Boom! I finally made it here! #ShibireNoodles Well, I always wanted to try it, but even if I come at 11:30, there's always a long line. Today, I lined up again... There are only counter seats, I wonder how many seats there are in this small but very popular shop. I waited for about 15 minutes and finally got in. While waiting in line, I looked at the menu and tried to decide what to order. Although the cold sesame noodles were limited to the season, my body was too cold from the air conditioning, so I decided to go for the original dish of this shop, the #MapoMien. Even though I love the cold sesame noodles, I couldn't resist the #CilantroMapoMien with cilantro toppings. I chose the standard level of spiciness, which still gave a tingling sensation. My lips are still tingling, so I think level 4 is something to try next time. During weekday lunchtime, you can get half rice for free, but since I have plans tonight and didn't want to eat too much, I declined the rice. Instead, I poured the Mapo tofu from the Mapo Mien over the noodles, and it looked delicious. Almost everyone ordered the half rice option. The tofu was smooth and easy to eat, but when combined with the spicy soup (or is it a sauce?) of the Mapo Mien, it created a fiery sensation in the mouth. Well, I love spicy food, so it's fine for me, but those who are not good with spicy food might find it difficult to eat. This is definitely a restaurant for those who love spicy food. Even if you go with colleagues, the counter is divided with partitions, so you can only eat by yourself. Let's face the extreme spiciness and enjoy it. Next time, I'll go for level 4 spiciness. It makes you sweat on a hot day. #YaesuLunch #KyobashiLunch #KyobashiGourmet #SpicyFoodLover #SpicyRamen #Mapo #ShibireNoodles #Chibichie #YaesuOLLunch SHIBIRE-NOODLES Candle Shop Kyobashi Edo Gran Store 03-6262-7760 Tokyo, Chuo-ku, Kyobashi 2-2-1 Kyobashi Edo Gran B1F.
