I had a hamburger steak with seasonal mushroom steak, and it was exceptionally delicious. They mentioned that they start by making the ground meat themselves, and the difference in taste was noticeable. It might be a matter of personal preference, but this was the best hamburger steak I've ever had.

I finished my errands around 11:30 near Tokyo Station and was looking for a place to have lunch. It was crowded during lunchtime on a weekday, but this place was relatively smooth. Maybe I got lucky with the timing, but the ticket system here was convenient. I only had to wait for 5 minutes before entering, ordering a Japanese-style hamburger steak with rice. The food was served in just 5 minutes. The hamburger was juicy and delicious, and it came with a whole baked potato which was very filling. It was surprising to have mustard on the side, but it added a refreshing touch and tasted great when dipped in between bites. Thank you for the meal.

This is my first time visiting this place. I remembered there used to be a Tsubame Cafe at Hakata Station (completely unrelated...). The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm and spacious, giving off a relaxing vibe. I ordered the "Seasonal Vegetable Hamburg Steak for 1,460 yen including tax". It was a grated hamburg steak topped with large eggplants and bell peppers. The potatoes were also quite big (although they were small, there was a whole one). The sauce for the hamburg steak was a ponzu-based sauce, and it also came with mustard. This was my first time trying hamburg steak with mustard. The hamburg steak was around 200g. It took a little while to prepare after ordering. It was cooked thoroughly, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, very delicious.

Before boarding the Shinkansen, I had an early dinner here. This is my second time at Oazo, and it is very convenient as they are open all day. Surprisingly, I arrived before 5:10 PM and it was still lunchtime. I was able to sit comfortably as it was not crowded. I ordered the signature Swallow-style hamburger steak with rice and a Bitburger Premium Pils beer. Initially, the drink menu was not available, but when I asked, a very friendly and cheerful staff member brought it to me. They kindly explained the beer and asked if I was okay with German beer. The hamburger steak came wrapped in aluminum foil. I wasn't sure where to open it, but I opened it in the middle. The steam rose and it looked delicious! The demi-glace sauce was plentiful. The potatoes on the side were also delicious. The beer, although German, was very easy to drink and tasty. Tokyo Station is usually crowded and overwhelming, but this place felt like a different world. I had a relaxing and enjoyable meal here. Thank you for the meal.

On a weekday evening, I felt like having hamburg steak, so I came here. It had been a while since my last visit. The restaurant was not too crowded, and I was seated at a booth. The air conditioning was a relief in the heat. It seemed like the main customers were young men, but there were quite a few couples as well. I ordered a regular beer, tomato salad, and swallow-style hamburger steak. The beer came in a metal glass, which added a nice touch. The tomato salad was served whole and had a refreshing acidity that was perfect for the hot weather. It paired well with the beer. After about 10 minutes, the hamburger steak wrapped in foil arrived. When I opened the foil, it looked like the hamburger steak was topped with beef stew. There was also a side of potatoes. Both the hamburger steak and potatoes were delicious. The beef stew added depth to the dish. The beef itself was a bit on the smaller side. The grilled potatoes were a nice touch. The hamburger steak was satisfying and fulfilled my craving. However, the total cost of over 3000 yen was a bit on the expensive side. Overall, it was a good meal.

It's been a while since I visited Tsubame-san. The white sausage was delicious. The Caesar salad was refreshing and easy to eat. The Japanese-style hamburger I ordered seemed a bit overcooked, but my companion's was just right and had a nice fluffy texture. Tsubame-san is a place I occasionally crave, and the food was tasty and easy to eat. Surprisingly, the baked potato side dish was also really good! Thank you for the meal.

I went to a Western-style restaurant called "Tsubame KITCHEN Marunouchi OAZO" near Tokyo Station to try their Hamburg steak, a dish that carries the nostalgic and delicious taste of the past. Upon entering the restaurant, I could see the busy chefs working in the open kitchen. The seating was spacious and comfortable. I ordered the Pepper Steak with Pork Loin for 1,705 yen, the Japanese-style Hamburg Steak for 1,397 yen, and a side of rice for 220 yen. The dishes arrived in about 15 minutes. The Pork Loin Pepper Steak was surprisingly thick and juicy, with a strong black pepper flavor that paired well with the sauce. It was delicious and satisfying. The Japanese-style Hamburg Steak was also juicy and flavorful, made with a blend of Kumamoto red beef. It came with a whole potato that was soft and buttery. Overall, the meal was delicious and I enjoyed it. Thank you for the meal!

