Last time I only had the beef cutlet set, so this time I added a minced cutlet (a la carte) to the same set. First of all, the beef cutlet was cooked perfectly. I enjoyed it with the wasabi and soy sauce on the side, or sometimes with the rock salt. The freshness of the meat really comes through with this rare cooking style. And the additional minced cutlet was made with 100% beef, it was incredibly delicious! When I ordered the minced cutlet, they brought sauce to the table. I can't eat a lot, but even I felt like the normal serving of rice wasn't enough because it was so tasty and I kept wanting more.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is like a Japanese-style eatery. The beef cutlet was delicious and easy to eat. The turnover of the restaurant is fast, indicating its popularity. There is parking space for 5 cars next to the restaurant, so you can visit with peace of mind. Beef cutlet is rare in Sapporo, so I would like to visit again.

Today's lunch, I felt like eating meat, so I arrived a little before 12 o'clock and was promptly seated at the counter. I ordered the beef cutlet set and it arrived in about 10 minutes. First, I tried a piece with salt, and it was incredibly tender and delicious. Next, I tried it with soy sauce and grated wasabi, the combination of the mild wasabi flavor with the tender meat was amazing. Both were delicious.

I visited after a long time and felt like the flavor of the beef cutlet had increased. Is it my own condition??? The minced cutlet was also delicious and hot, with a huge portion as always. At this price, I wouldn't complain even if it was just one, but it comes in a set of two, so people who eat a lot will be happy. I ordered a single serving of simmered beef and drank sake (Kunimare junmai sake) to go with it, but both the food and the sake were plentiful, and I got drunk from noon. My partner accompanied me with non-alcoholic beer.

I visited the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon, even though it was past lunchtime, it was still crowded with customers. I had to park at a nearby coin parking lot because the restaurant's parking was full. I ordered the regular beef cutlet set. The cutlet was rare but very tender and light, almost no need to chew. It had no sinew, even more than tuna. The sauce was a mix of soy sauce, mountain wasabi, and salt, which made it a bit too light for my taste. I wished there was a bit more sauce. Next time, I want to try the extra meat option.

I have used this restaurant many times, but this is my first review. I ordered the classic beef cutlet set meal. This time, I also added a beef menchi cutlet as a side dish. The beef cutlet is usually rare in the middle, so it feels like you're eating a meat sashimi. It goes well with salt, but also with the wasabi and soy sauce that come as sides. The menchi cutlet was the juiciest I've ever had. I also always think the natto soup is delicious. The layout of the restaurant includes a few sunken tables and a counter. If you don't make a reservation, you may have to wait for a while. The waiting area and the sunken tables face each other, which can be a bit awkward. I think this can be easily resolved by rearranging the layout of the sunken tables, so I hope to see improvements next time.

I had a 1450 yen beef cutlet set meal. It was my first time trying beef cutlet. It was a rare experience to have the inside cooked rare, and I am grateful that I could have it for only 1450 yen. I was expecting a taste that would go well with rice, like pork cutlet. It was a gentle taste. Is the rare part in the middle supposed to be a bit cold? I have a sensitive tongue, so I'm glad I didn't have to worry about burning it.

I love the beef cutlet at Ichika so much that I've lost count of how many times I've been back. This time, I added the minced cutlet as a topping to my beef cutlet set meal. The rare beef cutlet was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside as always, simply delicious. The minced cutlet was also crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a generous amount of meat. Although I had the regular beef cutlet set meal this time, the minced cutlet was so filling that I thought a small beef cutlet set meal with a side of minced cutlet would also be a great combination.

