Jonathan Lunch, part of the Skylark Group, offers affordable prices for the first time♡ Since it's a family restaurant, the food was surprisingly delicious. The alcohol selection is limited, but that's expected for a family restaurant. The fried mozzarella cheese was wonderfully unique in taste and texture!! I also enjoyed the truffle salt on the french fries. It's a shame that it's a little far from Nishi-Kasai Station... I often find myself heading to the closer Gusto. Overall, I enjoyed the meal very much^ ^

I check the clock and it's already past 9 o'clock. I have an appointment at 11, and I want to arrive 30 minutes early, so I have about 1 hour left. I can't go too far, so I decide to visit "Jonathan Nishikasai Store" on Kiyokawa Ohashi Street in Edogawa-ku. This is a well-known nationwide chain restaurant. I order the "Tuna Tekkadon Morning" and my friend orders the "Japanese-style Hamburger Breakfast". The food is decent, not amazing but not bad either. Overall, it was a satisfactory meal.

It's so hot that I don't want to walk from the parking lot. This shop has some parking spaces under a roof, so even if you leave your car, it won't get scorching hot, which is an irresistible charm. If you wait a bit, you can also enjoy a relaxed meal inside. The weekday lunch is budget-friendly, with a tablet for ordering and a robot for serving. The Chicken Grill with Teriyaki Sauce on Mondays really stimulated my appetite, helping me combat summer fatigue. Thank you for the meal.

Weekday lunches are easy to stop by because there is a parking lot. Today's lunch was chicken grill and croquettes. I noticed that you can add cream croquette as an option when ordering with a tablet, so I decided to add it today. It's not listed on the menu around here. When I went to get soup and water, a cat robot brought the food shortly after. I wonder if robot serving is becoming the default at Skylark Group? Maybe it's another way of streamlining operations.

I had some errands in the Kasai area by car and found a Jonathan's with a parking lot after searching online. Around 11 o'clock, there were a few parking spaces available. The restaurant was compact, with mostly tables for two. My daughter and I always order the same menu, rice ball plate and omurice. It seems like the omurice has gotten slightly smaller due to a menu change...? Anyway, the setup is the same as always at Jonathan's, so my daughter and I enjoyed our meal calmly.

It was a pleasant surprise! The environment was clean, and there were many options on the menu, such as cafes, desserts, Western food, and set meals. I had a great time with my friends ordering the lunch set, which had a variety of dishes. The chicken was delicious. If you have time, it might be enjoyable to stay here all afternoon, having afternoon tea.

I had never been to Jonathan before, even though I had been to Gusto, Bamiyan, Yumean, Shabu-ya, Aoiya, and Steak Gusto. I thought I had covered the basics of the Skylark Group, but somehow I had missed Jonathan. Finally, at the end of last year, I made my Jonathan debut! And there, I was finally able to meet that adorable cat server. "Here is your order, meow." "Thank you for your order, meow. Please enjoy your meal." Meow meow meow, how cute! It was overwhelmingly adorable! The cat-shaped serving robot, Robonyan, was so charming. Thanks to this little one, my impression of Jonathan was really good! The hamburger was also very delicious.

It's been a while since I had a craving for Mexican pilaf and tandoori chicken. I used to eat them a lot when I was a student. It had been quite a long time, so I didn't remember them well, but it seemed like the chicken had gotten bigger? It felt like there was a significant increase in portion size. The taste hasn't changed much, I think? When I took a bite, memories from about 15 years ago came flooding back haha. I also used to eat American sauce pasta a lot, so I'll try that next time.

I visited a family restaurant about a 5-minute walk from Nishi-Kasai Station on the Kiyosuna Ohashi Street and ordered the Ham and Cheese Sandwich Morning set for ¥499, which comes with a drink and access to the soup bar. The sandwich was served with fried potatoes and ketchup. The ham and creamy cheese went well together, and the toast was nicely done, making it delicious. The fried potatoes were just average. I made the most of the soup bar, enjoying the egg soup, and tried the vegetable & fruit juice, lemon juice, and blended coffee from the drink bar. Overall, it was a good morning set for under ¥500.

I visited Jonathan Nishikasai store, which is less than a 10-minute walk from Nishikasai Kitaguchi, on the last day of the consecutive holidays in the afternoon. It was about 80% full. I ordered oyster fry, squid fry, chicken, and a drink bar. The oysters and chicken were a bit small. It's good for a light snack. It's nice that there are seats where you can charge your phone.