Visited the restaurant based on my wife's recommendation. Arrived around 18:00 on Friday and was told there was a wait for 2 groups. Waited about 15 minutes before being seated. Opted for the luxurious salad made with whole tomatoes, an assorted plate of sausages, and the famous wrapped baked hamburger. The tomatoes had a refined taste and were devoured quickly. The cost performance was great at just over 300 yen. The assorted plate allowed us to enjoy various flavors, although it could have used a bit more contrast in taste. The hamburger was absolutely delicious! The minced meat had just the right amount of texture and was juicy. I wanted to dip the sauce into the bread, but settled for rice instead. Although it was a bit pricey being in the Marunouchi area, it was a place I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal!

I went on a rainy Sunday around 7pm and was able to get in without waiting. I ordered the main attraction, the Tsubame Grill-style hamburger steak. It was not just overflowing with juices, but packed and fluffy, making it delicious. It comes with a whole potato, so it's quite filling. For dessert, I had pumpkin pudding. It was a firm pudding that left me satisfied.

Swallow-style hamburger steak for 1947 yen, Tomato Farsi salad for 418 yen. Visited around 8:30 pm on a weekday. Last order for food is until 9 pm. The interior of the restaurant has box-type 4-person tables and 4-person tables with partitions, with about 10 tables in total. There were about 2 groups of customers before us. The menu includes 4 types of hamburger steaks, 5 main dishes, 8 appetizers, 4 salads, and 2 desserts. I ordered the Swallow-style hamburger steak and the Tomato Farsi salad. The Farsi salad was served in about 2 minutes. It consisted of a whole peeled tomato with plenty of orange French dressing, filled with chicken salad. The hamburger steak was served in about 12 minutes, wrapped in aluminum foil and accompanied by potatoes, bell peppers, and watercress. The aluminum foil was hot, and I was instructed to open it with a fork and knife, but I couldn't manage it and ended up opening it with my hands. Inside, the hamburger steak was generously topped with beef stew. The hamburger steak was packed tightly with finely ground meat, making it very meaty. When eaten with the beef stew, the richness and depth of the stew combined well, resulting in a delicious taste. The beef stew contained a piece of beef and green beans. The beef was well-cooked, tender, and delicious. The potato was large and had a substantial volume. It was soft enough for the knife to slide in easily, with a slightly moist and smooth texture.

Tomato Falafel Salad -> The dressing is delicious. The combination of coleslaw and tomatoes is tasty, and you can eat as many as you want. Rice -> It is Koshihikari rice. It is soft and very tasty. It was a rice that went well with the main dishes. Pork loin pepper steak -> Surprisingly large and thick meat. The spiciness of the pepper is effective, and the sauce makes the rice go down smoothly. The meat was tender and delicious. The fatty parts were also sweet and delicious to eat.

Arrived at 14:10. Asked the staff what "Hamburg" on the menu was, and they said it's like a hamburger. Ordered the Japanese-style Hamburg steak (1,386 yen) with a tomato salad (176 yen). Asked for extra rice. First, the tomato salad arrived and it looked cute. The Hamburg steak arrived at 14:22. Tasted it and it had a nice flavor typical of a Western-style restaurant. The ponzu sauce paired well with the Hamburg steak. The most surprising part was the potato. It was incredibly soft, almost like mashed potatoes. The tomato salad was easy to split in half with a knife, and it had a main onion salad inside. The combination of tomato and onion was really good. The rice was soft and chewy, just the way I like it. Finished the meal, paid, and left the restaurant. Noticed a steak in the showcase outside and got interested in the pork loin steak with pepper flavor. Next time, I'll try that! Thank you for the meal.

I thought people were coming to eat Western food, but many were actually drinking a lot. I had a simmered hamburger in a spacious and lively restaurant. The sauce was delicious and the hamburger was well cooked! However, it didn't leave a strong impression as a hamburger.

The hamburger steak is soft and juicy, and the demi-glace sauce is rich in flavor. I hope Tsubame Grill will expand to Osaka, but the prices are quite high. The large size hamburger steak and rice I ordered this time cost around 2500 yen, so it may not be easily accepted. But I definitely want them to expand here.

