Philadelphia steak for 1200 yen, red wine for 600 yen. I'm happy they poured plenty of red wine for me. The sandwich is a bit oily. Also, it would be nice if they baked the baguette a little more so that the crust is crispy. The view from the second floor is somehow calming.

On Sunday around 11 o'clock, two of us visited the restaurant. We climbed up the sudden stairs to the second floor where the cozy and comfortable dining area was located. Instead of cold water, we enjoyed refreshing iced tea. The food we ordered was avocado steak and potato set. The potatoes were delicious and quite impressive. The hamburger had much more volume than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. It was incredibly delicious. Going there on an empty stomach is recommended.

A bustling hamburger shop in the downtown area where foreign tourists flock, serving delicious wagyu beef patties! I went on a exploration of Yanesen after a while and found a burger cafe that seemed to have some unique charm. The staff were working hard and very pleasant. There was a small incident along the way, but they handled it very well. Each design element of the shop feels handmade with attention to detail and fun, making the shop very likable. There is a waiting area for takeout and a second-floor eat-in corner with a self-serve iced tea dispenser, making it a fair and considerate shop. It might be a bit pricey for everyday eating in the local area, but you can have free refills of iced tea, so I hope more people will use this shop. It seems like a shop run by an individual, so I hope they keep up the good work. Thank you for the meal.

I had delivery from here before and it was delicious, so I decided to visit this time. And it was still delicious! They have a lot of attention to detail, such as: - Buns: specially ordered from Shirayama Amonie - Patty: made from lean meat of Iwate short-horned beef and black-haired Wagyu - Vegetables: baby leaf from Tamba, Hyogo Prefecture - Seasoning: low-calorie, low-cholesterol mayonnaise, mustard with exquisite acidity, and ketchup with a gentle sweetness - Original tartar sauce made from fresh ingredients They are conscious of balancing umami, acidity, saltiness, bitterness, and sweetness, as well as aroma, texture, and the deliciousness of Wagyu beef, all packed into one Japanese hamburger. The vegetables have a rich flavor, the patty is meaty with a good umami taste but not too heavy, and the buns are fragrant and delicious on their own. The sauces bring all these flavors together. The seating at Eat In was only on the second floor, with two tables for two people each and a small counter space that could seat 4 or 5 people. The burgers that came out were huge! The patty was more like coarsely ground meat rather than minced meat, with a rich beef flavor and very juicy. There was no side salad, but the overflowing green leaf inside the burger served as a sufficient substitute. I usually get heartburn from eating minced meat, but I didn't experience any discomfort at all with this burger. I ended up eating a good amount without any issues! I thought the shrimp burger would have shrimp instead of a patty, but it actually had a thick patty with a generous amount of shrimp on top! The combination with the bagna cauda sauce was excellent, and it was incredibly delicious. The buns were fluffy, moist, and fragrant, making it a burger that made me think "I want to come back again" after a long time. The manager was very kind, speaking kindly to the children and even giving us a bonus gem, making it a very satisfying lunch for the whole family. We will definitely be coming back again!

Around 11:30 on a weekday, I had the limited-time apple and blue cheese burger without having to wait, on the second floor's eat-in space. It was nice that the tea was self-serve and unlimited. The eat-in space was very clean and stylish, but the stairs to the second floor were steep, so it might be a concern for parents with small children. The burger had sweet stewed apples, blue cheese, and a hint of wasabi, which I liked! I also like FIREHOUSE's Up Rella Burger, but the blue cheese and wasabi added a nice kick to this one - delicious! The meat was thick and filling, so I didn't need any side dishes.

They hand-chop and shape the patty using short-horned beef from Iwate Prefecture, smashing it to bring out the umami flavor while removing excess fat. Recommended for those who enjoy a meaty texture. The buns, specially ordered from a renowned bakery, have a firm texture. The outside is crispy like toasted baguette, while the inside is soft and dense like French bread. The buns were delicious. The umeboshi (pickled plum) is sandwiched between tomato and cucumber, and since the meat is lean, the burger is quite refreshing. The abundance of baby lettuce and baby greens was a bit overwhelming at first, but I ended up eating them like a goat. They offer self-service water, but on that hot day, they also served complimentary oolong tea, which was a delightful surprise.

I had lunch at Burger&Steak MUSECA TIMES in Yanaka, Ginza. It's a burger shop that uses 100% Iwate Tanagoku beef. They also offer takeout sandwiches, salads, and side dishes. I chose the Nankou Ume Burger for 1500 yen. The plum flavor I was expecting was subtle, and it turned out to be a regular hamburger. However, it was very filling! The counter seats on the second floor are narrow, but it was exciting to watch people passing by while feeling hidden away.
