Located near the Hanakou Memorial Park, just a short walk from Imafuku-Tsurumi Station on the Nagahori Tsurumi Ryokuchi Line, is "Torisiro Tantan Mi," a stylish restaurant with table and counter seating for up to 6 people. We tried four dishes this time:
- Torisiro Ramen: 930 yen
- Tamago Kake Men: 750 yen
- Porcini Torisiro: 990 yen
- Char Siu Don: 480 yen
The Torisiro Ramen, featuring a rich chicken and pork soup made with Kagoshima chicken and Oita-Miyazaki pork, is blended using a blender to create a strong emulsion, resulting in a rich flavor. Paired with medium-thick custom-made noodles, it's a perfect match! The Porcini Torisiro adds a refined aroma of porcini mushrooms to deepen the flavor.
The Tamago Kake Men, TKM, is known for its great value and volume. It's like a noodle version of Tamago Kake Gohan, using premium "Ryu no Tamago" eggs and 400g of noodles, creating a delicious mixed noodle dish. With a variety of condiments on the table, we enjoyed it until the last bite.
Lastly, the Char Siu Don was a surprising dish with well-seared, fragrant char siu paired with a rich "Ryu no Tamago" egg. It was a fantastic combination with rice, just like with noodles.
They will soon offer a perfect cold TKM for this season, so I definitely want to go back! If you love ramen, you should visit this place right away!

Today, the sun is shining brightly, making it a pleasant day. In the morning, a nice breeze passed through my house. A new event in Pokémon GO has started, so I decided to challenge it. I rode my bike to Tsurumi Green Park. It was hot, but I didn't end up getting drenched in sweat. Now, it's time for lunch at 11:30. I remember enjoying the mixed soba noodles here before, so this time I'm going for the Ise lobster miso ramen set for 1050 yen. The kitchen and the waitstaff were all women this time, whereas I think there was a male waiter last time. The ramen was served with a nice foam on top. The miso flavor was just right, not too strong. I think I prefer the extra noodles over the rice. If I have rice, I tend to finish all the soup, which can be dangerous (laughs).

I heard that you can eat highly addictive rich chicken broth ramen at Wataru, just a 2-minute walk from Imamiya-Fukumitsu Station on the Osaka Metro Nagahori Tsurumi-Ryokuchi Line. This time, I had the Chicken Broth Ramen for 990 yen, TKM for 750 yen, and the seared chashu rice bowl for 480 yen. As rumored, the chicken broth ramen is incredibly rich and creamy, with a thick soup that is just too delicious! After finishing the noodles, diving the rice in at the end gives it a risotto-like finish! It's irresistible... The limited edition seared chashu rice bowl is a must-try if you see it on the menu! Experience the moist chashu and Ranou's ultimate combo! And the popular TKM is simple yet the best! It's cost-effective and wonderful. I understand why people come from afar just to eat this ramen! Thank you for the meal!

It's tough to wait in the scorching heat with 6 other groups ahead of you. The chicken broth ramen is delicious, and the seared chashu bowl is also tasty. I prefer the sauce, but the bowl is a bit small. It's a bit challenging to eat, so maybe I should have gone with the bowl instead. I didn't see anyone come after me once I entered, so I guess I was the last in line!

Underground subway station Imamiya station on the Nagahori Tsurumi Ryokuchi Line, there is a chicken white broth ramen shop called "Torisoboro". The interior of the shop is clean with a counter and spacious table seats, making it a ramen shop that is easy for women to enter. The Porcini Chicken White Broth is 990 yen, made with Kagoshima chicken and Miyazaki/Oita pork bones simmered over high heat to create a rich chicken-pork broth. The noodles are medium thickness to stand out against the soup, and the homemade Porcini oil enhances the flavor. The Tamago Kakemenn is 750 yen, a voluminous and cost-effective dish with about 400g of boiled noodles. The refreshing cold noodles with yuzu flavor are perfect for hot summers. The Ise Ebi Miso is 990 yen, a rich soup made with chicken white broth and Ise lobster. The aroma of the lobster and the thick soup coating the noodles make for an exquisite dish. The Seared Chashu Don is 480 yen, a bowl with 100g of seared pork chashu on top. It uses eggs from Oita Prefecture for a delicious chashu bowl. Be sure to check it out! Located at Imafuku-Tsurumi Station on the Nagahori Tsurumi-Ryokuchi Line, this ramen shop offers a delicious Chicken Paitan Ramen. Their signature dish, Porcini Chicken Paitan, is priced at 990 yen. The rich chicken and pork bone soup is made by simmering Kagoshima chicken with Miyazaki and Oita pork bones over high heat. Each bowl is enhanced with a "forced emulsification" process for extra richness. Another popular option is the Tamago Kake Men for 750 yen, a hearty and cost-effective choice with approximately 400g of noodles. Perfect for hot summers, the cold noodles with a hint of yuzu are a refreshing treat. The Ise Ebi Miso for 990 yen features a rich soup made from chicken paitan and Ise lobster. Additionally, the Seared Chashu Rice Bowl for 480 yen offers a generous portion of 100g of seared pork chashu on a bed of rice. Made with eggs from Oita Prefecture, this dish is a must-try. Start your diet tomorrow!

