I have been a regular at this restaurant for about 5 years now, ever since it was featured on TV from its street stall days. Whenever I come to Fukuoka, I make sure to visit this place. The must-try dishes include the "Black Wagyu Ichibo" (¥2,000), a rare cut of meat served with grated soy sauce, which is tender and has a refreshing flavor. The "Hokkaido Shirako" (¥1,000) is a delicacy with a creamy texture that melts in your mouth. The "Meat Miso Stuffed Peppers" (¥400) are made with fresh peppers and delicious meat miso. The "Ankimo" (¥600) is rich and satisfying, perfect for those who enjoy liver. The "Low-temperature Cooked Liver" (¥580) is a must-try for liver lovers, cooked to perfection with sesame oil. The "Hakata Negimaki" (¥230) is a vegetable skewer with crispy Fukuoka onions that complement the juicy pork perfectly. The "Chef's Pork Feet" (¥680) are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a satisfying texture. Despite trying different dishes, the classic flavors never get old. It was good to see the chef in good health, but where did the sous chef go?

In the past, this place was known as a popular food stall in Susaki area with reservations that were hard to come by. Now they have moved from a food stall to a restaurant. Even after all this time, it remains popular as I could only get a counter seat with a reservation made a month in advance. The appetizer for the day was a soup with chicken dumplings. There was crab served from a box right in front of us, with plenty of meat inside the shell. For drinks, I had a beer followed by a fruit-infused shochu highball and a lemon highball. The sesame yellowtail and sesame mackerel were delicious, with a tasty sauce. Skewers included scallion-wrapped, asparagus-wrapped beef, and a sukiyaki-style baby squid. The finishing touch was tempura. I also tried fresh oysters, and a dish where I added sweetly cooked minced meat to raw bell peppers. The transition from a food stall to a restaurant has allowed for a wider variety of dishes to be served, making it a great dining experience.

I had sesame mackerel, grilled pork, and various other dishes like vegetable-wrapped yakitori. Everything was so delicious! I always think that the sashimi is beautiful ✨ and also very tasty. Next time, I want to go earlier and enjoy even more.

This shop started as a food stall and now has become a restaurant that offers a variety of seafood, meat, and side dishes. Although they have set courses, I prefer ordering a la carte. It seems like they do not offer all-you-can-drink options. The location is a bit inconvenient, but the taste is truly outstanding. Both the seafood and meat dishes are incredibly delicious. There are no private rooms available. The atmosphere of the restaurant is lively, like an izakaya, and the staff are very friendly. I believe there is a time limit of 2 hours, but we ended up staying for about 3 hours. This may vary depending on the reservation status. With so many menu options, it's impossible to try everything in just 2 hours. I was surprised to see they serve Ebisu draft beer. We also shared a large bottle of Akazuru beer, which was convenient for two people. The sea urchin with seaweed is from Ariake, and they were quick to answer when I asked. The restroom is spacious and clean, with a washlet. There is only one restroom, so it's best to go early to avoid waiting. As this place used to be a food stall, the ramen for the finishing touch was also delicious.

I heard that this restaurant is popular among people in Fukuoka, so I decided to visit. The outside had a lively atmosphere with many lanterns lined up. Inside, there were counter seats and tatami rooms, all decorated with lanterns, creating a charming ambiance. I was recommended to try the omakase (chef's choice) menu, which I gladly accepted. The first dish was a unique style where I put minced meat into a bell pepper from a tank, which was quite fun. Then, I made my own mashed potato salad, getting to participate in the cooking process, which was enjoyable. The food was simply amazing, with delicious fish, street food, skewers, everything was tasty! Although it may not be easily accessible geographically, I will definitely make sure to visit this place whenever I go to Fukuoka.

Fukuoka! Summer! Bullet tour! I finally managed to get a reservation at this popular restaurant for 10 pm, but it was worth it! The dishes are perfectly crafted with care, and the staff are cute and friendly! You can order one skewer at a time, and I tried one with grape-wrapped meat in it. When I tried it, I thought, "Hmm?" but the challenge of visually enjoying the food was wonderful! The live squid was such an outstanding dish that you can enjoy its quality without having to go to Yobuko in Karatsu! It's important to have visually appealing dishes like this too! The stuffed bell peppers even came in a cool glass, giving a refreshing summer feel. I enjoyed sipping on good sake in a relaxed atmosphere.

A few friends from Fukuoka recommended this place. I made a reservation one month ago and visited. The exterior looks like it used to be a food stall, which adds to the atmosphere. I didn't know what skewers would be served, but the recommended ones were brought to us, and they were all delicious! Especially, the green onion was incredibly tasty! Everything we ordered was delicious. The atmosphere is also great. It's easy to see why this place is so popular.

I made a reservation for 7:00 at a different restaurant for a change. It seemed to be a busy time as there were quite a few people coming and going. I looked at the menu and ordered randomly. The negi maki was beautifully presented! As I was enjoying the sesame mackerel, they also gave me a complimentary piece of horse mackerel sushi. This sushi was delicious too! Thank you!

For dinner today, I made a reservation and went to Suzaki Yatai Kajishikani in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City. This restaurant is one of the top 100 on Tabelog, so I'm glad I made a reservation because it was fully booked when I went there. I ordered their specialty dishes such as live squid sashimi, sesame mackerel, Hakata negi roll, Unzen ham skewers, tomato roll, Itoshima negi salad, small onion, wagyu red pickled onion, sesame fish roe, and more. Oh, it was delicious! Especially the live squid sashimi was sweet and chewy, very delicious. You can choose whether to have the squid legs as tempura or grilled, and I chose grilled which was also perfect and tasty. The sesame mackerel was tasty, and the fish roe was crispy and delicious. Truly a top 100 restaurant!

