Upon entering, there is a 10-seat L-shaped counter on the right, 4-person tables x 12, 6-person tables x 3, an 11-seat counter at the back, and the kitchen behind. There are also semi-private partitions at the back for a more relaxed dining experience. Additionally, there are private rooms available for 2 to 50 people. The interior features high ceilings, mirror-like flooring, stainless steel curtains, and stained glass, giving off a luxurious vibe. Operation and Atmosphere: 4 stars. Kitchen staff unknown, with about 4 male and 3 female servers. No background music. The service was attentive, reminiscent of a high-end hotel restaurant. Food: 4 stars. The appetizers consisted of three dishes, with jellyfish and pork on the right served with refreshing vegetables, boiled shrimp in the middle with a light flavor, and a whole abalone with tomato on the left, offering deep flavors. The Tan Tan Cold Noodles were presented as "Cool Noodles," showcasing the restaurant's attention to detail. The dish included baby corn, zucchini, tomato, and eggplant, lightly boiled to maintain a fresh texture and flavor.
