After enjoying coffee at Mori Hiko right next to Maruyama Park, we headed to Enmugi for some bread. This seems to be a popular route for visitors, given the stylish exterior of the shop and the expectation of delicious bread. The shop is small, allowing only one group at a time. It opens from 7 am, which must be envy for the locals. We visited around 9 am, and some of the bread was already sold out. It seems that there will be a second batch of bread baked in the morning, so it's better to visit early. We bought the following items for our family: - French Toast 200 yen - Pain aux Raisins 310 yen - Cream Pan 220 yen - Croissant 240 yen - Blueberry Danish 420 yen - Milk Bread 240 yen The bread made with organic wheat had a gentle taste. The dough had a sweet flavor as you chew, making it very delicious! The French Toast made with popular shokupan was fluffy and very tasty. The Croissant had a nice crispy texture on the outside and a soft inside. The sweetness of the dough and butter was soothing. All the bread was delicious, and the reasonable prices were a pleasant surprise. I regret not buying more. A must-visit when in Hokkaido.

During my first visit, I drove to the restaurant but had trouble finding it and ended up wandering around the area until I finally located it. They have a parking lot, but it's a bit hard to find. The menu is a bit limited no matter how many times I go. It might be best to visit right after they open. I was hoping to see a variety of pastries on display, but it was difficult. They pride themselves on using 100% organic wheat, so it's recommended for health-conscious individuals. It's definitely worth a visit at least once. Some of the pastries I purchased were "cream pan," "croissant," "pan au chocolat," and "blueberry Danish."

I understand why this place is so popular. I went to the shop around 9:30 am and some of the pastries were already sold out. They had croque monsieur, almond croissants, cream puffs, bread, and one more item. I shared a croque monsieur with my daughter, and she couldn't stop smiling because it was so delicious. We also devoured the cream puff and croissant. We wish there were more! After finishing our meal, we let out a deep sigh of satisfaction. The shop is small and only allows one group at a time. There is a spacious parking lot shared with nearby cafes. The location is a bit tricky to find as it's down a narrow road, but I will definitely go back!

When it comes to weekend breakfast pastries, this place is the best. They open at 7 am and if you go a little after that, you'll see a line of people waiting. Waited about 15 minutes to get inside. Their croissants are amazing. I also bought a few other pastries. I really enjoyed the ones with eggs in them, but they're not selling them right now. I hope they bring them back soon.

I went to "Morihiko" for delicious coffee and cake, and then I bought some bread for breakfast at a nearby alley. It was already past 2 pm, so there were not many products left. The items I purchased are as follows: - Croissant @ 240 yen (tax included) - Pain aux Raisins @ 310 yen The bread I received had a natural flavor that showcased the quality of the ingredients, with just the right amount of oil and a type that doesn't get boring to eat. Of course, the croissant had a strong buttery flavor, but strangely it wasn't greasy, and it was delicious even without maple syrup or butter. I wanted to buy other types of bread like sliced bread or hard bread, but since it was the middle of my trip, I refrained from purchasing them. Other popular items besides croissants are sliced bread and red bean buns. If you come to Maruyama Koen Station, be sure to stop by this bakery. The customer service was very polite. *Payment was made using PayPay.

I visited around 9:30 am on a weekday. There was one group of customers before me. The variety was quite limited. The scent is nice. I love Marumugi's products. They are fluffy, so you have to be careful when taking them home! I would like to try shopping with a basket next time.

I finally made it to the popular bakery called "Enmugi" on a Saturday when I had to work. I went there early in the morning to avoid the crowds. I bought a croissant almond (390 yen), a cream bread (220 yen), a croissant (240 yen), a salt butter bread (150 yen), and an anpan (200 yen). I also got two croissants and two anpans for my family, as well as the croissant almond that my wife loves. All the bread was delicious, and my wife was very happy with her favorite bread. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

This place is known for its breakfast pastries on weekends. It opens at 7 am, so I always go a little early and there's usually a line of people waiting. After a short wait, I entered the popular shop and ordered a few items to take home. Everything was delicious, but I especially loved the croissant.

Croissant, salted butter bread, raisin bread, walnut bread. Discovered near Morihiko in the neighborhood. Came with my wife to try it out. Only one group allowed in at a time, had to wait a bit. Not many options left, but managed to get the weekend-limited raisin and walnut bread. The croissant was crispy and delicious. The salted butter bread was also tasty. The raisin and walnut bread was soft and had a rustic country-style taste. Delicious.

If you want to eat delicious bread in the morning, this is the place to go. Every bread is too delicious. It's also attractive that they open at 7 am. When I went to buy the other day, there was a little line. Only one person can enter the store at a time. There are also weekend limited edition breads, so it's a good idea to go and buy them on weekends.

I visited around 8:30 on Saturday. I was glad that there were still many types of bread available! There was also my favorite quiche. Every bread has a delicious smell of wheat. I always think about trying something different, but I'm not the adventurous type. Haha.

It was difficult to find, but entering from the street before Mori Hiko-san's makes it easier to discover. It's a very small shop, but the atmosphere is nice! There aren't many types of bread, but they all look cute and delicious! I bought the classic croissant. In addition, I also tried the red bean butter sandwich, red bean bun, and a freshly baked bread that I forgot the name of. Overall, it's a delicious shop! I always buy croissants from various shops, but the croissant from this shop is not too crispy on the outside, and the inside is soft. It has a noticeable sweetness. The red bean butter sandwich has smooth butter, a good balance of saltiness and a hint of sweetness from the red bean paste. The bread is springy, making a great combination!

