Recommended menu includes Chinese cuisine and wine by the glass. The Braised Pork Buns can be customized based on the number of people. The sweet sauce and fluffy texture of guava are irresistible. The Cold Nira Tamago is enjoyed by mixing the yolk with it. The Shumai is unique with firefly squid. Initially, you might think the shrimp sauce is too much, but then rice is served making it truly amazing. Dip the salt rice ball in the sauce for a delicious combination. Drooling Chicken can be served with either Kujyo Negi or cilantro. Thank you for the delicious meal.

The grilled meat dumplings are amazing. The restaurant is designed like a renovated old folk house. It's a Chinese izakaya, but the interior is stylish and trendy. The staff's service was very good. They had a wide selection of wine for pairing, and we ordered while consulting with the staff.

Three small plates, edamame peperoncino, zasai pickles, creamy potato salad, three types of bread, tuna ikura, gorgonzola prosciutto, roast beef, margherita shumai, Kamo eggplant fritters, drooling chicken with leeks, and peperontino were ordered. The zasai pickles were a perfect snack. The potato salad was creamy and delicious. The bread, I thought the gorgonzola might be too strong, but it was delicious with the sweetness of honey and apple. The margherita shumai was meaty and paired well with the tomato sauce. The Kamo eggplant fritters were satisfying with large eggplants and a smooth and delicious texture. The drooling chicken had a rich and spicy sauce, and the chicken was very tender. The peperoncino with ikura, octopus, and butter increased my appetite. The flavors were well infused, perfectly seasoned, and delicious. The wine flowed smoothly, and the generous portions of food were great. Thank you for the meal!

The Chinese izakaya "Sakabasaru" owned by Saruya family has been renovated into a new concept of Chinese x Wine called "Ikkenme Chuuka Salvador". It is pronounced as "Sarubadoru". The interior has changed a bit and now has a more sophisticated feel. The counter is also spacious. On this day, the order was as follows: - Creamy Potato Salad with salmon and Parmigiano, a delicious potato salad. - Appetizer Bread Plate with Maguro/Wagyu/Hamu, featuring three types of bruschetta: Negitoro and salmon/ikura, wagyu with sea urchin, and prosciutto with gorgonzola. All of them were excellent. - Meat Shumai, steamed shumai served in a steamer, very delicious. - Mapo Tofu, this mapo tofu was not too sweet and had a spicy kick, very tasty. I liked the soft tofu. Everything was very delicious and it's a great casual dining spot. Thank you for the meal~

A 5-minute walk from Kokubunji Station. Visit the Salvador restaurant to enjoy natural wine and affordable Chinese cuisine. The single plank counter makes a big impression. The close distance to the kitchen allows for enjoying conversations and watching the cooking process, making it easy for solo diners. Enjoy natural wine for just 500 yen. Unfortunately, the orange wine was sold out. The grilled dumplings from the downtown area are thick and satisfying. Try the spring rolls with Unzen ham and mashed potatoes. Unzen ham cutlet is a popular dish lately, but turning it into a spring roll is a unique twist. The crispy outer layer and moist inside make it delicious. Thank you for the meal.

The restaurant is popular among solo diners, girls' night out, and group gatherings. You can enjoy creative Japanese and authentic Chinese cuisine here. The wine selection is extensive and delicious! I learned for the first time that wine goes well with Chinese food. I highly recommend the "shumai" - it's really delicious, so be sure to order it! It seems suitable for large group parties as well. It seems like a great place to use for year-end and New Year's parties in the upcoming season! When you think of an izakaya in Kokubunji, this place immediately comes to mind!

The shumai was excellent. It was a mix of Italian and Chinese cuisine, which went well with alcohol. The hospitality was also great.
