I went to buy the chiffon cake that I had received as a gift a few times in Naka-Meguro because it was said to be delicious. If you make a reservation, you can also buy a whole cake. My favorite is the plain chiffon cake made with rice flour! The fluffy texture is quite unique and not easy to find elsewhere. The vending machine sweets are also fresh and highly recommended as gifts. You can find the shop by walking straight from Naka-Meguro Station towards the shopping street, turning left at the corner after the convenience store next to the ward office.

Chiffon cake is a favorite of mine, and after trying hundreds of them, a natural yeast bread artisan who runs a popular bakery in Kiyosumi Shirakawa created a delicious chiffon cake that satisfied his own taste buds. The owner of Moslin, the bakery, was so passionate about chiffon cakes that he not only tried different ones but also experimented to create his own perfect recipe. One day, he started selling his homemade chiffon cakes alongside his bread, and they became a huge hit. To share the delicious taste with more customers, he opened a chiffon cake shop in Naka-Meguro. The chiffon cakes are made with carefully selected ingredients like high-quality eggs, Hokkaido flour that gives a great flavor, and healthy oils and sugars without any additives. They also offer gluten-free chiffon cakes made with rice flour for health-conscious customers and kids. Using his expertise and experience, the artisan carefully makes each chiffon cake by hand every day, adjusting the ingredients based on the weather conditions. From classic plain chiffon cakes to limited-time flavors, customers can enjoy a variety of tastes. While the fluffy chiffon cakes are the highlight, the artisan's skills shine in other baked goods like cookies that customers also love. The bakery even has vending machines where customers can easily purchase their authentic treats 24/7.

Located off the side street of Nakameguro Ginza shopping street, you can find a vending machine that sells chiffon cakes. I visited on a weekday evening and although some flavors were sold out, there were still plenty available. I purchased a set of three chiffon cakes for 1000 yen, which is a good deal compared to 350 yen for one. The set included plain, salted caramel, and cappuccino chocolate flavors. The chiffon cakes were fluffy and light, almost disappearing in your mouth. They are made with beet sugar instead of white sugar, giving them a gentle sweetness. The plain flavor was classic and comforting, with a rich egg and beet sugar sweetness. The salted caramel had a perfect balance of sweet and salty, while the cappuccino chocolate had a great combination of coffee bitterness and chocolate sweetness. These addictive chiffon cakes would make a great gift for friends and are perfect for a snack.

This is a chiffon cake specialty shop located in the back of the Nakameguro shopping street. It seems like they only offer takeout sales through vending machines. The Caramel Banana Chiffon Cake for 350 yen is a popular flavor. When you take it out of the bag, it has a sweet and fluffy aroma. It is very soft and delicate. When you take a bite, you can taste the sweetness of the banana and a hint of caramel. The texture is fluffy and smooth, melting in your mouth. It leaves a tropical banana flavor in your mouth. However, there were some slightly dense parts as well.

Salted caramel fluffy and chewy chiffon cake. The saltiness of the salted caramel is strong and I really like it! It's deliciously sweet, but the saltiness gives it a nice touch of savory. I wish it was a bit less sweet though. I bought it out of curiosity from a vending machine.

I had been curious about this shop since seeing it on TV in the past. I purchased it from a vending machine. I tried a simple chiffon cake. The sweetness was mild. When I put it in my mouth, it was fluffy at first. Then, it melted smoothly in my mouth. It was very moist and had a chewy texture. It's amazing that you can make this yourself. This must be the taste of a professional. It was really delicious! I only bought one at a time this time, but I quickly finished it, so I thought I should have bought more.

Near the Meguro Ward Office, there is a chiffon cake vending machine. Despite passing by every day, I have only seen it empty in the morning and evening. A colleague at work mentioned that the chiffon cake sold in the vending machine is delicious, so I tried to find it on my commute but never saw it available. Finally, one weekend afternoon, I spotted it being sold. I purchased a lemon chiffon cake for 350 yen. They also had Earl Grey and plain flavors, but since I had just bought a cheesecake from Chirimuro in Daikanyama, I only bought one. The fluffy chiffon cake with lemon peel accents was delicious. It's so popular that it sells out every day in the vending machine. I finally got to try it. Instagram ID: kuidaore.8.

