On April 15, 2023 (Saturday) at 5:30 pm, I visited Suns Burger for the first time in a while after working on weekends. Despite the rainy weather, I was able to walk there within 10 minutes from Minamimachida Station. The owner's brother provided excellent customer service and it was evident that they value their connection with local farmers. The careful preparation of each burger and the freshness of the vegetable ingredients were noticeable. When the burgers arrived, I was excited. The patties made from 100% lean beef were perfectly cooked, tender, flavorful, and delicious. The W Suns Burger had a well-balanced sauce that complemented the patty, thick tomato slices, and onions. The Chili Beans Burger had a rich and spicy flavor from the chili beans and sauce, which was also very tasty. The variety of pickles was refreshing. They also offer a monthly burger special, and I look forward to trying the Pulled Pork Burger next month. The total cost for two burgers, a side of fries and a drink, and pickles was 3,600 yen. It was a cozy and welcoming restaurant experience.

W Sands Burger 1,900 Sands Set 450 (drink + fries + pickles) During Golden Week on Wednesday at 7:00 PM, the restaurant was 80% full inside and about 30% full on the terrace. There were three young, efficient, and friendly staff members. Coca-Cola was served in bottles for direct consumption. The fan in front of us was visibly dirty... they should have chosen a white one. The open kitchen layout provided a sense of openness. The person grilling the burgers was efficient. The buns were fluffy and full of wheat flavor. The beef patty was juicy and chunky, with a steak-like thickness. The onions paired perfectly with the meat. I left feeling satisfied and full.

On Wednesday at 11:00, no wait. I had the Avocado Burger Regular for ¥1400 and added the Sands Set for ¥350, which includes fries, pickles, and a drink. I opted for Coke Zero for an additional ¥100. The bun was a bit hard, but the fries were delicious. The pickles were too sour and unnecessary. It would be better if they offered to increase the salad or fries instead. The interior of the restaurant was very cold and cramped, so it may not be suitable for women.

Suns Burger, a hamburger restaurant in Minami Machida! The American atmosphere with a terrace is lovely. I visited when I was craving a hamburger. I went on a weekend at 2pm and the terrace was full, but luckily someone was leaving just as I arrived. I was seated right away! I love the atmosphere on the terrace here. I placed my order immediately, but it took 25 minutes for the food to arrive!! I was so hungry! The burger I ordered was the Special Cheeseburger, which is the 3rd most popular item on the menu, priced at 1200 yen. The gooey cheese was delightful! The grilled onions and tomatoes were sweet, and the buns were soft and fluffy. The meat was well-done as I requested, but it seemed slightly less juicy than before. The patty was chunky, and the portion size was generous! I devoured it and left feeling satisfied. As part of the October promotion, I also got to sample some sweet potato chips before leaving.

Visited around 12:00 on a regular day. The parking lot is located next to a Chinese restaurant, with space for four cars. The entrance to the parking lot had Sun's Burger written on it (please refer to the photo for the number). Upon entering, I found a small shop with a counter in a U-shape. I ordered... Avocado Cheese Burger [Regular] (¥1,300) Sun's Set (¥450) I chose the homemade lemon squash for my drink. It took about 10 minutes for the drink to arrive and about 15 minutes for the burger. The homemade lemon squash had a rich and refreshing taste with lemon slices in it. The burger had neatly cut avocado and was well-stacked. The bun was crispy on the outside and soft inside. The patty was coarsely ground and meaty, providing a satisfying meaty flavor. The onions and tomatoes were grilled with the patty, ensuring the burger remained hot until the last bite. The flavorful taste made it seem like a good match for alcohol. The potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The pickles included various vegetables, including some unusual ones like bitter gourd, king oyster mushroom, and green onions. Overall, the food was quite delicious, but I felt it was a bit pricey. It would have been better if the burger, potatoes, and drink combo cost around ¥1,500 for a weekday lunch.

The area around Minamimachida Station has become even more lively with the opening of Grandberry Park. A short 10-minute walk from the station, slightly off the main road, is Suns Burger, which opened in August last year. I tried the "Bacon Cheeseburger ¥1,350", which is actually a Suns Burger with cheddar cheese and bacon toppings. You can choose between regular (100g) and large (150g) patties, and I opted for the large size. The patty is made of 100% beef shin meat, giving it a unique chewy texture. It is cooked to a slightly firm texture, allowing the meat flavor to shine through. It is topped with a homemade Arizona-style sauce, both on top and bottom of the patty. The seasoning is quite strong, but it complements the patty well. The burger also includes grilled onions, grilled tomatoes, and lettuce. The grilled tomatoes are a nice touch, and all the vegetables are cut for easy eating. The buns are fluffy with a slightly sweet aftertaste, as they use honey in the recipe. Overall, this burger is very meat-focused, with thick bacon providing a satisfying bite. During lunchtime, you can add roasted potatoes, homemade pickles, and a drink for an additional ¥350. The potatoes are flavorful and the pickles are a refreshing side dish. I chose the homemade lemon squash for my drink. The cozy restaurant has a small interior with a terrace in the back. The staff are friendly, making it a comfortable dining experience.

On this day, with the pleasant autumn weather, I gladly chose to sit outside instead of inside the restaurant. - SP Cheeseburger L 1300 yen - (Topping) Chili Beans 250 yen - (Set) Potato, Pickles, Drink 350 yen Wow, a high-class burger. I have to make sure I enjoy this no matter what... Oh, amazing! The melted cheese is just so good. The buns are quite sweet, like French bread with a crispy surface. Inside, there's a patty made of 100% beef shin meat, Arizona-style sauce, grilled tomato and onion, and crispy lettuce. And hidden underneath is a generous amount of chili beans that I topped it with. The patty is like a delicious hamburger... I think, because it's hard to tell with the Arizona-style sauce (which is also tasty) and the gooey cheese with plenty of chili beans, right? Neither of them feels like they're in there. The burger bag was so full. It's three times the size of a Mos Burger. The patty, well, it did feel like it was there, with the rich cheese and the satisfying chili beans. The homemade lemonade was also incredibly delicious. Sure, it might seem a bit pricey, but when you're this satisfied and messy, you can't help but think, "This is worth it!" I also couldn't help but smile. For those who just want a regular meal, the "Suns Burger" regular burger (with a 100g patty) with a set for 1200 yen seems like a good deal, don't you think?

Suns Burger, a new hamburger shop that opened in Minamimachida, has the best terrace seating! The staff are amazing, and the burgers and homemade lemonade are fantastic! The shop is tucked away from the main street, next to Gairyu. The interior has a counter surrounding the kitchen, and outside, there is a lovely terrace seating area. The staff are all young and friendly, making the atmosphere very welcoming. I ordered the regular size Suns Burger for 850 yen and received a complimentary drink because it was a hot day. The homemade lemonade was delicious, with the perfect balance of sweetness, bitterness, and carbonation. The burger was also amazing, with a crispy bun, juicy patty, and fresh vegetables. The potato side dish was also a treat. Everything was delicious, and the staff even noticed when I was struggling to eat the lemon in my glass and provided me with a pick and extra lemon. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I can't wait to go back and try it with a beer once they start serving alcohol!

This time it was a takeout of about 30 minutes, but the buns got soggy with the broth, which was disappointing. However, the taste was spicy and very delicious. I ordered the L size of the Sands Burger, and it was very satisfying with a great volume. I also thought the grilled vegetables inside were cooked well. The downside was the sogginess from the broth and the excessive sauce that made the flavor too strong. Personally, I would prefer a bit less sauce or a more refreshing flavor. The side of potatoes was also very delicious. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
