The staff, with lots of tattoos, added to the authenticity of the place. Overall, it's hard to find standout restaurants in Oji, but this one is worth recommending if you're in the area.

I wanted to try the cheesecake, but also felt like having chicken, so I ordered a New York Cheese Pizza for 475 yen, Pepperoni Pizza for 530 yen, Red Hot Wings for 745 yen, Craft Beer for 880 yen, and Pink Lemonade for 330 yen. The pizza crust was slightly thin with a nice thickness, crispy and delicious. The cheese topping had a nice brown color, and the saltiness of the tomato sauce and pepperoni was just right, not overpowering. Sprinkling some garlic powder for extra flavor made it even more delicious. The wings were served freshly fried, with a strong pre-seasoning and a spicy kick that complemented the pizza well. The side of sour cream and celery sticks provided a refreshing contrast. Overall, the taste reminded me of the $1 pizza I had in New York a long time ago, and I was very satisfied. I decided to try the pepperoni pizza and ordered an iced coffee for 150 yen. The slices are lightly warmed in the oven and served. They have a crispy texture. The thin and large size of the pizza makes me happy. I couldn't resist and also ordered the Hawaiian pizza (bacon and pineapple). Thin, large, and I love it. At 13:10, after a 7-8 minute walk, I arrived at the restaurant and saw people lining up near the entrance. I mentioned that I had a reservation and was led inside, which was crowded. Well, I'm glad I made a reservation. Waiting in line for a bar crawl is not fun. The layout includes 4 tables, a counter, and a terrace. Half of the customers inside are foreigners, and I heard that the owner is American. First, my throat was dry, so I ordered a beer (Heartland, bottle). It was ice-cold and delicious! Looking through the menu, I found that this restaurant offers half & half pizzas and also accepts orders for just one slice. I ordered the following: Seafood Pizza (slice), Fried Ravioli, Classic New York Cheese Pizza (Medium). The fried ravioli was a handy snack. The slice of seafood pizza was bigger than I expected! However, when I tried it, the ingredients weren't that hot. It wasn't to my liking, but my best friend seemed to enjoy it. Then, a huge Classic New York Cheese Pizza was brought to the table... It's huge! I knew beforehand from the wall illustration that the medium size is 36 cm in diameter, but when I saw it in front of me, I was a little surprised (laughs). I switched to a gin and tonic for my drink and immediately took a bite. Oh, this is delicious. A simple pizza with mozzarella cheese and the restaurant's original tomato sauce. The rich cheese is followed by a refreshing acidity from the tomato. When you think of New York pizza, you might imagine it to be thin and crispy, but this one has slightly thicker dough and is fluffy inside. I tried sprinkling garlic salt on the second slice, and the flavor became even better. Despite my initial worries about its size and being the second restaurant, I managed to finish it while it was still hot. Finished off with vanilla ice cream. Overall, the staff are friendly, and they actively provide customer-oriented service. The atmosphere is nice, and as a local pizza place, I think it's very good. Personally, I think it's a place where simple pizzas are delicious.

Classic NY Cheese Pizza ¥425 I arrived at the shop around lunchtime. There were already two groups of customers inside. I was able to place my order quickly, which was good. I debated whether to eat inside the shop or take it to go. Eventually, I decided to take it to go. I ordered a simple cheese pizza. After paying, they reheated it and put it in a bag for me to take home. By the time I got home, it had cooled off a bit so I warmed it up in the microwave. It was nicely warm and I tried it. The toppings were pretty standard, so it didn't have a particularly luxurious feel, but it was comforting to eat. They had various other types of pizza that caught my interest. It was delicious. The pizza came in 1 slice, medium size (36cm) and large size (46cm) options. This time, there were 2 of us, so we ordered the Mixed Pizza Anchovy and Black Olive Pizza, Meat Lovers Pizza, Potato Wedges, Onion Rings, and 2 Ginger Ales. It turned out to be a luxurious lunch costing 3,825 yen including tax. The first dish that arrived after the drinks were served was the "Onion Rings". The crispy texture was good. Next came the "Anchovy and Black Olive Pizza". The slice was large, so we shared it in half. The thick dough had a tomato base pizza sauce and cheese topped with salty anchovies and olives. It was simple but delicious. Next, the "Potato Wedges" arrived. They were coated and seasoned with consomme. Finally, the "Mixed Pizza" and "Meat Lovers Pizza" arrived together. The "Mixed Pizza" had a combination of pepperoni, Italian sausage, onions, and bell peppers, and it was my favorite among the ones we tried. The "Meat Lovers Pizza" had pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, and sausage, and as the name suggests, it had a strong meaty flavor. I thought it would be a good idea to visit with about 4 people and try out multiple half & half whole pizzas to compare.

Additionally, the staff kindly offered a maple-flavored dessert made with pizza dough to all the customers in the restaurant, which was also delicious. More than half of the customers in the restaurant seemed to be foreigners, possibly seeking the taste of their home country. I recommend this place for dining around Oji Station.

I've never been to New York, but there are American-run shops where foreign customers often visit, giving it an authentic feel. When you want to have a light junk food lunch or snack in Oji, you should go here instead of McDonald's! The service by the owner is brisk and you can somehow experience the atmosphere of New York. It seems like they top pre-baked simple pizzas and then bake them again. It's a casual and convenient restaurant. Oji seems to have a variety of affordable options that young people would enjoy.