"Chicken Paitan Ramen" 930 yen "Dive Meal Set" +60 yen
【Soup】The rich and creamy chicken broth has a strong umami flavor with a slight thickness, very tasty
【Noodles】Medium-thick wavy noodles that are chewy and smooth
【Toppings】Large rolled pork belly chashu, half-seasoned egg, greens, green onions
This place from the OMO group continues to offer delicious chicken paitan ramen. The rich soup, chewy noodles, and melt-in-your-mouth seasoned egg make for a satisfying meal. The thick slices of chashu are also flavorful. However, the overall satisfaction after the meal may vary depending on personal preference. Finished the soup completely with the Dive Meal Set. Thank you for the meal!

It was incredibly delicious☺️ The interior of the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was great, and the staff were very friendly✨ The taste was outstanding! The fried chicken was juicy and delicious. I had the seared chashu rice bowl set, and the seared chashu was also delicious. I tried the chicken white broth ramen and the lobster miso ramen that I was curious about. Both had a rich flavor but were not too heavy, and I finished them in no time. You can also enjoy a refreshing taste by using lemon or vinegar for flavor change halfway through. It was also delicious.

I had the Porcini Mushroom Foam Chicken White Broth. I always used to only have the lobster miso, but the Porcini oil in the chicken white broth was so delicious! It was addicting. It was so tasty that I will definitely go back to eat it again.

Ramen pro Yuuki-kun @ramen19960103 told me about this restaurant's new menu, and as a mushroom lover, especially porcini, I couldn't overlook this Porcini Chicken White Broth Ramen. It seems to be affiliated with Shimada Seimen, and they also serve familiar dishes like TKM and seared chashu rice bowl. This restaurant recently added the Porcini Chicken White Broth Ramen to their menu. It features a creamy chicken white broth soup with a large slice of chashu, half a seasoned egg, red onions, and watercress, topped with homemade porcini oil. I tried the chicken white broth soup on its own first, and it was already delicious with a rich chicken flavor. Mixing in the porcini oil further enhanced the richness, creating a perfect harmony reminiscent of a porcini cream sauce. The collaboration between the chicken flavor and porcini aroma was excellent. The TKM and chashu rice bowl were also top-notch. The TKM has a rich soy sauce base with dragon egg, bonito flakes, and thick noodles, similar to maze-soba with an addictive flavor profile. The seared chashu rice bowl features chashu arranged like a flower with a rich egg yolk on top, drizzled with flavorful sauce over the rice, making it a perfect side dish to accompany the ramen. The TKM is priced at 750 yen and stands out for its affordability, but personally, I highly recommend the Porcini Chicken White Broth Ramen!

The place is not very spacious, so there seems to be a bit of a line during lunchtime. There doesn't seem to be a bicycle or car parking lot. I don't like the high chairs at the counter. I'm short. There are many female staff members, and the service is fairly polite. The ticket machine at the entrance only accepts cash, up to 1000 yen bills. The menu is a bit confusing. Where is the mixed ramen? Now, onto the taste. I had the chicken white broth. It was creamy, rich, and delicious with each bite. The medium thick and chewy noodles paired well with it. But above all, the flavor of the roasted chashu was amazing! It had a smoky and crispy taste, different from the sweet and salty sauce chashu. Using the lemon as a topping was also nice for a change in flavor. The richness gradually turned into a refreshing taste towards the end. It was a perfect match. I should have tried the orange vinegar or bonito vinegar too. I also tried the chashu bowl. The chashu was seriously delicious. It had a unique taste that I haven't experienced elsewhere. However, I didn't need the rich and expensive-looking egg in the middle. I would have liked to try it on another occasion. Not now. My husband had the shrimp miso and dive rice. He's not a fan of drinking soup, but his bowl was empty before I knew it. I tried a sip of the soup, and it was full of shrimp flavor. But I prefer the chicken white broth. I will definitely come back. I want to try a different flavor, but I also want to have the chicken white broth again.

This is my favorite chicken broth restaurant. The soup here is so delicious that I usually don't finish my soup, but here I can't help but finish it because it's so delicious. I also tried a new menu this time. There are still some menu items I haven't tried, so I will visit again.

