread is lined up tightly! Surprisingly, they offer a wide variety of bread ranging from hard bread to side dish bread and sweet bread. This sight will surely make bread enthusiasts go into a bread high. After some hesitation, I chose some popular bread items. The prices are reasonable and there is a clear explanation on the price tags. The brioche, black & white chocolate bread, spicy curry bread, chili sausage curry cheese naan, salt butter bread with red bean margarine, and rustic bread with semi-dried fruits and nuts were all delicious with their own unique flavors. The brioche, their specialty product, is a must-try! It is made with a blend of various butters and margarines, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The chocolate bread was also delightful, almost like a dessert. It uses Belgian chocolate, making it a high-quality treat. The rustic bread had a nice texture, not too hard, and was filled with figs, prunes, berries, walnuts, macadamia nuts, and cashew nuts. It was perfect for a snack! All the bread was delicious, and there were many other bread items that caught my eye, so I would love to visit again when I'm in Fusse. It's more like "bread I want to eat now" than "bread for tomorrow." Thank you for the meal!
