The choice for impeccable entertaining is definitely here!! It was delicious again this time! In addition to asparagus lamb, the lamb from Yoichi is also recommended, and it was just amazing. I especially love mutton!! I like the sauce, but the rock salt is especially delicious!! It's so good that you can drink beer with rock salt!! Haha I'm worried about my weight the next day because I ate too much. Well, it's okay because it's delicious~ and I end up letting my guard down, haha. I regret forgetting to take a picture of my favorite tongue... but I will definitely take it next time! Thank you for the meal!

When you open the stylish entrance of the restaurant, a cheerful staff member greets you with a lovely smile and guides you to your table. They recommend menu items and even provide instructions on how to cook the meat. The main dish was a complete surprise, as it completely exceeded my expectations of what Genghis Khan cuisine could be. Everything was delicious, but the rare grilled lamb was just perfect. I am grateful to have found such delicious Genghis Khan. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I tried this restaurant based on a friend's recommendation. I prefer Australian beef over Hokkaido beef. The richness of the lamb meat spreads in your mouth. The price of the meat is not extremely high, but it's not cheap either. The location in Susukino makes it a bit inconvenient to get to. One disappointing point is that even on a weekday at the beginning of the week, they only allow seating for up to 90 minutes. It's not a place where you can relax and enjoy your meal. The seating is also a bit cramped, so it's best to think of it as a place to quickly eat some meat.

On the first day of my trip, I wanted to eat Genghis Khan (grilled lamb) and made a reservation at this restaurant. It was recommended by a former colleague who had recently been in Sapporo. I now understand why they said this is the place to go for Genghis Khan in Sapporo. They recommend whether to have salt or sauce depending on the cut of meat. Whether it's lamb or mutton, there isn't much of a strong sheep smell, so personally I thought it was best to eat everything with salt. The salt here really brings out the deliciousness of the lamb. Next time someone asks me for a recommendation for Genghis Khan in Sapporo, I will definitely recommend this restaurant without hesitation. It was delicious - I will come back again!

In the vicinity of Susukino in Sapporo, restaurants famous for Genghis Khan are often not available for reservations. At our house, we have a rule that "lining up when hungry is prohibited," so I carefully researched and found a restaurant that accepts reservations in advance and looks delicious. The result was "Hokkaido-produced lamb and vegetables Fukusuke." Despite opening at 5:00 PM, the restaurant was already bustling with customers. First, I ordered a Sapporo Classic beer, a must-have in Hokkaido. The appetizer was Moyashi from Tomakomai. While enjoying these, I carefully selected the meat I wanted to eat from the menu and the blackboard inside the restaurant. The first choices were the Asparagus lamb shoulder loin and Asparagus lamb red meat from Bibai, Hokkaido. The meat, as the name suggests, was raised eating asparagus grown in Bibai, and the quality was very tender with a hint of sweetness. It was no exaggeration to say that it was the most delicious lamb I had ever tasted in my life. My wife had the same impression, which further validated its credibility. I was now eagerly looking forward to trying other meats. For the subsequent dishes, we had: - Raw lamb fillet (Australian) - Neck (Hokkaido Ishikari lamb ranch) - Lamb tongue (Australian) - Lamb heart (Australian) - Shoulder loin (Ishikari lamb ranch) We indulged in lamb meat continuously as meat lovers. The only vegetables we ordered were: - Asparagus from Bibai - Corn The asparagus was also the most delicious I had ever tasted in my life. When I lightly bit into the grilled stem, I felt no fibers and could easily chew through it. What had I been eating as asparagus until now? Additionally, the natural sweetness of the vegetable was divine. By the time we finished eating, we were quite full. The bill came out to about 10,000 yen per person, a bit on the expensive side, but the quality of the meat justified it. Thanks to that, we left extremely satisfied. Thank you for the meal. Last week, I came to Sapporo on the 20th and 21st, but I couldn't get a seat at this restaurant because it was full (;_;) This time, I made a reservation and was able to get in ☺ I ordered Ishikari-produced Ude, Shibetsu-produced loin, asparagus, shoulder loin, asparagus, red meat thigh, asparagus, barakarubi, a selection of seasonal vegetables, drinks, rice, and everything came to a total of 16,390 yen. Since there are two of us, it's about 8,000 yen per person. As expected, the food at this restaurant is delicious, and we ate to our heart's content and were completely full.