On a regular day, I went to a crowded restaurant during lunchtime and ordered the Wait-Free Fresh Oyster Fry for ¥1,606. The counter was available, so I thought it was a good time to order. It seems like the oyster season is coming to an end, so I wanted to enjoy the oyster fry. The dish came with rice, and although the price has increased compared to a few years ago, I understand considering the current situation. The oyster fry was freshly fried, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The taste was undeniably delicious, and the presentation was also impressive. The beautifully fried oysters made the dish even more appetizing. It's true that presentation matters in Western cuisine. Overall, it was another satisfying lunch.

On normal days, I have visited this restaurant several times without having reviewed it yet. It's usually busy during lunchtime, but it's usually empty in the evenings. Today, I was able to get in right away without waiting. The lunch menu offers good value, but I prefer the evening menu. The reason is that they serve delicious German draft beer and appetizers in the evening. One thing you must try is the pickled herring. When I think of pickled foods, I usually imagine something too sour, but the pickled herring here is completely different. It has just the right amount of acidity that enhances the deliciousness of the herring. I ended up ordering more herring today, but herring and beer alone are satisfying enough. Of course, all the popular Western dishes like hamburgers are delicious, but I recommend trying the herring, which may not get as much attention. Please give it a try.

I had the Swallow-style hamburger steak for ¥1860 (including tax) at a social gathering lunch. It's been a really long time since I last visited Swallow. Maybe 20 years? The salad made with a whole tomato, which is their specialty, is really delicious. Inside the tomato, there is a coleslaw-like salad. The hamburger steak, simmered beef block, baked potato - it's a perfect combination. I experienced the reliable taste of this long-established restaurant.

The most delicious thing was the rice. I arrived around 1 pm, but it took about 20 minutes for the food to come out after ordering. I can't believe they charged over 1000 yen for this. The taste, ingredients, and appearance were all very disappointing. It felt like something you could get at a convenience store, except served on a hot plate. Overcooked seafood, tasteless broccoli, I don't think I'll be coming back.

It has been 73 weeks since I last visited the Otemachi area. Although teleworking has become the norm and I rarely have the opportunity to go to the office, I still feel refreshed when I do come out! So, I decided to have a long-awaited Otemachi lunch, but what should I choose? A quick search on Tabelog... Alright, I'll go with the hamburger (^o^) I headed to this restaurant with that decision in mind. I arrived slightly outside of peak hours, but there were still a few customers waiting. After a short wait, I was seated inside. Since I was dining alone, I was guided to the counter seat. I had already decided what to eat before entering the restaurant, so I quickly ordered the Japanese-style hamburger steak (^O^) I hesitated a bit between the Tsubame-style and the Japanese-style, but my mood was leaning towards the Japanese style! After a while, the Japanese-style Hamburg steak was served ♬ Since it was Japanese-style, it came with rice (*^ω^*) I cut the hamburger in half to check the inside... it looked good! The staff told me not to pour the sauce over the hamburger but to dip it, so I followed their advice (*^◯^*) I took a bite... the sauce had a strong Japanese dashi flavor... it went perfectly with the grated daikon, and the aroma of bonito flakes was evident! The hamburger itself was juicy and delicious (^^) Next time, I think I'll try the Tsubame-style. The side of potatoes was my favorite, so I ate it all, even leaving no peel behind ♬ Thank you for the meal (o^^o)

It seems like a restaurant from the Tsubame Grill series, right? I noticed there are many Tsubame restaurants in Tokyo, but I had never been to one until now. I ordered the Shrimp and Scallop Cream Soup, Country-style Salad, Tsubame-style Hamburger Steak, and Iced Tea. Both the Shrimp and Scallop Cream Soup and the Country-style Salad were delicious and satisfying because they were filled with lots of ingredients. The soup had finely chopped vegetables, which was a nice touch. The salad vegetables were fresh and crunchy. I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered the Tsubame Hamburger Steak, but it turned out to be a Hamburg steak topped with beef stew. While I was happy with the flavors, I didn't enjoy the sensation of the aluminum foil touching the silverware while eating. The Hamburg steak was very flavorful and the meat was tender. The sauce and beef stew were also delicious. The potatoes on the side were a nice addition, but I wasn't sure what the sauce on top was. The bread was not reheated. The Iced Tea was average. However, as more people arrived, the air conditioning temperature noticeably dropped, and I ended up shivering while eating. It felt like it was around 23°C. I couldn't help but feel disappointed that the taste was great, but I was uncomfortable due to the cold temperature. I wonder if they are familiar with the concept of SDGs.
