けいんのすけ
Hello. I'm Keinsuke. Today, I will introduce a cafe called "stove" in Fukushima, Osaka. It is a small cafe located north of JR Fukushima Station, just a short walk from the station. Make sure to check if they have the "Dragon Egg Pudding" displayed outside before entering (as it often sells out). The pudding costs 450 yen, but the drinks are a bit more expensive. Still, it's around 1000 yen for both, which is nice. The atmosphere of the cafe is welcoming for solo male customers, but it's small and quiet, so it's better to avoid large groups.
[FOOD]
- Dragon Egg Pudding (450 yen)
The visual appeal of this pudding is mesmerizing even before taking a bite. It looks cute and fantastic, with a dark caramel on top of the pudding. The cream and cherry on top add a cute touch. The texture is as expected, firm and the taste is rich in egg flavor. If you prefer a classic pudding with a strong egg flavor over a sweet and creamy one, you will surely enjoy this pudding. I paired it with a mixed juice, which complemented the pudding well. If you like rich and egg-flavored pudding, be sure to give it a try. Thank you for the meal.