My relatives from Osaka came to Fukuoka for the Yamakasa festival, so I took them to "Kajishika". They wanted to eat "live squid sashimi" and "sesame mackerel", but they were sold out because it was late. We ordered dishes such as fruit tomatoes, grilled chicken, horse mackerel, and sukiyaki skewers. The food was delicious, and my relatives were happy. Thank you very much.

The display case in front of the counter is beautiful and appetizing, the taste is excellent both in appearance and flavor! The aftertaste is also great, and I am grateful for the send-off. The Fukuoka beef sukiyaki roll, negi roll, ark shell, number one garlic chive, and large fried chicken wings were delicious! The restaurant is always busy and it's hard to make a reservation, but finally achieving it was very satisfying!

This day was a business trip to Fukuoka, and I had a drink with a gourmet former colleague who lives in Fukuoka. When considering which restaurant to go to, we decided to go to the popular izakaya "Suzaki Yatai Kajishika," which is one of the top 100 izakayas, and made a reservation in advance. We ordered the chef's special course. This place is quite popular, and it seems difficult to get in without a reservation on the day. So, I recommend making a reservation whenever you visit. Anyway, it's been about 5 years since we last met, so we raised our glasses with Amber Ebisu beer! The dishes included chicken meatball soup, minced meat miso stuffed peppers, fish roe, assorted sashimi, assorted skewers (pork belly, pork and leek rolls, tomato and meat rolls, quail skewers), potato salad, mozuku vinegar, pig's feet (chef's pig feet), sukiyaki skewers, and yakisoba. The course was very cost-effective. The assorted sashimi included fresh local fish like sesame mackerel. The skewers were all delicious, especially the pork and leek rolls had a Hakata street food vibe. And the quail skewers were a unique experience as you eat them with the shell on...! The chef's pig feet were an outstanding dish, with great seasoning that went well with beer. Truly a pride of the chef! We were able to enjoy various street food dishes and delicious drinks... It was clear that this izakaya is loved by the locals.

The atmosphere of the shop, including the staff, was great, and the food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I had a very enjoyable dining experience. One dish that stood out was the stuffed bell peppers, which were served in a fishbowl-like container filled with water, creating a crunchy texture. The filling for the peppers came separately, allowing you to stuff them yourself.

During a business trip to Kyushu, I quickly checked 100 restaurants on Tabelog to choose this place in order to satisfy everyone. We sat at a table similar to a robata grill with 4 people and started eating and drinking. The menu was limited, but everything that came out was satisfying. The plates were quickly empty.

On a regular day, even though it was pouring rain, I made a phone reservation the day before, but it seemed like there were still some seats available even without a reservation. First of all, in front of the counter seats, there were colorful ingredients. My excitement went through the roof at this point. We were wondering what the glass bowl like a goldfish bowl was for, and then unexpectedly, bell peppers came out! The mentaiko (spicy cod roe) omelette was also beautifully decorated in a flower shape, and the side vegetables and decorative flowers were intricately cut. Not only the taste of the dishes, but also the visual presentation was delightful. It had been a while since I got so excited by the beauty of the presentation. Fun won over deliciousness. The soy sauce was indeed on the sweeter side. The seasoning varied, and I never got tired of it. The dishes were served in carefully chosen tableware, and the presentation was impeccable. If this restaurant was nearby, I would definitely be a regular, and I would confidently recommend it to travelers and visitors. Thank you very much. It was a feast.

I forgot to take a photo of the restaurant, but I had sesame mackerel for 1200 yen and live squid sashimi for 2500 yen. After enjoying the squid sashimi, I was surprised to learn that I could have the squid tentacles grilled with salt or made into tempura. The negi-maki for 280 yen was excellent, and the chicken meatball soup was delicious. Overall, everything was tasty.

Takizawa Karen's cousin works here! The food is delicious! Many celebrities come here, and it was even featured on a TV show hosted by Ariyoshi two weeks ago! I came at a good time! To be honest, the sashimi in Ibaraki Prefecture is tastier! Fukuoka's sashimi is known for being light and not fatty! I heard that because it's not fatty, the soy sauce tastes sweeter. Hmm. For those who like light, non-fatty sashimi, this place is perfect!

Originating from Fukuoka's food stalls, this shop was visited during Golden Week on a Fukuoka trip. The lively atmosphere inside the shop, along with the friendly and energetic staff, created a pleasant dining experience. The seasonal vegetables from Fukuoka such as water eggplant, corn, bell peppers, and vegetable skewers were fresh and delicious. There was also a variety of seafood dishes available, including Fukuoka specialties like sesame mackerel and squid sashimi. I opted to have the squid tentacles grilled at the end, which was a delightful choice. Seeing the neighboring table order grilled ramen made me want to try it too, and it did not disappoint. Overall, it was a great place to enjoy good food and drinks.

You can enjoy both fish and vegetable meat skewers, and the quality is consistently high. Starting with sashimi, sesame mackerel, vegetable meat skewers, and sushi. And numerous types of alcohol... I wanted to eat more skewers. It cost around 20,000 yen for two people, but the quality matched the price.

I visited the restaurant at 8:30 PM. I was looking forward to a cold beer, but the glass wasn't very chilled, probably due to the crowd. The food was delicious, especially the specialty Hakata negiyaki and sesame mackerel were sold out, so I tried sesame hirasu and it was very tasty.
