Sometimes, it's nice to go out for a meal, right? So, my family and I headed to Susukino. We were in the mood for yakiniku rather than sushi, so we decided to go to Jojoen. Back when I worked in Tokyo, my senior colleagues used to take me to this place often. I can't remember if it was in Kichijoji or Mitaka. It's not a cheap place, but they always treated me. The atmosphere inside is so quiet, with standard jazz playing in the background. [Red meat loin 2400 yen] When it comes to red meat loin, it's all about that beautiful red color, right? I like to sear it lightly without overcooking. Oh... delicious. I prefer this red meat loin over kalbi. It's full of the sweetness and umami of the meat. Really delicious. The texture is firm and meaty, with a satisfying taste. It's so satisfying to eat meat like this. [Sanchu 850 yen] Sanchu is a must-have here. It's a delicious vegetable that really brings out the flavor of the meat. [Premium kalbi 3700 yen] At first glance, it's just a delicious piece of meat. I'll cook this one a little more than the loin. The thick, satisfying texture of the meat explodes with juices as you chew. What's this?! The flavor of this meat is amazing! The sweetness of the sauce, the juiciness of the meat, and the richness of the fat are irresistible. And when you lightly cook it and wrap it in Sanchu! The overflowing umami from the freshly grilled meat becomes the best dressing. Delicious, really, it's incredibly delicious! [Three types of sauce + special salt sauce] Salt sauce: A light, refreshing sauce that doesn't overpower the flavor of the meat. It enhances the umami and sweetness of the meat. Soy sauce sauce: A standard dipping sauce. It's dark in color but not too heavy, with a deep flavor that enhances the umami of the meat. Spicy sauce: A spicy sauce with a hint of acidity. It has a refreshing flavor that also makes the meat more enjoyable. Lemon sauce: A refreshing sauce with a hint of lemon. It's not too sour and goes well with salt-grilled dishes or tongue. I thought about going to Seryna even though I came to Sapporo, but since I had a baby with me, it was difficult to check if the ventilation was okay. So, I decided to go to the reliable Seryna. The beloved abalone porridge and grilled beef tripe were delicious ❤️ The service was good, and the taste was consistently great.

If you pay money, you can eat delicious meat. That's it. The staff seemed inexperienced, clearly just part-timers. They didn't seem suitable for a high-end restaurant. The way they placed the plates made a loud noise. Paying a high price for delicious meat, but receiving service at an izakaya level is quite disappointing. I didn't feel much incentive to go back multiple times as someone who values getting more than what they paid for. It might be good for when you want to feel special (?)

During a business trip, I visited with colleagues to celebrate. We tried different cuts of beef tongue, and both the thick-cut and green onion salt were delicious. We also had salad and sirloin, but my personal favorite was the harami. It was tender, flavorful, and had a satisfying texture. Although it's not somewhere I can easily visit, it truly lived up to the reputation of Jojoen!

Yakiniku Rice Burger is delicious just by microwaving it. It's small in size, so it's good as a snack when you're a bit hungry. The meat has some fatty and tough parts which is a downside. The sauce is tasty.

I went to a yakiniku restaurant that I had never been to before as a treat to myself, feeling nervous. I was worried if we could get in without a reservation for two people, but miraculously there was a vacant seat, so we chose a private room and were shown to our table. We were given hot towels and menus, and I ordered a draft beer (medium) while deciding on the meat. I couldn't decide on the order before the beer arrived, so I made up my mind while drinking and tried to place the order by pressing the button, but there was no response. I thought maybe they were busy, so I waited for a while, but the staff passing by our room didn't seem to pay attention to us... Even when they glanced over occasionally, they just walked past. I pressed the button again after waiting and observing for a while, but there was still no sign of anyone coming... I waited for about 15 minutes after deciding on the order, but I didn't feel good about the situation, so I finished my beer and left. I also paid the private room fee. Is this the appropriate way to treat customers without a reservation? Especially in a high-end restaurant known nationwide, this kind of service is unacceptable...

You can visit this restaurant with peace of mind as you can find delicious meat anywhere in the country. Although the prices are a bit higher compared to regular yakiniku restaurants, the quality and prices are consistent nationwide. The atmosphere is lovely and the hospitality is great, so it doesn't feel expensive at all. It was a shame that the marinated harami was sold out, but everything else was delicious (^-^) It was a satisfying dinner. Thank you (^-^)

I have been to Jyuban'en in Tokyo and Sapporo multiple times. My favorites are the negi-tan shio and tokusen rosu. On this day, the private rooms were fully booked so we sat at a table. I also like the Jyuban'en salad, but it seems I forgot to take a picture of it. We had beer and wine, and the total bill for two adults and one child exceeded 30,000 yen. While it's not the best value, I love meat so I will definitely visit again in the future!

