I quickly ate and headed home. At times like this, when I eat beef bowls or ramen, it's great, but I can't help but feel anxious about whether this kind of eating lifestyle is okay. I'm 35 years old, still young, but I need to be careful or it could be dangerous. If I keep eating high-fat meals claiming to be a gourmet blogger, I'll regret it. That's why I was curious about "Tanakatan-style seafood restaurant Uochu". I thought it was "Uotada", but it's actually pronounced "Uochu". It's a high-class izakaya in Fukuoka called "Tanakatan" that opened a set meal restaurant in Tokyo Station's Gransta. The seafood is carefully selected from Tsukiji Market. It's amazing that you can eat delicious set meals inside Tokyo Station. On November 16, 2022, at 7:27 PM, I arrived with one person. Oh, there are two people waiting in line. Both are women. The turnover should be fast, so I decided to wait. I was called in about 3 minutes. Now, let's check the menu. Do I want a bowl or a set meal? Well, on this day, as mentioned above, I came here wanting to eat something healthy. I understand. You want to say it's expensive, right? It's expensive for a set meal. But whether it's expensive or not will be judged after eating. The style is to choose the main dish and side dishes separately. The main dish is today's grilled fish. It was mackerel on this day. The side dish is tofu with toppings. I placed my order. "The grilled fish will take about 15 minutes to cook. Is that okay?" At this point, I couldn't change the main dish, so I had to wait. In reality, it arrived in about 13 minutes. The conclusion is that it was really amazing. It was the best salt-grilled mackerel of the year. It took 15 minutes to grill, so it was delicious everywhere. The outside was crispy and fragrant, and the meat was juicy and plump. The grilling was so amazing that I ate all the bones. I was a little surprised and ended up eating three bowls of rice (two large servings and one regular serving). What about wanting to eat something healthy? It's definitely not good to eat this much rice. But I couldn't help it. The grilled mackerel was so amazing. Well, not just the grilled mackerel, but the rice was incredibly delicious too. The grains were distinct, sweet, glossy, and plump. I can honestly say that I could eat a whole bowl of rice just by itself. By the way, the white miso soup and the sea bream with sesame sauce were also to my liking. So, even though it may seem expensive, I was able to enjoy such a wonderful set meal.
