Introducing a restaurant in the center of Osaka, "Sushi Senyo," operated by the sushi school "Restaurant People University," where you can become a sushi chef in just 3 months. The restaurant has been selected as a Bib Gourmand, indicating its excellent quality. The chefs prepare the sushi right in front of you, and the evening course starts at 5,500 yen, which is quite reasonable. Located in a quiet area of bustling Fukushima. The lunch course starts at 3,300 yen, and the dinner course starts at 5,500 yen. The first-floor course includes appetizers, sashimi, 8 pieces of sushi, tamagoyaki, and soup. The second-floor course offers additional dishes and sushi pieces. The restaurant has a cozy L-shaped counter with seating for 7 people. The appetizers include sesame tofu, squid, and tuna cheek. The sashimi for the day was horse mackerel and bluefin tuna, both delicious. The chefs prepare the dishes right in front of you, adding to the excitement. The scallop in white soy sauce was tender and flavorful. The grilled sea bream was tasty, and the marinated tuna had a unique touch of mustard. The boiled shrimp was large and delicious, served with egg. The simmered conger eel was the best I've had, tender and flavorful. The rolled omelet with green onions was sweet and fluffy, almost like a cake. I also ordered sea urchin, which was creamy and sweet. Overall, the restaurant offers great value for the quality of food served. Located in Fukushima, it's a great place to enjoy a meal.