At Shunsaien for lunch, even though it's an expensive yakiniku restaurant, the salad dressing is delicious! The yakiniku is amazing! All the meat, no matter how tender, just melts in your mouth and tastes delicious. The seasoning is also really good. What is this? It's the best!! I understand why people get hooked. I'm satisfied! It's been a while since I had high-quality yakiniku. I've never been a fan of heavily marbled meat since I was young, but I was able to eat it without feeling sick or getting a stomach ache this time. The upscale atmosphere really makes a difference. The restroom was clean, and even though there are many high-end yakiniku restaurants in Sapporo, this one seemed to have the best facilities. It was three times more expensive than my usual spot, and four times more if you include the souvenir I bought. It was a luxurious experience. I also tried the cold noodles and yukgaejang ramen, sharing a half portion of each. The staff kindly divided the portions for us, but I thought it would have been better if they had prepared the noodles separately in the kitchen. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

I want to eat something delicious, so I decided to go to Jyubei for the first time. Since I wasn't being taken there, I thought I would challenge their lunch menu as dinner seemed a bit too high-end. It was a sunny autumn day when I arrived, and although it was bright outside, the interior of the restaurant felt a bit dim. A lovely waitress led me to a spacious private room, and my excitement was at its peak. The luxurious atmosphere was beyond words. I had already decided to go for the top option, so I ordered the C lunch set and a medium-sized draft beer. The beer arrived first, but I stopped after just one sip as I wanted to enjoy it with the side dishes later. When the C lunch set arrived, it was so beautiful! The meat looked stunning, and there was more than I expected. I was delighted! The set included 4 large slices of top loin, 2 large slices of top rib, and 2 thick slices of tongue. I savored each piece slowly and carefully. I couldn't stop smiling as my mouth was filled with happiness. Not just the meat, but the salad, side dishes, and soup were all top-notch. The balance of flavors was perfect, enhancing the taste of the meat. The service was efficient yet very polite, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I left the restaurant completely satisfied. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Today, my friends and I took a day off and drove to Sapporo for lunch at Jyuban Shokudo. It's been a while since I last ate there, but it was still delicious. The portion size was generous, so even though I'm trying to gain weight, I was satisfied with the meal. Drinking beer in the afternoon was so refreshing. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was nice, and I felt comfortable and safe while enjoying my meal. The meat at Jyuban Shokudo is truly the best. Thank you for the meal!

Location-wise, it is on the 10th floor of the Kitaco S4 Building along National Route 36 in Nishi 3-chome, Minami 4-jo, Chuo-ku. For the exact location, as always, please check the map on Tabelog. This time, we wanted to celebrate a little and someone requested for yakiniku, so we decided to try a different restaurant. We parked our car in a coin parking lot one block away, then walked to the elevator and went up to the 10th floor where the reception is located. We informed them of our reservation and were seated at a table for four, although I found the table a bit small. We started with a draft beer, followed by mixing the spicy Yan-nyom-jang sauce with the Korean miso. The first dish was a large serving of assorted kimchi, including an unusual eggplant kimchi. The kimchi was relatively mild and easy to eat. Next was the appetizer, Yukke, which came in a styrofoam container with a slightly sweet sauce and pear garnish. Then, we had two orders of premium kalbi and sangchu, with the kalbi being tender and flavorful. We also tried the pork belly with salt sauce, which was decent but a bit pricey. The beef hormone trio of mino, liver, and hormone was well-prepared and tasty, although the price raised some concerns. We also ordered a refreshing makgeolli to go with the meal. The grilled shoulder loin slices were surprisingly large and delicious, while the lean thick-cut beef slices were light and easy to eat. Lastly, we were served a complimentary yuzu sherbet to cleanse our palates. Overall, the meat was good quality but on the pricier side, and the lack of charcoal grilling made the experience a bit less enjoyable for me.

I wanted to experience a sense of luxury for lunch, so I decided to visit the prestigious restaurant called Jyuban. The salad was incredibly delicious, especially with their famous dressing. I also took home their grilled meat rice burger, which was absolutely fantastic! Now I can enjoy the lingering taste of Jyuban at home for around 400 yen.

