Teppanyaki seats are limited, usually requiring a reservation to secure a spot, but thanks to the coronavirus, it's quite empty now. Only one other group is here. However, this place has a perfect 5-point safety measure, so it's very reassuring. In Osaka, sushi restaurants and small private eateries rarely have the owner wearing a mask, but chain restaurants, hotels, and department store restaurants tend to have perfect coronavirus measures in place. They are likely being regulated from the top. Places that are not regulated from the top tend to not have strict measures, but the ones that do are listed here, so feel free to use them with peace of mind. There are two teppanyaki lunch courses available. I ordered the cheaper one. First, the appetizer is served. The roast beef is perfectly cooked, tender, and well-seasoned. You can't get something this delicious at home. Next is the cold corn soup and salad. The grilled vegetables are fresh and delicious. The meat is a mix of fillet and sirloin. I asked for medium-rare, and they cooked it perfectly without any deviation. They cook it little by little, so you can enjoy it hot. Maybe the more expensive meat has a strong marbling, which might be a bit heavy for me. The cheaper course is just right for me. There are various sauces, freshly grated wasabi, which seems expensive. It has a nice aroma and is not too spicy, unlike the paste wasabi. Please use plenty of it. There are also mustard, ponzu sauce, lemon, rock salt, garlic chips, and finally garlic rice, which is fluffy. The chef's knife skills are amazing. The bean sprouts on the side are crispy and delicious on their own. The meal also includes red miso soup and pickles. For dessert, there is ice cream and sherbet, which are good, but the main dishes are so impressive. The bill was around 6,000 yen. They mentioned that shareholder benefits cannot be used until September. I will come back in October. Thank you for the meal.