- Beef cutlet set meal 1450 yen
I finally came here after being interested for a while, it's located near Asao Station, at Ichihana-san. There is a parking lot too! I had never had beef cutlet at a popular restaurant on a main street before, so I didn't have a good impression, but I wanted to try it here because it's famous. I'm not a fan of fried food, so I was a bit worried about getting a stomachache... The serving time was probably about 15 minutes! The cabbage had grated onion dressing on it, I think? I just started eating to keep my blood sugar from rising, haha. The condiments for the beef cutlet are cherry blossom salt and mountain wasabi soy sauce. I was surprised that there was no sauce, but it actually went well with the beef cutlet. Especially the wasabi soy sauce! The meat was almost raw, with a taste similar to slightly cooked tuna, so considering that, I think these condiments are appropriate. I think if they served tuna cutlet and beef cutlet at the same time, I wouldn't be able to tell which is which, (that's probably my problem). Well, they were quite similar. Both were delicious though. It was quite rare, so my first impression after eating was that it wasn't hot enough (I think the first thing you notice when eating rice is the temperature). It was lukewarm. It was rare, and the coating was quite thin, so it felt like eating room temperature meat. It was a new sensation for me. Also, I don't think it goes well with rice. I didn't feel like eating much rice, so I ended up eating more rice because of the side dish, which had a strong taste like kinpira kampyo? The natto soup was my first time trying it, but it was really delicious. I wonder if it would taste like that if I put ground natto at home... (I don't have the courage to try it). Having a proper beef cutlet for the first time was a good experience, I think. Thank you for the meal!

You can enjoy the beef cutlet like sashimi! I decided to also order the minced cutlet separately. Therefore, the beef cutlet is in the "small" set, but even solo female customers choose the regular size beef cutlet. It is eaten with wasabi soy sauce and cooked medium rare, so it looks small like sashimi, but when you eat it, you will feel full. The minced cutlet was also very delicious!

I visited "Gyukatsu Ichi Hana" on July 10th for the first time. My daughter told me that there was a line in front of the store, and I had been curious because the restaurant has been getting a lot of TV exposure recently. The location is about 50m from the 2nd traffic light on the left side after walking north from Aso Station Exit 1 of the subway. There are 5 parking spaces on the left side of the store. The entrance sign has been updated. I visited for lunch around 3:00 PM to avoid waiting in line. Upon entering, I saw a cooking space and a counter with about 8 seats on the left side, and 3 table seats on a raised platform on the right side. There were 2 groups of 4 customers in total. Since I was dining alone, I sat at the second seat from the back of the counter. I noticed a sign on the wall stating that prices have been raised. I decided on the Gyukatsu set meal for 1450 yen, which was the top item on the menu at a specialty store. The back of the menu featured a variety of alcoholic beverages, including selections from Hokkaido breweries. Perhaps they are conscious of using locally sourced products? The phone number on the menu was cut off... not something you usually pay attention to when looking at the menu. I was served cold tea and a hot towel. The cooking process was visible from the counter, with the chef carefully coating the beef with batter and frying it. The main Gyukatsu had a thin coating and beautiful meat color, with no visible fat. It was probably around 130-150g in size. I tried it first with wasabi, salt, and soy sauce. The wasabi was a bit hard in the condiment dish, which was a bit strange. I would have preferred it freshly grated. The meat was cooked to a rare level, with a blue-rare center. It was very tender and flavorful. I also tried it with salt, which was slightly orange in color. The accompanying cabbage was crunchy and refreshing. The miso soup was actually natto soup, a unique choice. The natto flavor was not overpowering, and I enjoyed it. The rice was shiny and well-cooked, and the pickles and side dishes were simple and tasty. Overall, I had a delicious meal and enjoyed the unique experience of trying Gyukatsu at this flagship store promoting beef culture in Hokkaido.

Appearance and texture were a rare mismatch for me, not my preference, but I wonder if it's delicious? I had some business in Aso and decided to try Ichika, a beef cutlet restaurant I had been curious about for a while. There wasn't much of a line, so I was seated promptly. I ordered the beef cutlet set at the counter, where I could see the chefs at work. They were gently shaping the beef, coating it in batter, and frying it at a low temperature for a short time. I imagined a crispy yet tender beef cutlet would arrive. When my beef cutlet set finally arrived, I took a bite and thought, "Huh? It's soft and mushy..." It was quite different from what I had imagined, but I wondered if it was still delicious. I was quite hungry, so I finished the meal, but I felt that the taste was more subjective to personal preference rather than the appealing appearance. For the record, it wasn't to my liking. I would like to try the Kyoto cutlet at Nijo Market next time.