Finally, I visited the highly anticipated Jojoen. I had the Upper Kalbi, Thick-cut Tongue, Salt-grilled Tongue, Harami, Lean Meat, and Mino. Honestly, I think the taste of the meat is top-notch even in Sapporo. Both the meat and the hormone dishes were delicious. It's rare to find a place where both are tasty, so I thought this famous restaurant was truly impressive. The three types of sauces were also amazing. The kimchi and makgeolli were delicious as well. Good taste comes with a high price. Speaking of which, the prices made my eyes pop, but when you're looking for something delicious, it's understandable. The only downside was the smell of the draft beer. Considering taste, price, and everything else, I would rate it 4.5 stars.

I was taken out to celebrate my discharge from the hospital for the first time, and we ordered a variety of dishes, both course and a la carte. I felt like my stomach was going to burst because the meat was so fatty, but surprisingly I was able to eat it easily. I struggled to choose between rice, porridge, and kupa. You can even choose dessert, and I had a heart-shaped matcha ice cream with matcha mousse. There was also vanilla, and it was delicious.

I went without a reservation after 12 o'clock on a weekday and was told there are private rooms available, but I opted for a regular seat as there were already 3 groups of customers. There were also foreign visitors. I ordered two types of dishes. The meat had a good amount of lean meat and was easy to eat, but I felt like I wanted some rice. The sauce was on the sweeter side and the salad was large and tasty. The kimchi and namul were also delicious. I need to come back in the evening to double-check, but the price of drinks...

I was nervous about the high threshold, but mustered up the courage to try Seryna for the first time. There is a 5% charge for using a private room. The presentation, service, and atmosphere are all fantastic, so I have to give it a high rating. The limited thick-cut beef tongue is incredibly delicious in terms of texture, tenderness, and flavor! The raw cow stomach sashimi is decent in taste, but the presentation is lacking. The pricing is on the higher side, especially the 800 yen kimchi. The drink selection is a bit limited, with mostly major labels and nothing particularly unique. The premium meats at other yakiniku restaurants are priced higher due to the Seryna brand. Would I go back? Hmm, I know of other places where you can get the same quality of meat at a more reasonable price. That's the feeling. But, without a doubt, the food is delicious.

It's been a while since my last visit. There are indeed many yakiniku restaurants around. It was fully booked on Sunday, seems like there are many business entertainments going on! I preferred a private room (with a 5% charge on food and drinks), which was quite reasonable. Starting with kimchi, scallop appetizer, and Jyuban salad is a must. The kimchi had a good level of spiciness and flavor, the scallop appetizer with cucumber and jellyfish in miso sauce was excellent! The salad was also well-prepared with fresh vegetables. The chapchae had a great seasoning. And the king crab legs were a must-order for me, cooked slightly rare and I was completely satisfied! Now onto the meat~♪ Thick-sliced tongue had a great texture that was easy to bite into despite its thickness. The tongue steak with salt was also delicious. The premium loin was what I really wanted to eat, and it was so delicious! I couldn't leave without trying the skirt steak, and ended up ordering an extra plate after finishing the first one. Laughing. The upper ribs had a good amount of fat, and it was very tasty. I ordered various dishes and drinks, and once again, I was completely satisfied with the meal this time! It was a luxurious time. The staff were also very flexible and made me feel comfortable. It may be a popular choice, but isn't it the classic choice after all?

Sessyun ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و This is my first visit! It's not everyday that I have the opportunity to visit such a high-end yakiniku restaurant. As a rare indulgence, I decided to try their 10,000 yen course in a private room. The course meal was served promptly one after another. I ordered a beer to drink. The foam was beautiful! The first dish was an appetizer, scallop dish with a spicy sauce. Next was pickled vegetables, kimchi, but I ate it moderately to save room for the next dish. The kimchi wasn't too spicy and was well-received by everyone. I chose the salted yukhoe, which was delicious and recommended with its creamy texture. The salad was meticulously prepared with peeled cucumbers and a not too heavy dressing. The japchae was tasty, but by this point, I was starting to feel full. And finally, the main attraction, the meats arrived (o^^o) Tongue salt-grilled, salt-grilled prawns, special loin thinly sliced grilled, kalbi grilled, upper mino grilled, and hormone grilled. The special loin was the most delicious, it melted in my mouth. It was so delicious, but I was reaching my max fullness level. After the meats, I had to choose between cold noodles or crab rice porridge as a finisher... I couldn't possibly eat it all (*´Д`*) But I wanted to! I chose the crab rice porridge and had about half of it. It was delicious with a rich broth. I cursed myself for not being able to eat more (*´Д`*) Finally, dessert and coffee arrived, concluding the course meal. Overall, the food was delicious, but the portions were quite large. As a first-time visitor, I opted for the course meal, but next time, if I happen to visit again, I might enjoy choosing individual items to try.
