11/15 NEW OPEN! A patisserie specializing in body-friendly "low-sugar sweets". A sister store of HAGAN ORGANIC COFFEE, with a cute interior in white tones. ☑︎ STRAWBERRY Tart ¥1800 ☑︎ ORANGE Tart ¥1400 ☑︎ CURAM LEMONADE ¥710 ☑︎ ORGAINCO ¥600 Tarts made with an abundance of seasonal fruits, slowly finished at temperatures below 48°C without baking. Gaining attention in recent years as body-friendly sweets, "low-sugar sweets" retain the nutrients of fruits and nuts. Each tart is made fresh to order, with a first taste of coconut. Coconut is used in the crust and cream, spreading a rich sweetness in the mouth. The tart crust, chilled and solidified without baking, has a crumbly texture with a hint of saltiness. The cream, made with almond milk, is rich and sweet. The sweetness of the cream enhances the acidity of the fruits. The fruits are from "Daiwa," known for fruit sandwiches. The patissier's dedication is evident in the ingredients and preparation of these lovely tarts. By the way, the tarts here are made without wheat, dairy, eggs, white sugar, or additives, catering to vegans and vegetarians too!

Visit around 1:00 pm on Sunday. There are 4 tables inside the shop and one was empty. There were also 2 seats outside, but compared to the long line at the gelato shop next door, there was plenty of space inside. The display cases had beautifully artistic samples, and after some deliberation, my companion and I chose peach and fig. For drinks, we ordered an iced latte and an iced tea. The tart crust had a nutty flavor with a nice hint of salt, which balanced out the sweet cream inside. The peach was incredibly juicy and delicious. The fig was a bit milder in flavor, but still enjoyable. There may be some variation in taste due to individual differences. It was a bit confusing at first where to cut into the tart, but the crust was moist, making it easy to slice with a knife. Both the gelato and tart shops seemed to attract a younger, Instagram-friendly crowd, but there were customers from other demographics as well. The staff provided elegant and gentle service, making the experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Glistening like a gem, Posh in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa offers non-baked low-sugar sweets that are currently trending. The first store is located here, and they also have branches in Omotesando and Yoyogi-Uehara. I found out after visiting that they are the sister store of "Hegan Organic Coffee," which also offers fruit sandwiches with soy cream. The fruit sandwiches are on the pricier side due to the high cost of fruits and being vegan, but the size is quite generous, using a whole fruit, so it's somewhat justifiable. Despite being cute, a dessert, and vegan, the explanations make any guilt about indulging in sweets disappear, creating a magical atmosphere in the shop. The Peach Tart (¥1,800) and Ice Coffee CASANOVA (¥600) were delightful. The non-baked tart base made with coconut and almonds had a nice crunchy texture, not overpowering the fruit's freshness, with a slightly salty taste that was surprisingly delicious. The peach was sweet and juicy, while the kiwi was refreshing and delicately beautiful. The coffee, using Hegan Organic Coffee beans, was recommended by the staff based on my preference for no acidity, and it was a perfect match. The ice coffee was also excellent. The Korean-style interior was lovely, and next door seemed to be a vegan ice cream shop with a giant mint chocolate model. The place is charming, and I'm interested in trying more low-sugar sweets.

Review of POSH, a patisserie specializing in non-baked low-sugar sweets in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa✨ I visited around 10:30 on a weekday, with only about 2 groups of customers inside. With only 4 table seats, it seems to fill up quickly on weekends! The limited-time tart I tried this time was made with a peach variety called Nigawa Shiraho from Yamanashi prefecture. The tart was so cute and beautiful that it felt like a waste to eat. The sweet and juicy peach, coconut-flavored tart crust, and nut cream were all delicious, and it's great that you can enjoy them guilt-free as low-sugar sweets! It was a hot day that felt like midsummer, but I didn't want to waste it at home, so I decided to go to POSH that I saw on Instagram. The staff was very kind and the atmosphere was nice! They had just started offering peach tarts today, but there was only one left, so I also tried the American cherry tart along with the peach. I could choose from 5 different coffee beans and they drip brewed it for me on the spot, creating a delicious and happy moment.

Luxurious fruit tart made with high-quality ingredients where the flavor of the raw material shines through. I had the amaou strawberry tart, while my friend had the hassaku orange tart. I paired mine with iced coffee topped with almond ice cream, while my friend chose iced tea. Despite the chaotic line at the neighboring ice cream shop of the same chain, we were able to walk right in here. The price point of nearly 2000 yen per tart may be a deterrent for some. The tart crust seemed to be made with almond, giving a slightly sticky and chewy texture with a gentle sweetness. The quality and taste of the fruit on top were exceptional, making it a delicious treat overall. However, it was undeniably pricey.

Located a 6-minute walk from Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station, "POSH" was my choice over the neighboring ice cream shop. I visited on a Sunday around 1 pm. What I ordered: - Tochiotome strawberry from Tochigi Prefecture (1800 yen) - Honey-grown pineapple from the Philippines (1500 yen) - Latte (580 yen) These fruit tarts are made with whole ingredients like wheat, eggs, dairy, and soy, without any additives, making them gentle on the body. The tart with nuts paired perfectly with the sweet Honey-grown pineapple. The Tochiotome strawberry was deliciously sweet, tangy, and juicy, making for a luxurious treat.

