Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for quick sushi, especially the standing sushi bars. Most popular places these days tend to be crowded and some of the older established places are not that great. But this place was different - I was surprised by the quality! A sashimi platter with 3 varieties for only 500 yen - isn't that too cheap? The flounder was incredibly tender, the mackerel had a rich flavor, and the seared bonito was just amazing! The salt seasoning on it was perfect! The prices were great too - beer was cheap (I don't know about sake though). A small draft beer for 400 yen, a medium bottle for 500 yen - including tax! We also tried the chef's choice 5-piece sushi for 1000 yen - I can't list everything we had but it was all delicious! We had a quick meal with some beers and left within 30 minutes feeling completely satisfied. It was just right for two people at 3000 yen total. I will definitely be coming back here for sure. Thank you for the amazing meal!

I visited Hidezou for the first time. There was a small line before opening, but I was able to get in on the first round. You can enjoy authentic sushi at a relatively reasonable price. I was so focused on eating (lol) that I forgot to take pictures, but I also ordered various other dishes. I found a restaurant that I want to visit again.

Three key points of standing sushi bars for casual yet authentic sushi experience. My top pick is the fatty and flavorful nodoguro sushi. I want to eat sushi, but I also want a good cost performance. This is where this restaurant comes in handy. Located near Namba, it is a part of the Hidzou group. It opened in January 2023. You can enjoy authentic sushi at a good cost here. The quality may vary depending on the fish, but today's winner is the fatty nodoguro. It's not always on the regular menu, so it's a lucky find. The rice is soft and you can order one piece at a time, making it suitable for light eaters or for a second round of sushi with friends. It's a standing bar style, so it's perfect for a casual sushi outing with friends. The restaurant's account shows the items ordered and their prices.

Nihonbashi◇Sushi◇[1-chome Dotonbori, Chuo-ku] Take Sakai-suji Dotonbori west and turn south on the first street. On the left side, you will find "Tachizushi Hidezou" where we visited with two people on a weekend evening, just in time for the opening hours. As soon as we entered, the place was packed with customers, and we managed to get in before it became full (open from 3 pm on weekends). We started with beer as usual (switched to cold sake in 3 minutes). ◆Grilled sardine◆Sea grapes◎◆Chef's selection of 5 pieces: squid, sweet shrimp, red snapper, horse mackerel, medium fatty tuna◆Clam with ponzu sauce◎◆Egg (appetizer)◆Grilled scallop◎◆Mackerel sushi roll◎◆Golden eye snapper◎◆Beltfish◆Negitoro rolled sushi◎◆Sea urchin◆Simmered conger eel◎◆Simmered clams◎◆Eel■Wakakoma Carneval (Tochigi)■Dansenzan Honjozokarin (Kanagawa)■Okura S. Yodo 2022 (Nara)■Akakirishima (sweet potato shochu) on the rocks x2The counter has 12 seats and 4 standing tables. The daily recommendations are written on the blackboard in front. Sushi is served per piece (100 yen to 500 yen). There are about 6 types of cold sake and shochu available. We ordered quickly, ate, and drank, all in 60 minutes. Fast! Cheap! Delicious! "Thank you for the meal."

The popular restaurant Hidezou Tatsuzushi is honestly outstanding - the sushi is delicious and you can't go wrong! However, the seating can be a bit cramped, especially at the counter, and it may be difficult to decline a table seat. The timing was also unfortunate as there were some rowdy customers, but regardless, the sushi was delicious no matter what you ordered.

Nowadays, there are many Hideozo-san restaurants popping up in the back streets of Namba, to the point where it's almost called Hideozo Street. This time, I visited "Tachizushi Hideozo" next to "Chiyomatsu," famous for its Katsudon on the outskirts of Dotonbori. It's a recommended place to enjoy delicious sushi quickly, as it is a standing sushi bar. First, I tried the chef's choice of 5 types which included sardine, squid, amberjack, horse mackerel, and medium fatty tuna for only 1,000 yen, which is a great deal. You can also order from the menu or choose from the selection in the case. It's a hidden gem where you can casually enjoy authentic sushi. Thank you for the meal. Restaurant Name: Tachizushi Hideozo Location: 1-2-12 Dotonbori, Chuo-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture Approximately 2 minutes walk from Exit B28 of Nankai Namba Station.

