The fruit sandwich was delicious. I was surprised to find fruit in the salad. The atmosphere in the store was calm, and the staff were friendly. The total bill was around 2,000 yen.

I finally visited Chihana-ya, a place I've always wanted to go ❤️ The hayashi rice was incredibly delicious! The fruit sandwich had such fresh fruits, it made me so happy ✨ The banana milk juice was rich and amazing, and the pudding a la mode was exquisite. Next time, I want to try the parfait. Every time I go to Tokyo Station, I feel like I always end up eating at Kyobashi Senbikiya Tokyo Station Ichibangai store. The store closes at 8:00 PM, and I tried to enter around 7:30 PM. I told the staff that if it was too late, I would come back another time, but they assured me it was okay to come in. I ordered a Mango Parfait for ¥2970, Shrimp and Avocado Curry Rice for ¥1870, and a set drink which was the daily Fruit Tea for ¥440. This time, I wanted to try the curry at Senbikiya, and the combination of shrimp and avocado was excellent. The curry had just the right amount of spiciness, which I personally enjoyed. I usually order the Strawberry or Musk Melon Parfait, but since they are not in season, I decided to try the Mango Parfait this time, and it was a great choice. The mango was sweet, had a great texture, and was incredibly delicious. Sometimes parfait can be hit or miss, but Senbikiya never disappoints in terms of taste. However, since I went near closing time, the staff seemed a bit rushed and the cleanup process was quite hurried. When enjoying delicious food, it's important to go with plenty of time. After work, I stop by here to reward myself for working hard. The staff at the cafe are not very friendly, but they have good product knowledge. The cakes are easy to eat on the Shinkansen and come in a plastic container that is Instagram-worthy. You can scoop them up with a spoon (including shortcake and Mont Blanc). The plastic spoon provided is well-designed and easy to use until the last bite. The shortcake and Mont Blanc are average, but the strawberry almond one is good. The mango almond cake is a limited-time offering after May 8th and seems to be popular. It's expensive, but the fruit is delicious as expected from a high-end fruit shop. The bavarois, which is not often seen nowadays, is rich and tasty with egg and vanilla flavors. The raspberry sauce served at the end is also well-prepared. I find myself rewarding myself again today with a visit to this cafe.笑

On this day, I went to Yaesu. I got off at JR Tokyo Station and headed to "Tokyo Station Ichibangai" from the Yaesu underground central exit. Although there seemed to be seats available, there was a full house sign, so we waited for about 5 minutes at the designated spot before being seated at a table for two. I ordered the strawberry parfait for 2,310 yen including tax. The parfait, which arrived in about 10 minutes, had a classic look. First, I took photos and videos of it. The composition included strawberries, whipped cream, strawberry ice cream, vanilla ice cream, chantilly cream, strawberry sauce, chantilly cream, and more strawberries and strawberry sauce on top. It had been a while since I last visited Chidoriya, but without a doubt, the dessert with beautifully cut seasonal fruits arrived. The iced coffee came out first, so I started with that. It was just average. After about 5 minutes, the strawberry parfait arrived. It looked delicious. The strawberries had a nice balance of sweetness and acidity, which I personally enjoyed. The whipped cream was not too sweet, which I liked. The balance of sweetness from the ice cream and the acidity from the strawberries was really delicious. There were plenty of strawberries in the parfait. I would definitely want to visit again when I crave something sweet.
