I visited Tokyo Hormone, which has been featured multiple times in local media. I tried to make a reservation the day before, but it turns out that on Sundays at lunchtime, reservations are not accepted and it's first come, first served. Initially, I thought about taking the train from Sapporo and having a beer, but there are very few trains between Iwamizawa and Tomakomai, so I drove instead. I arrived early and went to a bakery called Yunigarden Harapeko, and when I came back, there was already one car parked. The line started forming 10 minutes before opening... but if you go before opening, you can get in on the first round. The food was very delicious. It wasn't something that made me want to go every week, but I felt like I would like to visit a few times a year. They use a broth infused with offal, and you can enjoy various textures with the hormone, mixed vegetables, tongue, and pork sagari that I ordered this time. I thought it was like a golden ratio. The taste was good even when I scooped five spoonfuls of miso from the table (I did). If you can handle spicy food, I feel like shichimi togarashi is a must. If you add noodles at the end, unless you have a big appetite, a small portion of rice is enough. A normal rice bowl comes out. What concerns me is that orders are placed using an iPad, and the staff seem a bit flustered and not used to the system. In any case, I don't often feel satisfied with this type of cuisine without alcohol... it's a restaurant that suits my taste. I would like to go again.

Arrived at 13:30 and had to wait for about 15 minutes for a table. I went to a vending machine a little away to buy Coca-Cola. We entered the restaurant and had a second round with non-alcoholic drinks! Four middle-aged men gathered around a square pot. At this time of year, the miso seasoning was a bit heavy on the salt. It was so good! The vegetables, hormone, and sagari disappeared in no time... Looking forward to the next season, maybe autumn.

I arrived at a golf course nearby and got hungry because it was late, so I decided to visit this restaurant. It seems to be quite popular around here, so I'm looking forward to it. I ordered hormone, sagari, liver, and vegetables. They were all cooked on a hot plate, and the miso sauce was exceptionally delicious! The rice was also very tasty. I was very satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

Finally went on a drive to Tokyo Hormone. Delicious! The hormone and liver have no strong taste, and they go well with vegetables. The noodles at the end were also great! The miso sauce had the perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness. The staff were very kind and hospitable. I apologize for not having a photo of the food being cooked due to how delicious it was. I have decided to visit again for sure.

We had the opportunity to see it on TV and decided to go after a long time with my husband. We arrived in the morning, so we were able to sit right away without waiting. We ordered two servings of hormone and vegetables rice Sagari for two people. It's similar to a simmered dish with miso sauce added. When it thickens, the hormone absorbs a nice flavor and the rice goes well with it.

I visited "Tokyo Horumon" in Honcho, Yuni-cho, which I had wanted to go to for a long time, for lunch. I arrived before 14:30, but it was full with a waiting list of 6 groups. I thought it was open all day, but the weekend hours were actually 11:00-15:00 (L.O. 14:30) and 16:00-20:00 (L.O. 19:30). It was a close call, but they managed to accommodate us and we waited in the parking lot after filling out a reservation slip. After about 30 minutes, we received a call and went in. We sat in a raised seating area and ordered using a tablet. We ordered 2 "Horumon 500 yen", "Sagari 700 yen", "Half vegetable set 250 yen", "Rice medium 250 yen" x2, and "Noodles 200 yen". We followed the instructions on "How to eat delicious horumon" on the table. First, we heated the chili tri pot (hot plate) and then added the "Horumon" in the middle. We placed "vegetables (onion, bean sprouts)" and "Sagari" around it, then poured the "special miso sauce" from the pot and simmered it. The "Horumon" coated with sweet miso sauce was very delicious with a chewy texture. The "Sagari" had a slightly firm and meaty texture, providing a different eating experience. Finally, we added the "noodles", but it seemed like there was not enough meat or vegetables, so we added a little water and more miso sauce before stir-frying. While we were waiting, there were constantly customers coming in for take-out of meat. Truly a popular spot!