I visited for lunch on a weekday, it was past 3pm. I ordered the lunch special for Monday, which was Chicken Nanban and Gyoza. I ordered using the touch panel. Almost all seats have charging outlets, and wifi is available. The lunch was delicious and filling. I also had Danish soft serve ice cream for dessert. The restaurant is located about a 5-minute walk from Nishi-Kasai Station South Exit, along the main street, making it convenient. There is a parking lot on the first floor, so it is also easily accessible by car.

I usually don't eat breakfast, but today I had some errands around noon, so I decided to try the morning menu at Jonathan's. It had been 10 years since I last visited this restaurant, and this is my first time writing a review (676th in the Kasai area). I was curious about what this place would be like on a weekday morning after 8:00 AM, so I walked in. The restaurant was very quiet with very few customers. Some people were working on their laptops, creating a relaxed atmosphere. I chose the sunny-side-up egg morning set (659 yen) and helped myself to soup and juice from the self-serve bars. The consommé soup and vegetable juice were delicious. When the sunny-side-up egg morning set arrived, I added soy sauce to the egg and butter to the bread. The onion dressing on the salad was surprisingly tasty. I went to get coffee and found a "Geisha blend" which was quite good. Everything I ate and drank was delicious, and the unexpectedly relaxed atmosphere was nice. I wonder if it's because it's a weekday? Last month, I had a similar morning set at a nearby Denny's, but I prefer the relaxed atmosphere at Jonathan's. They even have a soup bar. Surprising. I thoroughly enjoyed today's leisurely morning at Jonathan's.

In April 2021, I revisited a nearby shopping area and decided to have lunch at this FR restaurant along Seiso Street (Eidai Street) owned by the Skylark Group. I avoided crowds by going early. I ordered the "Avocado Locomoco with 13-grain rice for 1,099 yen including tax" using the touch panel device on the table. The Avocado Locomoco with 13-grain rice came with avocado-topped hamburger, sunny-side-up egg-topped 13-grain rice, quinoa salad, and corn potage soup, all served on a round white ceramic plate. The coarsely ground hamburger, corn potage, and all the other dishes were delicious and made for a satisfying one-plate lunch. I left about 1/4 of the 13-grain rice. It was delicious.

Starting from the morning, it was a chain of family restaurants. While at Gusto, I suddenly felt like having a Premium Malt, so I decided to move to Jonathan's.
~Ordered Items~
- Premium Malt beer
- Drink bar
- Deep-fried Kagoshima kibinago
- Highball with a corner
- Cajun chicken
Since it was a drinking spree, I kept the snacks to a minimum! I paired the Premium Malt with kibinago that I suddenly felt like eating for some reason! I enjoyed a bit of Christmas spirit with the spicy Cajun chicken and finished off with a Highball.

The recent unpredictable weather caused me to feel unwell and my body temperature rose a bit. I was told by my company to stay home and rest, so my day off suddenly became an opportunity to catch up on my reading. I went to the restaurant for the daily lunch special and used a rainy day coupon to enjoy some sweets and relax. I also had a check-up at the hospital, and thankfully, the fever was just from fatigue and not the usual issue. I made progress in clearing my reading backlog. Thank you for the meal.

Located about a 5-minute walk from Nishi-Kasai Station South Exit, Jonathan Nishi-Kasai store is situated along a main street. The first floor serves as a parking lot. It was not crowded on a weekday evening. I visited for the first time in a while and noticed that all seats now have touch panel screens for ordering. There are plenty of outlets available for charging. I enjoyed the Hamburg & Chicken Nanban with freshly baked Danish soft serve ice cream. It was delicious.

I visited this restaurant for the first time in two months for a weekday morning. It is located about a 5-minute walk from the south exit of Nishi-Kasai Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, along a main street. The restaurant is on the second floor, with a parking lot on the first floor. When I arrived around 9 am on a weekday, the restaurant was not crowded. Even though I was alone, I was seated at a spacious table for four. I ordered the ham and egg sandwich morning set that I liked last time. It came with a drink bar and soup. The sandwich had a great volume and was delicious. I would like to eat it again. There was also a non-smoking section available.

I visited Jonathan's in Nishi-Kasai Station, Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, about a 5-minute walk from the south exit for a weekday morning. The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor with parking on the 1st floor. I arrived around 9 am and the place was not crowded, so I was seated at a table for four by myself. I ordered the Morning Menu's Crunchy Cabbage Ham Egg Sandwich Morning, which came with a drink bar and soup. The sandwich was very filling and delicious. It was nice to be able to enjoy a leisurely meal.

I used the morning set menu. It is cheap and you can eat normally. The interior of the restaurant is a bit old-fashioned in some areas, but it is kept clean.
