Well, I stopped by Naka Momozono and visited this popular shop for the first time ✨ Bera Shio Tonkotsu Ramen Sōhonten was bustling after 12:30 pm (´∀｀) I was quite indecisive about the order, but ended up ordering the following: Kyushu Tonkotsu Ramen ¥860, Secret Marinated Egg ¥100, A Set (3 pieces of Karaage, Rice) ¥220, Yuzu Salt Ramen ¥850. The Kyushu Tonkotsu & A Set features a creamy foam-style ultimate soup made by aging pork bone umami and natural collagen for 20 hours using a post-boiling method, so my expectations were high! As soon as it was served, my attention was drawn to the foam. Taking a sip of the soup, I could taste the unique richness and sweetness of the pork bone, with a lingering aftertaste. The noodles were thin straight noodles that intertwined well with the soup, making it easy and smooth to eat. The marinated egg was flavorful, and the Karaage was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The ramen itself was delicious, but the A Set packed a powerful punch. The Yuzu Salt Ramen had a beautiful golden soup, and the scent of yuzu wafted through my nose as I drank the soup. The amount of yuzu was generous, allowing me to enjoy the luxury of eating the yuzu peel without worrying about finishing it. The saltiness of the soup enhanced the flavor of the noodles. This time, I ordered the Hakata Nagahama Tonkotsu Ramen (840 yen), Kurume Tonkotsu Ramen (860 yen), and Yuzu Salt Ramen (850 yen) with an additional boiled egg topping. Feeling hungry, I ordered the Nagahama Tonkotsu Ramen and the A Set (white rice + fried chicken). This was a big mistake... My friend ordered the "Nakamozu White" (salt ramen with back fat) and it was delicious with a flavorful soup! As for my Nagahama Tonkotsu, the slightly salty pork bone soup was incredibly delicious! The chashu had a good thickness and chewiness, making it seem like I could eat a lot of it. I regret not getting a noodle refill instead of the A Set... I came from Osaka Metro Nakamozu Station Exit 4, just a few steps away! You can see Ramen EXPO 2022 Grand Prix-winning shop as soon as you go up the stairs. This place is highly anticipated. When people of the same sex say someone is handsome or cute, it's only about 50% reliable, but this ramen here is seriously worth the price, even better than expected. I visited around 2 pm on a weekday and the place was packed. As mentioned on the menu, students and children get free extra noodles! The place was full of students, and almost everyone was getting extra noodles. If you're eating such great ramen from a young age, will your taste buds become too refined? That's what I was thinking in my head, but deep down, I envy them. Next time, I'll try saying, "I'm a 20-year-old elementary school student!" It has a rating of 3.54 on Tabelog, but I'm sure it's around 8.8 on Gorilog. The Kurume Tonkotsu Char Siu looks as amazing as it tastes, incredibly creamy and delicious. The set with Seared Char Siu Don also had thick and flavorful Char Siu. The staff were cheerful and polite, making it a great ramen experience. And the fact that a ramen shop of this quality is open all day and night is just amazing. I want to indulge and become fat here... I'm starting to think it's okay to become chubby with this level of happiness.

Although it was my first time at this restaurant, I ended up ordering the mixed noodles. Maybe I should have gone with the ramen instead? The "Ultimate Mixed Noodles" cost 880 yen, and you can get 1.5 times the amount of noodles for free. If you ask, you can also get a bowl of white rice at the end, so it's quite a large portion. Since I was really hungry, I went for the 1.5 times portion, but the noodles ended up clumped together and it was hard to mix. The sauce didn't really coat the noodles well, and towards the end, I got a bit tired of the flavor. It would have been nice if there were ways to change up the taste. However, I think next time I'll order the ramen instead.

This restaurant offers very cheap extra noodle servings, so if you find it easy to eat, you can enjoy as many extra servings as you want. The bowl comes with diced chashu, green onions, rice, and pickled ginger, a common combination, but the sauce is thick and appetizing. It's delicious, but if you come to this restaurant, I recommend ordering your favorite ramen and enjoying plenty of extra servings for a great deal!

I happened to come across this shop while searching for a delicious ramen shop on Tabelog, as I pass through Namamugi Station for work. Although this shop is famous for its salt ramen and tonkotsu ramen, today I was in the mood for something rich and decided to order the maze-soba. The shop was very crowded, so it took a little time before the noodles were served. I mixed the noodles well with the soup from the bottom. The thick soup paired perfectly with the thick noodles, it was delicious! I opted for 1.5 times the noodles (free extra serving available) and finished it all in no time. Although I didn't order it this time, the maze-soba and abura-soba come with a free side of dive rice. I would like to try other menu items next time. Thank you for the meal.

I visited for lunch because I was craving tonkotsu ramen! The bubbly tonkotsu soup, reminiscent of the authentic style at Isshin, pairs perfectly with the thin noodles!! The Chashu rice bowl I ordered as a set was also delicious, with the flavor of the Chashu and sauce mixing well with the rice, making it easy to finish even after eating ramen. I will definitely go back!!