3 minutes walk from Imazuru Station. Arrived on Saturday at 9pm and the restaurant was full. Waited for 10 minutes and then entered the restaurant. I ordered the Lobster Miso Ramen with Fried Chicken Rice Set for 1,240 yen (Lobster Miso Ramen alone for 980 yen). The rich chicken broth mixed with miso, with a hint of lobster flavor, was delicious. The broth had a 70% chicken flavor, providing a stable taste. The medium-thick noodles had a nice chewy texture that paired well with the rich soup. The slightly seared pork belly chashu had a flavorful taste. The toppings of onions, watercress, and white leeks provided a nice crunchy texture. The cut lemon provided for flavor enhancement was recommended for the second half of the meal. Overall, it was a well-balanced bowl of ramen that was rich but not overwhelming in flavor. Thank you for the meal!

I arrived at Imabuku Tsurumi Station in about 3 minutes. The restaurant is small with 4 counter seats and 2 tables (8 seats). Today, I chose the Chicken Shio Ramen with Dive Rice (980 yen). It came with medium straight noodles, boiled egg, chashu, onion, and green onions, with a lemon provided for flavor change. The taste was familiar from previous experiences, and the saltiness left me feeling thirsty. It was delicious, but that was a bit of a downside.

It has become warmer. I rode my bike a little to have lunch. I'll also buy some alcohol on the way and have lunch. There are two good ramen shops near Imafuku-Tsurumi Station. Today, I haven't been to this one yet. It's 1:20 PM on a weekday, so it's not crowded. I decided to go with the mixed noodles for 980 yen. The kitchen has two female staff members, and the waiter is a man. They are very efficient and pleasant. The ramen looks luxurious when it arrives. I mix it up first. The chashu pork is thinly sliced and has a good texture. The vegetables are a nice touch. I also ordered a side of rice, which was a good choice. I enjoyed it. Next time, I might try the chicken broth. Thank you for the meal!

Ise Ebi Miso Ramen: Dive Rice was delicious and satisfying. The noodles were chewy and paired well with the soup. The highlight was the unique Ise Ebi miso flavor, which was just the right amount of richness. I always end up finishing the soup when I add Dive Rice to it. The taste is gentle and comforting! The only downside is that you can't get extra chashu. It's a shame because the chashu is also delicious. Not sure why they don't offer that option. Other than that, they do offer extra noodles. I can't get enough of the Ise Ebi miso flavor that you can't find anywhere else. The regular menu items and the karaage are also delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Chicken broth ramen at Yatai Yamiya with lobster miso. The thick chicken broth and rich miso soup are both delicious. The thick, flat noodles have a satisfying texture that complements the soup well. The tender, thickly sliced charred pork and soft-boiled egg show great attention to detail. The deep bowl and spoon with a non-slip grip make it easy to eat. However, the chicken and miso flavors were overpowering, and I couldn't really taste the lobster. It's a bit challenging. Also, despite the restaurant being full of customers, the staff were chatting too much amongst themselves, even while preparing the dishes.

Today (1/13), I visited a restaurant near Imafuku-Tsurumi Station on the Osaka Metro Nagahori Tsurumi Ryokuchi Line, which has a decent rating of 3.52 on "Tabelog". Upon entering, I noticed the familiar ticket vending machine from the Shimada Seimen Shokudo or OMO Corporation. Lately, I have been choosing miso at chicken white broth ramen shops, so I purchased a ticket for the "Lobster Miso Ramen (980 yen)". The ramen arrived with a frothy brown soup, topped with char siu in the middle, half a seasoned egg, chopped green onions, and sliced red chili peppers, but the noodles were not visible. When I tasted the soup with a spoon, I could hardly detect the flavor of lobster, but the sweet miso taste was quite delicious. The noodles were medium-thick, flat straight noodles that were chewy and also tasty. I enjoyed the meal thoroughly and finished both the noodles and soup. Overall, this ramen had a slightly unique taste compared to other restaurants in the same group, and I found it satisfying.

The sign outside said they were open for business with no guests, so I entered after confirming it was okay. I shared a mazesoba with a beer, but even though I eat slowly, I managed to finish it quickly before the last order at 3:00 pm. As I was getting ready to leave, the staff were already saying "thank you" even though I hadn't even put my clothes back on. It's fine for the staff to chat, but it's not good to talk about trivial things loudly enough for customers to hear. When I said thank you and goodbye with my mask on, they didn't even look at me or say anything back. If they want to finish early, maybe they should shorten the lunchtime hours instead of cutting into the dinner rush.

I visited this restaurant near my parents' house during the year-end and New Year holidays. This time, I ordered the mixed noodles. They had various condiments on the table, which made it easy to adjust the flavor to my liking. (I actually wanted more, haha) Next time, I want to try the seared pork bowl that the person next to me ordered.
