I had the Tomato Ramen with Cheese Rice (900 yen). The noodles and soup went really well together, with the noodles bringing out the richness and sweetness of the tomato soup. There wasn't much meat like chashu, and the portion of noodles seemed a bit smaller compared to other ramen shops. The soup was so delicious that I almost drank it all, but I saved some for the Cheese Rice, which was a great combination. I recommend saving some soup to eat together at the end. I visit this shop every 2-3 months and always order this menu, but last time I ordered the Spicy Tomato Ramen with Dried Chili, and it had too many dried chilies which made it too spicy and difficult to eat. It might be good for those who like spicy food, but I couldn't taste the tomato soup properly, so it didn't suit my taste.

My wife and I went to JTB inside the Hankyu Railway station in Hirakata City to arrange tickets and hotel for our trip to Hokkaido in August, and then we had lunch! Initially, we wanted to try a curry restaurant near our son's apartment that only opens on Wednesdays and Sundays, but unfortunately, it was closed on the second Sunday of the month. So, we ended up going to a popular ramen shop that has been in business for over 10 years next door. I ordered the "Tomato Ramen and Rice Set" while my wife ordered the "Tomato Ramen" by itself. The soup was bright red, with a delicious flavor of tomatoes, garlic, and plenty of umami. The firm straight noodles were like fresh pasta and paired well with the soup. It was delicious! For the finishing touch, I added the rice into the soup, which tasted like cheesy risotto and was also very tasty. Of course, we finished every last drop of the soup. It was a satisfying meal. It's been a while since I visited Tomako! Instead of the usual tomato ramen, I ordered the flying fish and red pepper ramen (^^) It's incredibly spicy but the umami of the tomato soup makes it a deliciously spicy dish! "It's addictive haha" Tomako-san, I'll definitely be back again (^^)

I tried the tomato ramen with cheese rice. It's not your typical ramen, but it's different from pasta too, so it could definitely become addictive. I feel like I want to eat it again. It seems they also offer takeout, so maybe I'll have my family, who loves tomato ramen, try it next time.

I ordered tomato tsukemen and cheese kaedama. It's more like Italian than ramen. I highly recommend it to those who like minestrone. The soup tastes similar to minestrone. The noodles are thin with a slight salty flavor, and it's recommended to eat them without dipping them all in the soup as the balance is just right. Adding pepper toppings enhances the ramen flavor. When ordering cheese kaedama, it's best to mix a small amount of the dipping sauce or pour it directly over the rice. The tomato flavor in the soup is strong, so too much soup may overpower the taste of the rice and cheese.

This place serves ramen and tsukemen made with red tomatoes, which I had been curious about. Inside the restaurant, there are three 4-person tables and about 8 counter seats. I sat at an available counter seat. I checked the menu and decided to go with the Tomato Ramen with Rice Set (900 yen), which is the most popular dish at the restaurant. I chose the Cheese Rice from the various options available. There is pepper on the table, and they will also bring Tabasco if you ask for it. The restaurant is filled with the aroma of tomatoes. It feels like an Italian restaurant! After a short wait, the Tomato Ramen with Cheese Rice Set (900 yen) arrived. It's a bright red ramen! The toppings include onions, diced tomato flesh, and green leaves for color. I slurped the bright red soup. It tastes like a tomato sauce with a hint of dashi. When you eat the diced tomato flesh, you get a tangy kick. The noodles are medium-thin and they mix well with the soup, with a nice firmness to them. Sprinkling some pepper midway through made it even more delicious. After finishing the noodles, I followed the eating instructions and poured the Cheese Rice into the remaining soup. I ordered what seemed to be the classic tomato ramen. I didn't have high expectations, but as soon as I took a bite, I was shocked by how delicious it was. In Moriguchi, there is a popular ramen shop. Their signature dish, Tomato Ramen, has a strong flavor with just the right amount of tomato taste. It's so delicious that you'll keep eating it non-stop. They also offer "kaemeshi" (rice with soup), which I ordered with kimchi rice. There wasn't much kimchi on it, but the rice and soup went really well together. I finished it all because it was so tasty, dangerously good ramen. They also brought me chopped garlic for free, which was also delicious. I want to try adding Tabasco next time. They also have Tomato Ramen with cheese, so I want to try that next. It's scorching hot outside, and they had a cooler box with ice packs that customers could use freely. I went on a Sunday afternoon and didn't have to wait in line, which was nice. Their thoughtfulness is much appreciated.

I am in Hirakata City, Osaka Prefecture. Behind the Hirakata City Hall, I visited Tomako Ramen for lunch. I highly recommend the Tomato Ramen Set with an extra serving of noodles (with a half-boiled egg). The thin noodles are well coated in the tomato soup. The soup has a rich flavor with depth, not just a tomato taste, and I understood why there was a line. It was lunchtime, and there were many Hirakata girls lining up, so I was sure it was a popular place. Lastly, the risotto was also good, with the rice blending well with the soup.

It was a normal day, but it was crowded during lunchtime, so I went around 1:00 pm. I lined up behind one person and was able to enter the shop right away. I wanted to try the Kaemeshi too, but I was worried if I could eat that much as I have a small appetite, so I just ordered the Aburi Cheese Ramen. However, I ended up being able to eat the Kaemeshi as well...!! It was so delicious...! I will definitely introduce it to my family and want to go again!

It had a salty taste with the acidity and sweetness of tomatoes, along with the richness of chicken and pork bones. The noodles were medium-thin and straight, with a smooth and chewy texture that paired well with the soup. I also tried adding the Kaimeshi to the remaining soup, creating a delicious tomato risotto. Adding pepper and garlic further enhanced the flavors, making the meal even more enjoyable. I finished everything just in time, as I later found out that the last order was at 2:30 PM, not 3:30 PM as I had thought. It was a close call, but I'm glad I got to try this unique and tasty ramen experience.

However, the service was not great, so I think I will wait a while before visiting again.

I saw a female customer ordering kimchi with her kaemesi, so I think I'll try that next time. It seems like it would go well with the sweet soup! There were also many customers there for the tsukemen, and with a wide variety of menu options, I think I can go there multiple times without getting bored. It's a recommended ramen shop for those who love tomatoes!