Perfect for when you want to finish with sushi! Even if your stomach is full, these small sushi pieces are delicious and easy to eat. They are served already seasoned, making them crispy. It's great to be able to eat high-quality sushi like this. Come on in!

I heard that the "Hidezou Group," which dominates Osaka's hidden Namba area, has opened a standing sushi restaurant, so I went to visit right away! ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ The restaurant is called "Tachizushi Hidezou," and since it has only recently opened, the traditional Japanese-style interior is very clean and shiny. The white wooden counter also adds a sense of cleanliness, which is nice! "Hidezou" is known for offering fresh and affordable fish and sashimi. As their main business is fish wholesaling, professionals with a keen eye for fish visit the market every morning to source the freshest fish from all over the country for that day! The menu depends on the day's ingredients. Due to the weather and season, the variety changes daily, so they also have a wide selection of daily changing dishes. ◉ Seared Scallop 550 yen ◉ Octopus with Ponzu Sauce 500 yen The appetizers are also very delicious~(៸᳐>⩊<᳐)♪ As expected, Hidezou is the best~♡ and my excitement rises as I order some sushi. For my partner: ◉ Giant Clam 350 yen ◉ Flat Horse Mackerel 150 yen ◉ Mackerel 200 yen For me: ◉ Mackerel 150 yen ◉ Ark Shell 350 yen ◉ Salmon Roe 300 yen The sushi is carefully crafted one by one by the chef right in front of you. They also have a wonderful selection of sake. On this day, there were many of my favorite "cloudy" sake available! And they kindly pour it for you♡ ★ Machida Sake Brewery Special Junmai 55 Gohyakumangoku Nigori (Gunma) ★ Yamagata Masamune Junmai Ginjo Gekinomi (Yamagata) ★ Bakuren Super Dry Ginjo Red (Yamagata) ★ Kariho Sparkling Junmai Nigori Sparkling Raw Sake (Yamaguchi) They even lined up the bottles and labels for easy photo-taking, providing excellent service•*¨*•.¸¸♬︎ I wanted to keep eating, but the restaurant was full, and the next sushi didn't come out quickly (><) I also wanted to try simmered clams, north scallops, and beltfish, but even after over an hour since ordering, I was left waiting disappointed! Perhaps because it had just opened, the staff might not have been able to keep up with the demand. I thought the turnover would be fast since it's a standing sushi place, but the service was quite slow, so I would like to come back when I have more time next time! With reasonable prices and good service, I believe the Hidezou Group will become even more popular in the future♡ Thank you for the meal! (*´▽`人)

The sushi here is not just sushi, it's sushi! The omakase set of 5 pieces is only 1000 yen, super affordable! Even though I was already full after my first visit, I ended up spending around 5000 yen for 3 drinks each. The quality of the sushi is on par with high-end course menu restaurants! Despite being a standing sushi bar, the taste is equivalent to a 15,000 yen level sushi restaurant!

I visited this restaurant during my business trip to Osaka as it was near my hotel, and I must say it was a great choice! I arrived a little after 5 pm on a Friday and there was only one customer at first, but soon it got crowded with people coming in. I ordered the following: seared amberjack with ponzu sauce, assorted sashimi (I ended up ordering more because it was so delicious), medium fatty tuna, turban shell, sea urchin, horse mackerel, salmon roe, sweet shrimp, beer, cold sake, and a highball. The total came to 4,200 yen. The nigiri sushi was small, so I needed more to fill up, but in terms of satisfying my sushi craving, it was more than worth the cost. I will definitely visit again when I come to Osaka.

Tachizushi Hidezou Located in Namba, Osaka, Tachizushi Hidezou is a new addition to the Hidezou Group, opened in January this year. Despite its small size, the restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere where you can easily dine alone and order sushi by the piece. The sushi pieces are just the right size, not too small or too big, making them easy to enjoy. They are served with soy sauce already applied, ensuring the most delicious taste. In addition to sushi, the menu also includes a variety of other dishes, perfect for enjoying with drinks. Why not pay a visit and experience it for yourself? Thank you for reading until the end. We have introduced recommended restaurants in Osaka that you must visit. Please follow, like, and comment.

