I went to this new restaurant that recently opened and was curious about it. The service staff may not be experienced, but they try their best and it's endearing. It's crowded even on Mondays, so it's better to make a reservation. The food was delicious overall. For a chain restaurant, the quality seems to be quite high. It feels a bit on the pricier side, but I guess that's the norm in Naka-Juku (compared to Oyama where things are cheaper). The sushi is served one piece at a time, so it's better to order two pieces and share.

"Sushi, Sake, and Small Plates Sugi Tama" is a chain restaurant that I would love to have in my neighborhood! It is a casual izakaya created by Sushiro. It offers great value for the price, a wide variety of sushi, and plenty of delicious small plates. The sushi is top-notch and very satisfying. I usually like to start with small plates before moving on to sushi at sushi restaurants, but here, you can fully enjoy both. The staff seemed a bit inexperienced since the restaurant had just opened. The dishes were average in terms of appearance and taste, but the prices were on the higher side, so the cost-effectiveness was not great. Personally, I feel like I don't need to visit this restaurant again after going once.

I visited Sugi Tama, which just opened on the 12th. The interior of the restaurant seemed small at first, but surprisingly had depth, with tatami seating as well. They offer a variety of dishes like Uni and Ikura Gunkan, Selected Nigiri, Mackerel with condiments, Drinkable Salmon, Seared Foie Gras with Ponzu, Sugi Tama Potato Salad, and Crab Creamy Croquette. The total cost for one person, including beer, sour, and a glass of sake, was around 3,000 yen. Some sushi looked a bit pale, but the taste was delicious. The Seared Foie Gras with Ponzu and the Crab Creamy Croquette were particularly tasty, and they had a good selection of sake. The service and operation have room for improvement. If you want to enjoy small dishes and drinks, Sugi Tama is a good choice. For sushi, I recommend Sushi Misaki.

A great izakaya where you can enjoy cost-effective sushi. Gokumi Sushi offers creative sushi with interesting presentation. Their assorted tempura comes with regular salt and matcha salt, both of which are high quality. The batter is light and delicious.

The restaurant is new, clean, and has a nice atmosphere. The taste, service, and value for money are good. I will definitely come back.
