After having lunch in Kamata, finishing up some remaining work, and taking care of some business at the legal affairs bureau before heading home, I finally stopped by this charming little shop near Umanoki Station. The shop had a cute exterior resembling a small house, and the interior was cozy and compact. I purchased an "anpan" and a "pain au chocolat." Both pastries were on the smaller side, but delicious. The balance of sweetness between the red bean paste in the anpan and the pastry was just right. It was clear that the pastries were carefully crafted.

I passed by a bakery at 12:40 on Saturday and found a strawberry melon bread for 100 yen limited to 50 pieces a day. Although there were many stylish breads, I only noticed the strawberry melon bread this time. I bought 3 pieces for myself and my two children, and we enjoyed them as a snack at 3 o'clock. They were small in size but packed with the sweetness of strawberries in a cookie dough, making it a delightful pastry. It goes well with coffee. The soft part was also very delicious. I look forward to visiting this bakery again in the future as they are likely to become more popular. I will check back occasionally. Thank you for the delicious treat!

A new shop has opened in front of Keio Tamagawa Line's Unoki Station with a striking red exterior. The shop is called "Labo Atelier Jouet," which means "toy box" in French. Inside the small shop, there are cute breads lined up. There is also a bakery with the same name in Musashikoyama, and their sister shop is MONREVE quatre in Kyugahara. Today, I went to buy lunch for three people. We had salmon canape (200 yen), croissant sausage (210 yen), sweet potato bread (170 yen), cinnamon roll (180 yen), pain au chocolat (200 yen), poire (190 yen), dot pretzel (240 yen), and soft cheese coupe (250 yen, photo shows some). All of them had a friendly taste that would be loved by everyone from children to the elderly. The small size and reasonable prices are also nice. I found a new shop to look forward to in the future!