Shifon Cake Vending Machine in Naka-Meguro Ginza is a unique business model where you can buy chiffon cakes 24 hours a day. The cakes are light and fluffy, with a delicate texture that melts in your mouth. The shop offers two flavors, Mochi Fluffy and Earl Grey, both with a subtle sweetness. The Mochi Fluffy cake is gluten-free and made with rice flour, while the Earl Grey cake has a slightly denser texture with a hint of tea flavor. Despite the slightly high price of 350 yen per cake, the addictive fluffiness makes it worth the purchase. It's no wonder that many girls are seen buying these cakes whenever you visit the shop.

I was surprised to find "mousseline" right next to "Sushi Onika". You can purchase "Cut" at the vending machine, but you need to make a reservation in advance for the "Whole". I bought a "Medium Size Apple Cinnamon Chiffon Cake Whole" for 2,200 yen and an "Earl Grey" for 350 yen at the vending machine, totaling 2,550 yen. The chiffon cake, made with rice oil, was not too heavy and had a fluffy and moist texture. However, I felt that the cinnamon flavor in the "Apple Cinnamon" was a bit weak, but the apple had a mysterious jam-like texture mixed into the dough. The vending machine is regularly restocked during the day, so it's less likely to be sold out compared to before. Although the website only lists 3 types of Whole cakes, you can order all varieties. Please try eating a Whole cake at least once.

I had a sudden craving for chiffon cake, so I decided to buy some from this shop. I got the plain and caramel banana flavors (each 350 yen). I couldn't resist and ended up eating the plain one on the way home. It was light and moist, almost melting in my mouth. I could really taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion of the baker. When I finally had the caramel banana at home, it had a luxurious and substantial texture when I first bit into it, but then it melted smoothly in my mouth. Both flavors were delicious and I could eat them all day. It's great that you can buy them from a vending machine whenever you want.

I discovered a lovely shop!! Although the shop was closed, they had a vending machine where I could purchase my favorite chiffon cake. I bought a plain chiffon cake, made with eggs, domestic wheat, beet sugar, rice oil, milk, salt, and vanilla beans. It was fluffy and had a gentle sweetness, and it disappeared in no time. It was delicious! I regret not buying more... I like the style of being able to purchase anytime without worrying about business hours. Thank you for the meal!

I watched a TV special about a cake shop that is open 24 hours a day and got curious, so I decided to stop by. They had chiffon cakes available for purchase from a vending machine! I bought three flavors: black tea, orange, and plain. The texture of all the cakes was fluffy and moist, with a melt-in-your-mouth quality. They were delicious and had a slight chewiness to them. I started with the black tea flavor, which had a nice tea leaf taste and a mild sweetness. The orange flavor was refreshing and lightly sweet. These chiffon cakes were so light to hold and easy to eat, I finished them in no time. I forgot to take a picture, but I would love to try more flavors from this cake shop in the future.

Blog ⇒ 【Riding on the Flowing Clouds♪】It's been a while since I visited Naka-Meguro. It had been about half a year since my last visit. This time, I had some business at the ward office, or rather, Naka-Meguro equals the ward office for me, haha. As mentioned above, I rarely come to Naka-Meguro for reasons other than the ward office. I often change trains at the station, but I can't remember the last time I actually exited the station for a different purpose. This might be my last visit to Naka-Meguro for a while. This time too, I had some business at the ward office, but since I've been a resident of Meguro Ward for over 10 years, this town holds a lot of memories for me. So, I decided to explore Naka-Meguro a bit more and visited a few shops. One of them was "Mosurin." Well, can I even call it a shop? It's actually a vending machine selling chiffon cakes, haha. I accidentally stumbled upon it as I took a different route towards the ward office. They have a vending machine at their entrance! I find this sight quite fascinating. I remember seeing it on TV a while back on "Kaere Monday Mitsuke Tai!!" and it was always crowded with customers. But once you taste how delicious their cakes are, it's no surprise! Service: N/A, Food: ★★★★★★★, Value: ★★★★★★.

Fluffy chiffon cakes in Nakameguro. They used to sell them face-to-face when they first opened, but now they have a stylish vending machine and have become popular even appearing on TV. One cake costs 350 yen, but you can get 3 for 1000 yen. Among all the chiffon cakes I've tried, this is definitely the most delicious one! Thank you for the meal.

