It was about a 10-minute walk from Shinbashi Station. I had made a reservation to stay at First Cabin once. For breakfast, they served bread, salad, and ochazuke. The bread was freshly baked and there were about 4 different kinds. The bread was delicious, so I had some more. A delicious breakfast can really lift your spirits!

Used for drinking. Visited alone. Some thoughts:
- Located near Mount Atago.
- Counter seats and table seats next to the front desk.
- TV available.
- Ordered beer and mixed nuts.
- Large portion of mixed nuts.
- It was delicious.

[Purpose of Visit] I was looking for a hotel for a sudden business trip, but only expensive ones were available, so I decided to try this place. [Atmosphere of the Place] It's been a few years since I stayed at a capsule hotel, but this time I stayed at First Cabin, which felt like a narrow hotel room without a lock. The communal bath is not that big. I had breakfast in the lounge on the 6th floor. [Order Details] I was served macaroni salad and soup, and bread and drinks were self-service. There was also rice available. [Taste Impression] The croissant was delicious. The other bread was okay, but the croissant was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I never thought I could have such a delicious croissant at a capsule hotel. The coffee after the meal was also delicious. [Portion Size] Normal. [Value for Price] I stayed in a First Class room with meals included (Saturday night) for 8,000 yen. It may be a bit expensive, but I'm satisfied because it's clean and nice. [Overall Evaluation] Capsule hotels have really evolved.

In the midst of the current situation with COVID-19, the hotel industry seems to be struggling. Despite this, I decided to document my experiences and mistakes as a hotel enthusiast. First Cabin Atagoyama is a hotel within the First Cabin series, known for its clean and bright interior with a color scheme of white wood, white, and light blue-green. It stands out from other capsule hotels with its upscale interior, services, and cleanliness, while still offering affordable prices. One of the highlights is the large bathhouse that can be accessed all night, featuring a bright and clean design reminiscent of marble, which I personally prefer over the dark traditional Japanese-style bathhouses found in many hotels. The hotel also offers amenities like Provençal-scented body soap, which is a favorite among guests.
First Cabin Atagoyama is located between Toranomon and Shinbashi, a relatively flat area without steep slopes. However, it may be challenging for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues due to the limited elevators at Toranomon Hills Station and Shinbashi Station. Despite these accessibility challenges, the hotel's affordable prices have become even more attractive during the pandemic. Despite facing bankruptcy, some First Cabin branches have managed to continue operating, with Atagoyama being one of them.
During my stay, I noticed improvements such as the absence of smoking areas, making the hotel even cleaner and more allergy-friendly. The young and fresh faces at the front desk added to the positive experience of my stay in Tokyo. Overall, despite the challenges faced by the hotel industry, First Cabin Atagoyama offers a comfortable and clean stay at a reasonable price.

Additional information: During the year-end and New Year campaign, guests can participate in a lottery. Even if you don't win, you will receive a Mirashon shower gel for a three-night stay. The consolation prize is a generous service that is almost too good to be true. The amount is also substantial and very satisfying. (If it's too much to carry, you could even have it sent from a convenience store?) Mirashon seems to be a well-known brand, which surprised me when I looked it up later. It may sound like a promotional message, but that's just me. Let's go at our own pace and enjoy.