There were 5 seats inside and 2 outside, and the desserts were ordered and enjoyed without having to wait in line. The mandarin orange tart and kiwi tart were ordered, and both were beautifully presented with plenty of almonds in the tart crust and a smooth cream filling inside. It was delicious! The drinks were one per person, and I chose strawberry soda and strawberry milk, both of which were not too sweet and paired well with the sweet cakes. Next time, I want to try the pineapple dessert!

I found a cute shop with a white-based theme by chance during my Tokyo expedition. It's a unique raw sweets shop that uses wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and additives-free ingredients, and is environmentally friendly. The showcase was filled with adorable tarts! I was indecisive, but the staff kindly helped me choose. I tried the RAW CACAO BANANA for 1500 yen, made with sweet ripe bananas from the Philippines. The dessert had a crispy yet soft texture with a gentle sweetness that enhanced the banana flavor. It was not baked but tasted like a tart. It looked beautiful and tasted delicious. I also had a ROSE LATTE (hot) for 710 yen, which had a lovely rose aroma and a mild sweetness. I learned that a new gelato shop called @tutto_vegangelato had opened next door, which looked very cute as well. However, I mistakenly waited in line for the wrong shop at first. Posh was able to get in right away.笑

The shop interior is predominantly white, and they offer tarts that are free from common allergens such as wheat, eggs, dairy, and soy, making them gentle on the body. The taste of their tarts is slightly different from others, with a hint of nut flavor in my opinion. The fruits on top are arranged like works of art, making them not only beautiful to look at but also delicious to eat. The shop has about 6 seats including terrace seating, and while seat reservations are not accepted, tart reservations can be made through LINE, making the purchasing process smooth. On a day off, I visited this extremely popular shop during a weekday evening to avoid the long lines. Since I was already full from lunch, I decided to get a sweet potato tart and a kiwi tart to go. The tart crust was just right in sweetness, and the cream with naturally sweet sweet potato and kiwi was delicious. I now understand why this place is so popular even among non-vegans. Although the prices are on the higher side, I will definitely visit again!

This cafe, which opened in November 2021 in Kiyosumi Shirakawa and quickly became a hot topic, offers raw sweets. Raw sweets are desserts made with natural ingredients without heating them! I visited on a holiday because the cafe was close to my home and had been getting a lot of attention for its raw sweets. The interior of the cafe has a Korean cafe-like atmosphere with a white color scheme. When you enter the shop, you first choose a tart from the showcase. On this day, there were 9 types of tarts available, and we were lucky to try the new peach tart that had just been released. Despite being greedy and going with two people, we ended up ordering three tarts: - Cherry (¥2,200) - Kiwi (¥1,400) - Peach All the tarts are gluten-free, sugar-free, additive-free, and made with fruits carefully selected by a greengrocer in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture. The tarts are not crumbly like typical raw sweets tarts, but have a solid tart texture, which was surprising! Although they lack the crispy texture of baked tart crusts, I might actually like this tart crust too. The cream inside is coconut-based, with a gentle sweetness that is not overwhelming. The fruits, of course, are juicy and each fruit is sweet and delicious. They go well with the tart crust and cream. Healthy and delicious sweets are unbeatable for the body! They also pay attention to their drinks. This cafe is actually a sister store of @haganorganiccoffee, a popular fruit sandwich shop in the same Kiyosumi Shirakawa area, and they use the same coffee. The coffee has a good aroma and is easy to drink, which is wonderful! Since the fruits change depending on the season, it seems like you can enjoy it every time you visit. The staff's customer service was also very polite, making it a lovely cafe experience. #Posh @Kiyosumi Shirakawa - Type: Cafe - Price range: ¥1,000 to ¥2,000 - Closed on Mondays - Food blog rating: 3.21

The taste was unique and intriguing at first, but I ended up liking it. The fruits were fresh and delicious. ■Crowdedness On holidays at 11:00 am, there was a wait for 2 groups. It took about 30 minutes to be seated and an additional 40 minutes to start making the order. A popular cafe in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa that is perfect for Instagram. I finally got to visit after wanting to go for so long! They offer healthy sweets that not only look good but are also good for your body and delicious - it's like hitting three birds with one stone. The space is incredibly cute, a cafe that girls will definitely love! I tried the pear tart, both the cream and tart part had a gentle taste, and the moderate sweetness of the pear spread in my mouth, making it a very satisfying tart. Kiyosumi-Shirakawa has many wonderful shops, but I thought this one had a different charm that would make me want to come back again. I will visit again! Thank you very much.