On the way back from visiting a roadside station, I happened to be near a restaurant I had wanted to try for a while, so I decided to stop by for dinner. The parking lot was quite crowded, but luckily I was able to find a seat without having to wait. I ordered hormone, sagari, tanmoto, liver, vegetables, and rice. It was my first time ordering, so I wasn't sure about the right amount, and it was a bit challenging to cook everything, but the miso sauce allowed me to adjust the flavor, and it was really delicious. It's a shame I can't drink alcohol, but I was still very satisfied with the meal. Thank you for the delicious food! :)

The liver was 550 yen, the skirt meat was 700 yen, the bean sprouts were 200 yen, and the large rice was 300 yen. The hormone with the Jalan coupon was delicious. The miso sauce here is particularly good, especially when paired with the liver, it's exquisite. The hormone and skirt meat were just okay. Thank you for the meal. See you next time! Next time, I'll try the liver and heart without bean sprouts.

I had been curious about this hormone shop for a while. When I visited before, there were quite a few customers waiting, so I gave up. This Tokyo hormone shop gives more of a boiled than grilled feeling. The staff are very polite and teach you how to cook it properly, which is reassuring. Bean sprouts and onions go really well with the hormone! There were constantly customers coming in for takeout. The pork diaphragm is just as delicious as the hormone!

I went on a drive to Yuki-cho with the aim of trying Tokyo Hormone. It's a simple dish that originated from Tokyo and is similar to Kansai's Chiritori-nabe in terms of how it's eaten. Since it's hormone meat, some people may have preferences, but overall, the atmosphere is great. It's a bit far, and it's a shame that alcohol isn't served, but I would like to visit regularly. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I visited around 11:30 on Sunday. There was a line, but they take your phone number and you wait in your car. I waited in the parking lot until they called me in. I was seated in a private tatami room. I ordered hormone, sagari, tongue, vegetable set, rice, and noodles. They showed us how to cook and we enjoyed the meal. The hormone was delicious, but the tongue was also very good. We added noodles halfway through and they were also delicious.

I decided to go to Yunni's hot spring in Yuni-cho. I was thinking about where to have lunch, and after researching, I found this restaurant with high ratings so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant is located near Yuni-cho station, in a residential area with ample parking space. The interior of the restaurant is spacious but was fully seated. You can also purchase meat to take home, and there were a few customers doing so. I was told there would be a 20-minute wait, so I took a walk around the area while waiting. After 20 minutes, I received a call and headed back to the restaurant. I was seated at a counter seat for one. I placed my order using a touch panel. I ordered one serving of all the meat options available except for the sold-out ones, as well as a medium-sized rice. The staff recommended that I also order vegetables, as they are essential for the way the food is eaten at this restaurant. The process involves placing hormone meat on the hot plate first, followed by vegetables and other meats. You then pour miso sauce over it and cook it until it's done. It's important not to cook it on high heat to prevent it from drying out. The meat and vegetables seasoned with miso sauce went well with the rice. It was just the right amount for two people. I discovered a new way of enjoying yakiniku.

Had a meeting in Shinjuku and had lunch by myself at Tokyo Hormone. Tokyo Hormone is so satisfying! I ordered the Hormone Liver Vegetable Set with Rice in medium size. It had been years since I last had it, but it was still delicious. I was so full that I had to give up on ordering additional sagari. There were many people who seemed to have just finished playing golf, probably due to the location. Everyone looked so happy.

At Tokyo Hormone, I had the original miso grilled hormone. I played golf in Yuni-cho in the morning, so for lunch, I came here after a long time. Tokyo Hormone is a diner started by a person called "Tokyo-san" who used to make horse equipment in Yuni-cho many decades ago. They use a unique flat iron pot to grill hormone, sagari, and liver with miso sauce, mixing them with vegetables and putting them on rice. It's delicious when you sprinkle plenty of shichimi spice on it. Personally, I also like kokoro-tan, but I adjust to the preferences of the people I'm with. I used to go there often. I have an iron pot at home too. Of course, I also got some hormone as a souvenir!

Tokyo Hormone, a restaurant in Yubari, Hokkaido, run by a family who moved from Tokyo. The charm of this place lies not in the individual flavors of each hormone, but in the bold collaboration between mixed hormones, vegetables, and hearty seasonings. The flavors are both bold and delicate, with a focus on the perfect combination of hormone, vegetables, seasoning, and cooking heat. After a round of golf at a nearby course, enjoying a beer and facing off against these wild and flavorful dishes at this restaurant, which is open all day, is the ultimate luxury.