I saw it on TV and was curious, so I walked from the station to try the chiffon cake. They only had a set of 3 and an apple cinnamon flavor left, but I only had a 1000 yen bill, so I bought the apple cinnamon one. It was just the right amount of sweetness with a fluffy texture, and I finished it in no time. I wish they would stay open until around 10 pm.

I went to buy a can of gluten-free cookies. It was located in a quiet area about a 10-minute walk from the station. The design was cute and eye-catching, I had never seen something like this in a vending machine before. I also bought a gluten-free chiffon cake for myself. When I got home, I ate it right away and it was really fluffy and delicious. They also have sweets that you can give to others, which is nice. It's great that you can come to buy anytime because it's a vending machine. I will come back again.

Today, I visited the area around Nakameguro and Yutenji. At first, I wasn't sure how to pronounce it with just the alphabet. It seems like it should be pronounced as "Mosurin." When written in hiragana, it looks like the name of a cute anime girl group. But adding an exclamation mark at the end like "Mosurin!" would be a bit much. Anyway, this place, "Mosurin," is a chiffon cake shop that opened in May 2019. It's located on a side street near the Nakameguro Ginza shopping street. The shop is in a renovated house and only offers take-out sales. The owner used to run a bakery in Tokyo before opening this shop. When I talked to him, he mentioned he was in Kiyosumi Shirakawa before. Kiyosumi Shirakawa and Nakameguro are both stylish towns. Besides chiffon cakes, they also sell rusk and cookies, but their focus is on chiffon cakes. Here's what I tried: - Fluffy: A classic and neutral chiffon cake made with Hokkaido wheat, rice oil, cane sugar, eggs, and coarse salt. It's really light and fluffy, with a natural sweetness from the eggs. - Mochi Fluffy: A chiffon cake made using only rice flour. It's delicious, but the "mochi" texture wasn't very noticeable. - Chocolate Marble: A chiffon cake with couverture chocolate. It's a bit moist with a milky chocolate flavor. - Earl Grey: A chiffon cake with Sri Lankan Earl Grey tea leaves throughout. It's very intense with a deep Earl Grey aroma. - Cheese Souffle: A chiffon cake that combines cheesecake and chiffon. It's moist with a cheesy flavor. Nakameguro has a variety of sweets shops, and it's always exciting to see new ones opening up. Another great addition to the neighborhood.

On May 3rd, a take-out chiffon cake shop opened in Naka-Meguro! It is located in the middle of Naka-Meguro Ginza shopping street, a few shops down towards the city hall. I went there right away. They use Hokkaido wheat and carefully selected ingredients. No baking powder, salad oil, or additives are used. They have 3 classic flavors: Fluffy (360 yen tax included) made with Hokkaido wheat, rice oil, beet sugar, delicious eggs, and coarse salt. Crunchy Fluffy (370 yen tax included) made with whole wheat flour. Sticky Fluffy (370 yen tax included) made with rice flour instead of wheat flour. This time, I bought the Fluffy one. Just as the name suggests, it was fluffy and moist. I enjoyed it all in one go. I would like to try the other flavors as well. I think they also had rusk. I will definitely be going back.

I found a shop when I visited Nakameguro in May 2019. It is a take-out chiffon cake shop that opened on May 3, 2019. It seems that the shop was started by someone who used to run a bakery in Tokyo that specialized in natural yeast bread. The recommended classic item is the fluffy chiffon cake made with Hokkaido wheat, rice oil, beet sugar, delicious eggs, and coarse salt, priced at 360 yen. They also offer a crunchy fluffy chiffon cake with whole wheat flour for 370 yen, and a sticky fluffy chiffon cake made only with domestic rice flour for 370 yen. You can also try a set of three different cakes for 1,000 yen. I purchased the fluffy chiffon cake and the crunchy fluffy chiffon cake to take home and try. The expiration date is 2 days. The fluffy chiffon cake is really fluffy and delicious with a light texture and gentle sweetness, making it disappear quickly. The crunchy fluffy chiffon cake has a texture that adds a whole wheat flour feel to it. I definitely want to try them again. Thank you for the meal.