- Rating: ★★★☆☆ - Ease of solo cafe experience: 1 person was seen dining alone. It is relatively quiet on weekdays, but tends to get crowded on weekends, so weekdays are recommended for solo cafe visits. - Recommended items: Nagano Purple from Nagano Prefecture for ¥1,900, Fig Tart, Latte for ¥580 - Description: This cafe specializes in baked raw sweets tart. Their fruit tarts, which change with the seasons, are not only cute in appearance but also have a nice level of sweetness. The tart crust was coconut-like. It was a luxurious cafe experience! Blue Bottle is the epicenter, and the trendy town of Kiyosumi Shirakawa has become the center of the eastern part of the city. Its influence is spreading from west to east, reaching the Sumida River area in the west. Cross the river, and you'll quickly find yourself in Hamacho and Ningyocho, so it seems that the number of tourists visiting this area will continue to increase. Posh is located along the Sumida Street, heading towards the Kiyosumi Shirakawa area from Morishita. The elegant white interior is sure to catch your eye, making it popular among couples and groups of two women. On a Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock, my friend and I visited while taking a stroll. There happened to be an available table in a private room, so we were seated without having to wait. First, you need to place your order at the counter, where the staff kindly explains the types of tarts and drink options. There were about 8 to 10 types of tarts, ranging from seasonal to classic ones, with prices starting at 1500 yen. This time, my friend and I decided to share a melon tart and order drinks separately. For coffee, there were 5-6 types ranging from light to dark roast, and I ordered an iced decaf dark roast. It was a refreshing and clean coffee without any bitterness, very delicious. The melon used in the tart was from Raitei in Nagano, perfectly ripe and delicious. The cream and tart crust are vegan, made without animal fats, but still have a richness from coconut and almond. It was surprising how much flavor could be achieved without butter or milk. The staff was cheerful and provided excellent service with a smile, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would love to stop by this shop again during another stroll. Thank you for the meal.

Clear Sumida River Stroll Clear Sumida River is famous for having many cafes ☕️. Among them, there is a popular cafe known for its tarts called POSH. They use fresh seasonal fruits, tart crust made with coconut, ingredients derived from plants, and are particular about the coffee beans they use. There are year-round fruit tarts and seasonal fruit tarts, both with a beautiful appearance and delicious fruits. The tart crust is made with coconut oil and not baked, which is surprisingly delicious. The cream inside is made without sugar, yet it has a very delicious sweetness that makes you wonder how they achieve this flavor. Above all, it is delicious. They also have a selection of coffee ☕️ where you can enjoy the difference in flavors. The interior of the cafe has a Korean-style atmosphere, and it is crowded with female customers and couples. It is a luxurious time to spend enjoying delicious and visually appealing sweets in a stylish atmosphere. Although it is a bit pricey, it is worth it for the atmosphere, taste, and service. I look forward to trying the seasonal fruit tart next time. #ClearSumidaRiverCafe #ClearSumidaRiverGourmet #ClearSumidaRiverCafeTour #ClearSumidaRiverCafeHopping #ClearSumidaRiverCafeTour☕️ #ClearSumidaRiverCafeBattleZone #ClearSumidaRiverCafeHopping #POSH #FruitTartSpecialtyShop #FruitTart #CafeWithCoffeeDedication #RepeatVisitDecision

I visited a shop that I was curious about from searching. Even though I was already full from lunch, I decided to stop by. It's a shop that specializes in non-baked fruit tarts and raw sweets. The interior of the shop is quite compact, with a cute white-based decor that gives off a Korean vibe. The shop is filled with young women and couples. The display case is filled with various cute fruit tarts that all look delicious. The prices are a bit high, but since they are fruit tarts and are gluten-free and sugar-free, it's understandable. I ordered a peach tart iced tea. It was a refreshing fruity iced tea with freshly cut fruits that were juicy. The fruits themselves were not too sweet, but the cream was rich in sweetness. Since it's a non-baked raw sweets tart, it has a unique taste with a nut and coconut-based crust that has a hint of saltiness. It's amazing that it's good for the body. However, as I continued to eat, the lingering sweetness of the cream was a bit too much for me. I'm not a fan of coconut or almond milk, so I found it just right to eat only half of it. I'm curious about the banana tart, so I would like to try it if I have the opportunity.

A relatively new shop that serves non-baked tarts, located about a 5-minute walk from Kiyosumi-Shirakawa. The shop is all white and stands out in the bright sunlight. The interior is also clean and white, with about four two-seater tables. They offer nearly 10 tarts focusing on seasonal fruits. I chose the muscat grape tart this day. The visual presentation of the tart was stunning, with an abundance of muscat grapes. It seemed almost a shame to disturb it, but I took a bite. The grapes were juicy and sweet, a perfect match with the moist and crumbly tart crust. The cream had a hint of coconut flavor, not too sweet, and had a refreshing aftertaste that complemented the muscat grapes well. These tarts are described as "raw sweets," explaining the unique texture of the crust. They are also gluten-free and free from sugar, trans fats, wheat, dairy, and additives. Although the price is around 2000 yen per tart, the quality and health benefits make it worth it for an occasional indulgence. Takeout is also available, with the option to schedule a pickup time in advance to avoid waiting. Perfect for a special treat!

It is a lovely shop located in a quiet residential area. At first, I thought it was a bit pricey, but after trying the food, I realized it was worth the price. There were young girls, couples, and others dining there, and it seemed like there was a bit of a wait for those who arrived later. I will definitely visit again. 😊
