Visited for breakfast on Sunday morning at 9 am. Upon entering, I noticed stacked cardboard boxes at the order counter, making it seem a bit lackluster. I ordered a Whopper Jr. set for 550 yen with an iced coffee. The interior of the restaurant was quiet and the tables were haphazardly arranged. The lack of attention to detail was noticeable given the low number of customers. When my order was ready, I went to take a photo and saw that some fries had fallen onto the tray, which was unexpected. I decided to switch things up and try the hamburger. The bun had sesame seeds and the filling included tomato, lettuce, onion, pickles, and ketchup. The taste was average, nothing special – it felt like they were trying to imitate MOS Burger by adding tomatoes. It would be nice to see some competition against McDonald's dominance, but it seems challenging. By the way, what exactly is a Whopper? Keep up the good work.

I occasionally visit the Burger King along Euclid at the north exit of Hachioji Station. I usually go for the Whopper Junior, which is tasty with its patties, especially during the 2 for 1 deal. However, on this day, they had a promotion where you could choose 2 out of 3 different Big-sized burgers. I went for the Spicy and Barbecue Sauce versions, and they were delicious. Thank you for the meal!

Honestly, McDonald's "Teriyaki" is incredibly delicious! But I prefer Burger King, so I tried various challenges using a secret technique. First, I couldn't tell the difference between the regular and heavy sauce because there was so much teriyaki sauce. Next, I tried the paid add-on, but surprisingly, there was no increase in sauce compared to the free heavy sauce. I tried ordering from several stores, but the answer was always the same. Even when a staff member checked with the kitchen, the answer didn't change. Please look at the third and fourth images - the surface seems to have a lot of sauce, but the fifth image shows the patty's dry backside. It's a bit gross, but this is why I can never win. With all the extreme products they offer, I wish they would just offer a regular, sauce-drenched "Teriyaki" instead. I want a "Sauce-Soaked Teriyaki Whopper"! How about a "Teriyaki Sauce Dip" with more and most options?

Hachioji Job Edition
Last year, many closures happened, and my usual spots were all gone (cry). So, when I come to Hachioji, I always stop by. Actually, it's my favorite burger in the chain. I don't really like the thick fries, but the Whopper Jr. Set for ¥500 is my go-to. The non-Jr. version has a stronger meaty taste, but it's getting a bit tough for me due to my age. The counter has charging outlets, but it took me a while to figure out how to plug them in.

I had only seen Burger King overseas, but now it's starting to show up in Japan too, and it came to Hachioji quite a while ago. However, I never had the chance to visit the restaurant until now. I ordered the Whopper, which is apparently a very large burger (according to Wiki). I couldn't read Whopper at first and might have pronounced it as "Hooper" or something. The buns were soft and it was basically a slightly larger regular hamburger. It definitely fills you up.

This is a Burger King located on Radiant Street. The atmosphere was calm and easy to relax in, perhaps because it was late. The Whopper had a delicious aroma of hamburger, and the buns were tasty too.

It is a tumultuous title, but currently there are 99 Burger King stores in Japan, and it is said that 20 stores will be closed within this year. Some may think, "Is Burger King withdrawing from Japan again?" However, according to information found on the internet, Burger King is not withdrawing from Japan. Instead, they are considering accelerating their growth strategy, remodeling existing stores, and opening new ones. In the Tama area, I visited the Hachioji store to enjoy Burger King after a long time. I used a LINE coupon to get the Bacon Cheese Whopper set for 990 yen, discounted to 640 yen. I also made it a Heavy option. I only realized after taking a few bites that I forgot to take a photo of the fresh burger because the moment I opened the bag, the amazing smell made me want to take a bite immediately. The aroma of the flame-grilled patty was delightful, and the combination of the meaty patty, crispy lettuce and onions, and juicy tomato was delicious. Although the fries were not piping hot, they were still tasty. Overall, I was satisfied with my long-awaited Burger King meal. Thank you for the meal!

When it comes to Burger King, the Whopper is the signature item. However, I wasn't very hungry so I opted for the smaller size Whopper Junior set. I chose a ginger ale as my drink. The distinctive feature of Burger King is the savory flavor of the burger patty. The ketchup adds a junk food-like taste that I don't mind.

I'm working in Hachioji and it's past 2 pm, so it's time for lunch. I love Burger King! It's my first time eating at the one in Hachioji, and there are two foreign female staff members working hard. Their language is a bit off, but they are cheerful and nice. I had the "Whopper Jr. Set" for 490 yen, which comes with medium-sized fries and a drink. It kind of feels like being in America, and the food is delicious as always. But I have to admit, McDonald's fries are still the best. Thank you for the meal!

On December 7th, I went to Burger King to try the limited-time Snow Cheese Whopper. It was raining in Hachioji, not snowing, but I wanted to try this special menu that is inspired by "snow". I ordered the Snow Cheese Whopper Jr for 490 yen. It's like a burger version of Hatsune Miku's Snow Miku. The burger has Mozzarella cheese, Gouda cheese, and Gorgonzola cheese sauce, all combined with a beef patty, vegetables, and mayonnaise. It was delicious, even though I ordered the smaller Jr size. After eating, since it was still cold and rainy in Hachioji, I thought about going somewhere for a drink.

I had some time before my scheduled train, so I had a morning set. Cheeseburger and blend coffee. Burger King's patties are simple and good.

Chicken nuggets are very cheap! The apple pie was delicious with a strong apple flavor and lacking in cinnamon. There was no non-smoking section anymore!

Last night's dinner was a Quattro Cheese Whopper set at Burger King Hachioji. It was delicious with plenty of cheese. I saved 350 yen with a smartphone coupon.

I had a Whopper at the Burger King in Hachioji for the first time in a while. Sometimes, an American-style burger is a nice change.