Today, I went bar hopping around the Namba area. After eating a hearty okonomiyaki, I started to crave some refreshing sushi. So, I headed to "Tachizushi Hidezou" in Nihonbashi, which opened in January this year and is part of the popular seafood group "Hidezou." It's a standing sushi bar with a calm atmosphere. The young chefs work efficiently and the prices are surprisingly cheap for the quality. I opted for the 5-piece chef's choice set for 1000 yen. The horse mackerel was thick and flavorful with a sprinkle of sesame seeds. The scallop was sweetened with salt. The shrimp was a good size and simple. The mackerel with its fat was seared to bring out the umami, and the yuzu pepper added a nice kick. The grilled eel was crispy and fragrant, with plenty of wasabi. Although the toppings were small, they had a strong presence. I took a break with a 350 yen chawanmushi, which had a rich dashi flavor. The recommended dish of the day was the sea bream shirako, which was incredibly creamy. The sweet shrimp was carefully opened and served with two pieces, enhancing the crunchy texture. Lastly, I tried the fatty octopus nigiri, a rare find. It had a smooth melt-in-your-mouth texture with a fun crunch from the pickled radish. After this satisfying meal, I paid the bill and left.

I finally visited the standing sushi restaurant opened by Hidezou-san in the Dotonbori area after it has been open for 3 months. The place was packed, so we had to wait outside for about 15 minutes before being seated at the counter. We started with some draft beer and ordered some appetizers: seared scallop for 550 yen and octopus with ponzu sauce for 500 yen. Both were delicious and went well with the beer. Then we ordered some sushi: Thai shellfish for 350 yen, flat horse mackerel for 150 yen, and Spanish mackerel for 200 yen. Each piece of sushi was reasonably priced and incredibly tasty. We also enjoyed three different types of sake: Machida Shuzo, Bakuren, and Kaneki. The only downside was that the sushi was served very slowly, and we had to cancel some of our orders to make it to a movie on time. Overall, the service was great, but the slow sushi service was disappointing. I hope the restaurant can improve in the future.

When it gets crowded, it takes time for them to serve, so it might be better to order all at once to avoid waiting each time. The sushi rice portions are small, so you can try various toppings, but be prepared for a high bill if you want to fill up your stomach. Popular items tend to sell out quickly, so it's recommended to go early in the day.

I stopped by Hidezou's stand, which I had heard was delicious. They have expanded to multiple locations, and it's no wonder why. The appetizers are authentic, and most importantly, the sushi is seriously top-notch! I tried the mackerel and tuna, and the quality was great, and the chefs are skilled. I mean, this is amazing, right? You can enjoy genuine sushi here. And all at this price! This isn't just a place for a quick bite, but somewhere you want to spend time and enjoy. I will definitely be back to try more. Highly recommended! Just for your reference~.

After my wife's traditional Thai massage, we strolled around Namba for a bit and now it's dinner time! We decided to visit a restaurant without a reservation for the first time. We aimed to arrive right when they opened and managed to get in at 5:03 pm. The place was already quite full with about 10 customers, and there were 6 people sitting at the counter. It seems like making a reservation in advance would be a safer bet for this place. Now, it's time to order! Drinks: - Chilled Sake, Kichisaburo from Gifu Prefecture, 1 serving for 550 yen - Chilled Sake, Nigurodosei from Shiga Prefecture, 1 serving for 550 yen - Chilled Sake, Choyo Fukumusume from Yamaguchi Prefecture, 1 serving for 550 yen - No.1 of the day: Chilled Sake, Glass from Machida Sake Brewery, 1 serving for 550 yen Food: - Assorted Sashimi for 850 yen - Sea Grapes for 400 yen - Clam Vinegar Miso for 550 yen - Live Firefly Squid for 500 yen - Oyster Ponzu for 550 yen - Negi (Green Onion) Sushi, 2 pieces for 100 yen each - Eel Sushi, 2 pieces for 250 yen each - No.1 of the day: Fatty Tuna Sushi, 2 pieces for 250 yen each - Golden Eye Snapper Sushi, 2 pieces for 300 yen each - Red Clam Sushi, 2 pieces for 350 yen each - Sea Urchin Sushi, 2 pieces for 450 yen each - Flatfish Fin Sushi, 2 pieces for 300 yen each - Shrimp Sushi, 2 pieces for 150 yen each - Medium Fatty Tuna Sushi, 1 piece for 450 yen We enjoyed a high-quality standing sushi experience in a casual and friendly atmosphere. We originally planned to visit more places, but my wife loved this one so much that we ended up eating to our hearts' content here. The total bill came to around 12,000 yen. This place offers great value for the quality of food and the warm atmosphere. It has become one of our favorite spots, and we look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Hidetarou-san, who I often rely on in Ura Namba, went north on Chinden-dori! I heard the news and decided to drop by. The interior of the restaurant was beautiful, and it was packed with people as usual! Luckily, a table in the back opened up and I slid right in. Everything I ate, from shrimp to clams, was delicious! I paired it with two types of sake, one cold and one lukewarm. Sake and sushi go well together, right? The dry sake was quite tasty. For dessert, I had tamago with aonori, which was also good! The menu is extensive, and I definitely want to come back again! Thank you for the meal!