I decided to bring Tokyo Hormone to the BBQ on June 4th and ended up eating it alone while purchasing it. The restaurant has been around for about 30 years, but it was my first time coming alone. Well, the upside is that I can cook at my own pace. When I ate it slowly, it was really delicious. The hormone was cut into small pieces, so it wasn't chewy, and there wasn't any thick, hard-to-chew parts that I don't like. The pieces were a good size with a nice texture, making it easy to eat. I mixed the unique miso sauce in an iron pot with the hormone juice and it was delicious whether grilled or stewed. Of course, I added noodles at the end to make yakisoba. The noodles absorbed the flavors and became soft, creating a one-of-a-kind yakisoba. However, times have changed, and the prices have gone up a bit, and ordering was done through a tablet.

Tokyo Hormone. I went there! ψ(`∇´)ψ Gao~♫ I've been eating here since I was a kid, always brought by my parents. I think there's no other place where you can eat hormone like this. The miso sauce is incredibly delicious! Highly recommend it! Thank you for the meal♪

After shaved ice, I went to Tokyo Hormone around 11:30. There was a bit of a wait, but I gave my number and waited in the car. The people lined up outside were for takeout. It's a popular place indeed. I was called in quickly and led to a clean and spacious restaurant. I ordered the hormone and small portion set and a beer using the touch panel. I got a beer first in a glass with the restaurant's name on it, which got me excited. The silver square pot was filled with hormone, onions, and bean sprouts, and I slid the Sagari, liver, and heart tongue onto the plate as instructed by the staff. They complimented my skill in placing the meat. The original miso was delicious, and the vegetables and hormone cooked well together. The beer went down smoothly. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

In the vast plains lies the town of Yoshimi, where you can find a Tokyo-style hormone teppanyaki restaurant. They cook without using oil, only with water. At first, I tried it with just hormone, but it tastes better with vegetables. The seasoning is miso sauce.

Good morning everyone! On a sunny morning, a friend invited me to lunch saying, "Let's go to Tokyo Hormone!" If you mention Yuni, this is the place to go, she knows. But if you're a heavy drinker, you can't come by car because beer is a must at this place. Thank you! I don't need beer, my friend. We arrived right at opening time, but the front raised seating area was already occupied, so we chose to sit in the back raised seating area to avoid crowding. We ordered hormone, liver, small intestines, heart, tongue, vegetables, white rice, noodles, and bottled beer. Let's enjoy the bottled beer♪ Sizzle and cook with miso, sprinkle some shichimi spice, and enjoy! Miso sauce with vegetables and grilling is like Chan-chan-yaki with fish, and it goes really well with rice! The hormone is thin and flimsy, with the occasional chewy tripe being the saving grace. In terms of meat quality, liver, heart, and pork tongue taste better. But local people love this thin hormone! It's like that with soul food, right? The meal ended with steamed noodles mixed with broth, which ended up being a bit sticky and soft, but still enjoyable. I think udon would have been a better match, but they probably won't change it. That's how soul food is, right? We switched to draft beer halfway through and added more meat, totaling around 2200 yen per person. The freshly cooked rice and the combination of miso-flavored meat and vegetables are excellent. If you come to Yuni, you must try it! Thank you for the delicious meal!

In late January on a Sunday, I visited a yakiniku restaurant for the first time. The restaurant had good ventilation, so the risk of infection was low. The place was spacious, with a surprising number of cars in the parking lot. The menu had an interesting origin story, and I ordered based on recommendations from previous customers. We had hormone (x2), sagari, liver, a vegetable set, noodles, and shared a bowl of rice. The unique cooking method involved a shallow square pot with a miso-based sauce for steaming the meat and vegetables. The hormone was delicious, tender, and flavorful, while the sagari was a bit tough. The liver was average. Mixing the noodles with the sauce and meat essence was recommended for a tasty finish. The restaurant was popular, with many customers waiting. The only downside was the seating discomfort and the slightly confusing payment location. Overall, I enjoyed the meal, and I plan to revisit with my husband, who loves hormone. I look forward to trying their special dish "shinsetsu" next time. The sauce was so delicious that I would recommend visiting on an empty stomach for maximum enjoyment.
