Although they don't offer all-you-can-drink, they do have course meals available. The location was just two doors down from Jusara. There were counter seats and table seats available. The spacious and relaxed atmosphere makes it suitable for dates, entertaining clients, or business dinners. The service was attentive like at Torisaki. There was a wide selection of drinks to choose from to fit your budget. And the highlight was the course meal at Goichi. It started with chicken sausages and impactful skewers that were amazingly delicious. Next, we were served chicken sashimi, which was incredibly tasty. I was already sold at this point. Then came a variety of skewers, and ordering a course meal made me realize the depth of yakitori as a food. It's hard to convey through photos, but experiencing it in person at the restaurant was truly impressive. The wine selection was also great. Even though it was white wine, it paired perfectly with the yakitori. For the finale, you could choose between oyakodon, grilled rice balls, or chicken tea rice. Most people seemed to order oyakodon, but I recommend the grilled rice balls. They were crispy on the outside, slightly sweet, with white rice in the center and soy sauce-flavored rice on the outside. The quality of the oyakodon was also top-notch. The chicken soup was delicious as well, and I was on cloud nine the whole time. I may have gotten a little tipsy from ordering whiskies and wines not on the drink menu, but the ambiance, taste, service, drinks, everything was excellent and the cost performance was amazing. I went to this restaurant in Osaka that I had checked as a place I wanted to visit. We ordered a course menu on this day. Each dish was served meticulously as if it were a high-end restaurant. The serving pace was relatively slow, so I don't think we ate a large amount, but we were pleasantly full. The drink prices are a bit high. When considering Osaka standards, opinions on cost performance may vary slightly.

I visited Gakuichi in Nishi-Temmabashi for the first time in a while. The course included chicken sausages, chicken thigh sashimi, gizzard and heart, liver and gizzard, tsukune (chicken meatballs), soft bone, duck loin, chicken breast with wasabi and kumquat, and for the finale, torimeshi (chicken rice). The chicken sausages were juicy and delicious, and the chicken thigh sashimi was amazing as always. Every skewer was delicious. For the finale, we had the option of oyakodon or torimeshi, and after having a drink, torimeshi is definitely recommended! We also tried a bit of oyakodon, and it was exquisite. They also had Japanese whiskey, and I tried Chita ❤️ They didn't have Hakushu, though. The food and atmosphere were lovely, and it was a truly happy time. Thank you for the feast!

When working in Osaka, I came here. The delicious yakitori was just as the reviews said. They serve pickled radish with grated daikon as a chopstick rest, and when it runs out, they offer more, which is a nice service. They are quite pushy about drinks, but I think it's because the course price is fixed and they have no other way to increase revenue. If they could tone it down a bit, it would be perfect. The standout dishes were the chicken liver and kumquats. The chicken liver was especially impressive. I would love to visit again when I'm in Osaka.

Here, they offer yakitori courses and separate billing for drinks, which is a pretty standard system. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is stylish and perfect for a date. They have Goichi's specialty dishes like kinkan and tataki. You might not be able to fully appreciate the greatness of Goichi if you don't say yes to sashimi.

The dishes we had on December 11, 2022, included chicken tataki, homemade chicken sausage, baby leaf salad, pickled shiba, grated daikon with chicken liver and tamago, simmered chicken liver and tamago, grilled duck breast, duck leg, duck loin, duck breast, chicken liver and green onion skewers, grilled onigiri, chicken soup, and oyakodon.

It was difficult to make a reservation at the popular yakitori restaurant "Goichi" in Nishi-Temma. I ordered a glass of white wine and the recommended red wine Pinot Noir course.