This is a Genghis Khan (Mongolian barbecue) restaurant located in Susukino area in Chuo-ku, Sapporo. I visited this place for a company drinking party. Although I didn't order it myself, I think we had the course with a plate of 7 different types of lamb meat. They are known for their Asparagus Genghis Khan, but the small Asparagus Genghis Khan included in the plate was made with small pieces of leg meat, so I couldn't really taste the asparagus flavor. However, all 7 types of meat on the plate were delicious, with lamb being my favorite among them. The sausage was also quite good. One thing that left a strong impression was the dressing on the salad. It was made from corn produced in Nanporo, and it was really delicious. Among my colleagues, the most popular was the lamb fillet. Although I couldn't fully taste the asparagus Genghis Khan, overall it was a delicious Genghis Khan experience. Thank you for the meal! I visited for the first time and it was a very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere and service. They had a variety of delicious Hokkaido Suffolk lamb dishes, which were excellent. They recommended rice to go with the meal while I was drinking, and it paired perfectly with the lamb. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I made a reservation for a holiday night. While nearby Genghis Khan restaurants had long lines, this one did not. The restaurant is beautiful!! The lamb meat was delicious and not gamey. However, there was one recommended menu item that was very tough and unpleasant... I forgot which part it was... (Since it was a trip destination, I probably won't be going there again.)

For dinner in Sapporo, we went to a Genghis Khan restaurant with a colleague. We ordered popular menu items and the total came to about 16,000 yen, 8,000 yen per person. It was really delicious. For dessert, we had freshly squeezed milk ice cream, and our stomachs were truly satisfied and full.

A family of four visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was their first time trying Genghis Khan (Mongolian barbecue). Although they had visited Hokkaido often, they had never tried Genghis Khan before. They considered other popular places but after extensive research online, they decided on this restaurant. They chose the Hokkaido Bibai-produced Aspara Hitsuji (lamb) and Australian lamb. Both were incredibly delicious, especially the Hokkaido Bibai-produced Aspara Hitsuji's lean meat and the Australian lamb's tongue. In fact, all the meat was delicious! The side dishes were also very tasty, with the daughters particularly enjoying the salad, which they had three helpings of. They especially liked the corn dressing. The one-bite cold noodles and Iburi Gakko cheese were also excellent! They will definitely visit again next time!

It was delicious after all. I personally think that lamb tastes better with lean meat. The limited-time special "ude" was so delicious. Cheers with Sapporo Classic and lamb tongue after a long time was the best night. The slightly scary-looking waiter's crumpled smile and "thank you very much" were irresistibly good! There might be customers who come just for that.

When it comes to Hokkaido, you think of Genghis Khan (grilled lamb). There are many Genghis Khan restaurants, but Fukusuke is truly impressive. The lamb, raised eating asparagus stems, is tender and juicy. What's great is that they offer a plate for each person to compare different cuts, so you can enjoy at your own pace without feeling rushed. The lamb bone ramen at the end is amazing. They also have private rooms, so it's suitable for any occasion. The owner's desire is to "change the image of Genghis Khan. Dress up and enjoy Genghis Khan in style." It's great for women as there's no smell of food on your clothes. The staff's service is fantastic. The manager, Mr. Kohara, is charming and runs the restaurant efficiently. He's become quite popular, with more guys hoping to visit just to see him (laughs). Whenever there are customers from outside the area, they always make sure to bring them here, and 100% of them leave satisfied. We always receive repeat requests. If you're in Sapporo, this is a restaurant you must visit.

Genghis Khan is a big thing in Hokkaido! However, there are still very few restaurants where you can eat Hokkaido-raised sheep. In the midst of this, I got information about a restaurant called "Fukusuke" that serves Hokkaido asparagus lamb and went there. The asparagus lamb had little smell and was delicious. I visited a restaurant that serves lamb meat fed with asparagus. There is no lamb smell at all. I recommend the lamb loin and lamb heart. It is recommended to enjoy lamb with wine. Took my parents out for Genghis Khan (Mongolian BBQ) and decided to go to Fukusuke based on recommendations that it had good flavor and ambiance, as my parents are sensitive to strong smells. It turned out to be a great choice! The food was delicious and they were very happy. We have been to several Genghis Khan restaurants in the area before, but Fukusuke had the best taste, atmosphere, and service! If we come back to Sapporo, we will definitely visit Fukusuke again!

I was attracted to this restaurant because I could compare and taste both domestic and Australian lamb. I ordered the tasting set (Australian lamb shoulder loin, Aspara lamb leg, Aspara lamb belly), and all of them were delicious. However, the domestic lamb had less of a strong taste and odor compared to the Australian one, making it easier to eat. Being able to compare the two allowed me to appreciate the quality of domestic lamb more, so I'm glad I chose this place.