Every time I go, I end up eating and then realizing, "Oh, I forgot to take a picture." The croissants on this day were especially delicious. They were crispy yet fluffy, with a buttery aroma and flavor that melts in your mouth! The quiche also had a perfect balance of egg and pastry. I love this place so much, I never get tired of it.

It's a small bakery in Maruyama Park. It's a bit hidden so I got a little lost. I chose a croissant and a salted butter bread for the next morning. The croissant was big and still moist the next morning. The salted butter bread had a simple and rustic flavor.

This is a popular bakery in Sapporo. It's a bit hard to find, as I had to ask people nearby for directions. Surprisingly, it's right next to the popular cafe "Morihiko". The exterior has a traditional Japanese feel with a noren curtain hanging. The shop is small and always crowded, but the staff are very friendly and make you feel good from the morning. On this day, I bought: 1. Croissant for 210 yen - It has a firm texture and a rich buttery flavor. Delicious. 2. Pain au Chocolat for 260 yen 3. Fromage for 250 yen - The cheese flavor is strong. 4. Pain au Lait for 200 yen 5. Salted Butter Bread for 130 yen - This one is exceptionally delicious. The fact that something so simple is so tasty shows their skill. Reasonably priced and made with care. I definitely want to visit again.

I visited Enmugi and had coffee and sweets at Morihiko-san's place. When I saw on the menu that they had toast made with Enmugi's bread, I still had a bit of room in my stomach, so I decided to visit Enmugi to buy some bread. It's a small shop, but there are many beautiful loaves of bread lined up. You can feel the care put into making each loaf, and they all looked delicious, making it hard to choose. I bought: Pain aux Raisins, Cream Pan, Anpan, Sweet Red Bean Bread, Salad Sandwich with Hokkaido beans, and Enmugi's Shokupan. The shokupan has a soft Danish-like texture, and it's recommended to toast it slightly to enjoy the aroma of the bread. The anpan, cream pan, and sweet red bean bread also have soft dough. All of them have a good balance between the bread and the fillings, and I was impressed by how well they combined taste, quantity, and texture. They are all high-quality and delicious! Thank you for the tasty bread. I would love to buy more if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal!

I had some time before heading to the restaurant where I planned to have lunch, so I decided to go to "Enmugi" shop. I had walked to Maruyama in March, but this time I went even further! Let's hope to burn off the calories from the parfait I had! It's great that they open at 7 am! Surprisingly, there was already a line around 8 am! The store has restrictions on the number of people allowed inside, with only one group at a time, but I was able to get in after waiting for about 10 minutes. From the items displayed in the showcase, I chose the "Blueberry Danish (¥410)" and the "Croque-Monsieur (¥270)". I was told that French toast loses its flavor if not eaten on the same day and reheating doesn't work, so I gave up on that, haha. - Blueberry Danish A pastry with a layer of custard cream with a hint of sweetness on top of the Danish dough, generously filled with large blueberries. I had it the next day due to my schedule, and the crispy texture of the Danish dough was still faintly there. But I think it would be best to enjoy it on the same day. Reheating would make the custard's sweetness and the moisture of the blueberries disappear. Even on the next day when I had it at home, the blueberries' acidity and juiciness were expressed, making it taste fresh! It seems like fresh ingredients are being used, not just for croissants but also for pastries! - Croque-Monsieur The one I bought was the last piece. When toasted, the gooey cheese melts even more with the heat of your tongue, and the richness and umami burst in your mouth! The combination of the crispy texture of the cheese and bread with the fatty part of the bacon is exquisite and incredibly delicious! Even though the bacon is small, it's surprising how much flavor it brings! I would like to try croissants and sweet buns next time if I have the chance to visit again. They also offer organic coffee for takeout, so I will try that when I visit again. Thank you for the meal.

In the small bakery in Maruyama Park, I bought the popular croissant made with fermented butter. Unfortunately, my favorite milk bread was sold out. The bakery uses 100% organic flour and sells bread made with organic ingredients. They also sell some of the ingredients used by the bakery, such as salt from France, Kinako from Tokachi, olive oil, naturally grown coffee beans, and cheese. The bakery uses organic wheat such as "Kitanokaori," "Harukirari," "Yumechikara," "Kitahonami," "BIO Décolonisé (France)," and "Haruyokoi," all of which are organically grown. They also use German organic sourdough "Bioreal" and natural milk from Yamakawa Farm in Hokkaido, among other natural ingredients, to create bread that is gentle on the body. Only 0.2% or less of the wheat produced in Japan is organic, and "Enmugi" uses this precious domestically produced organic wheat as well as the finest organic wheat from Europe and the US. The bread is made with organic dried fruits, nuts, chocolate, olive oil, salt, sugar, and other organic ingredients, providing both kindness to the body and deliciousness.

Half loaf of bread for 340 yen, croissant for 210 yen, both delicious! The layers of the croissant were carefully made and the buttery aroma was strong and tasty. The bread was also soft and fluffy, delicious even after a few days when reheated. I would like to come back again.