"Hidezou," a popular restaurant known for its affordable and delicious fish, has added a new group restaurant in Dotonbori, Minami. The new addition is called "Tachizushi Hidezou," and as the name suggests, it is a standing sushi bar. As a sushi and drinks lover, I definitely had to visit for some drinks! About the restaurant: Located right next to the WINS off-track betting venue in Dotonbori, the restaurant has a retro-style exterior and interior with a calming, adult atmosphere. The standing tables available for drinking are in an L-shaped counter facing the kitchen and a small standing table, making it a cozy and intimate space. I visited right after opening hours and was able to get in without any wait time. Food I tried: Starting with a cold beer, I then ordered some dishes to try: - Sashimi platter: Five kinds of sashimi including fresh octopus, sea bream, bonito tataki, seared Spanish mackerel, and sardine. Each piece was delicious with varying textures and flavors. - Kotsujime: A rare dish of kotsujime as an appetizer, with a nice balance of acidity and saltiness. - Grilled squid legs: Grilled over charcoal, the squid legs were tender and flavorful, with a crispy surface. - Sushi: I also tried various sushi including cherry salmon, large-cut belt fish, Satsuma sweet shrimp, ark shell, ark shell, sea eel, and toro-taku roll. Each piece was fresh and tasty, with the toro-taku roll as a satisfying end to the meal. Overall, the fish was delicious and paired well with the drinks. I tried five different sake brands during my visit and enjoyed them all. After about an hour of drinking, I had tried all five brands and the total bill came to 8300 yen. It was a bit pricey, but considering the quality of food and drinks, it was worth it. I had a great time and will definitely come back for another visit. Thank you for the meal!

I was lucky to get a table for two when I went at 7:30 pm on Friday. It's a standing sushi bar, so the turnover rate is fast. They have a decent selection of sake, and the sushi was delicious as expected from the Hidezou group. They also have a good variety of side dishes, so the drinks go down smoothly! It seems like a good place for both a first stop and a second stop. I was so focused on eating that I only took a picture of the sake.

In January of this year, a sushi restaurant called "Tachizushi Hitezou" opened in Nipponbashi, Osaka. This was my third visit. The restaurant has both counter and table seating, and the bright and lively atmosphere makes it a great place to enjoy sushi. You can order individual pieces of sushi, making it a cost-effective standing sushi restaurant. After having Chinese food and oden, my stomach was feeling good, but I still had room for some sushi as a final course. I enjoyed a few pieces of sushi and some sake. The items I tried included: - Kamasu (barracuda) - Uni (sea urchin) - Shimaaji (striped jack) - Sawara (Spanish mackerel) - Chutoro (medium fatty tuna) - Tachiuo (belt fish) - Nianago (simmered conger eel) - Nihama-guri (simmered clam) - Toro taku nigiri - Tamago (egg) - Sake (Autumn Deer from Osaka) - Sake (Nanahon-yari from Shiga) The quality of the sushi for the price was impressive, especially the chutoro and simmered clam. Although the restaurant has only been open for two months, it is already quite popular. It's a great place to enjoy sushi in a quick and casual manner.