【Beef Cutlet Set Meal 1,350 yen (tax included)】For the last lunch of the consecutive holidays, I finally visited this restaurant that I had been wanting to go to for a while. They fry the lean beef for 60 seconds to serve it rare. I could hear the sound of pounding coming from the back of the restaurant, so I assume they are tenderizing the meat by pounding it, which made it tender despite being rare. The thin coating and low fat content made it refreshing to eat! Some people might find it a bit rare if they prefer their meat well-done, but I love rare meat so I was very satisfied. Thank you for the delicious meal! #Sapporo #Rare inside #Miso soup is Natto soup #Enjoy with soy sauce #Or with salt #Beef cutlet #Asou

I visited a restaurant near a friend's house that I had been curious about for a while, as my friend was hospitalized and I wanted to cheer them up. It was crowded with some people waiting, but I had made a reservation so I could easily find a seat. I ordered the beef cutlet set meal and enjoyed some hot sake. I have had beef cutlet before and always thought that pork cutlet was the best, but this time my concept changed. I had the rare beef cutlet with wasabi soy sauce and found it to be quite delicious. The meat was tender and I could taste its sweetness. The rice was also quite tasty. It was a new and different kind of cutlet, not like the juicy cutlet or the cutlet I had before. I enjoyed it very much and I look forward to trying the minced cutlet next time.

Gyukatsu Ichika
This is my third visit to this restaurant because their rare katsu is truly delicious. I arrived 5 minutes before opening and there were 2 groups ahead of me waiting. I was the third group, so I was able to get a seat easily after they opened. By the time I left, there was a line of people waiting to get in. It's truly a popular spot. It's amazing how they can make it rare even though it's fried. They also have soy sauce, but I recommend eating it with salt.

Today's visit was to Gyukatsu Ichika. Gyukatsu Ichika is a beef cutlet specialty store located in Shinkotoni, Sapporo, Hokkaido. It is a rare beef cutlet specialty store in Sapporo, located about a 5-minute walk from Asabu Station. At Gyukatsu Ichika, you can enjoy beef cutlets cooked for 60 seconds to a medium rare. In addition to beef cutlets made from Hokkaido beef, they also provide ingredients sourced locally in Hokkaido. Upon arriving at the store, there is a slight smell of raw beef, but it's not an issue if you wear a mask. I sat at the counter and ordered the following: Menchi Katsu - A slightly juicy menchi katsu with a strong meat flavor. Personally, I prefer menchi katsu with finely ground meat for a juicier experience, so this was a bit different for me. Gyukatsu - It felt more like eating raw meat than a traditional beef cutlet. It was too mushy, with less coating than expected, and didn't really give the full experience of enjoying a beef cutlet. The wasabi was also oddly firm, losing its usual appeal. Other reviews also mentioned that it was "a bit different," and I personally felt the same way. Thank you for the meal.

"Ichika" was looking forward to her first visit to try the rare gyukatsu. She finally made it! She had already decided on her order, so she quickly ordered the gyukatsu that she was dying to try, and the menchikatsu that she had a feeling would be absolutely delicious. Before she knew it, she had also ordered the grated yam that is fried for 60 seconds. The gyukatsu is made by carefully preparing thinly sliced lean meat and frying it for 60 seconds with a light batter. Some may find it too tender or lacking in chewiness, but meat lovers might find it satisfying. The menchikatsu was fried perfectly, large in size, made with coarse ground meat, and had a strong presence and meaty texture. The batter was well-seasoned with salt and pepper, which I like. It was delicious! It was delicious! I'm glad I came."

I had never had a good beef cutlet before... lol It was quite a while ago... Holy Papa-san and others recommended this place...♪*゚ I wonder if it's really delicious...? lol They made a reservation for us at the restaurant...♪*゚ I couldn't figure out what to order even after looking at the menu, so I left it up to them ✩.*˚ I can't remember what I chose, but I still clearly remember that the meat was very tender and delicious (*¯ ꒳¯*) Utoro-like beef cutlets I had at some places in Asahikawa before were as tough as rubber when cut into about 5mm pieces, so this was like night and day ♬ It was a delicious beef cutlet with an elegant sweetness...♪*゚ I definitely want to visit again ✩.*˚ Thank you for the meal~(*˘︶˘*).。.:*♡

I visited a restaurant in Sapporo City, Kita-ku where you can eat beef cutlet at night. This time, I ordered the "beef cutlet set meal" for 1,350 yen. It seems the frying time is 60 seconds! The inside is red but there is no rawness, which was a new sensation. The outside is crispy, and the inside is tender. It's a beef cutlet that raw meat lovers will adore. *There is a parking lot next to the shop with space for 5 cars.
