Taste ◎, Cleanliness of the shop ◎, Service ◎. I visited a new yakiniku restaurant without a reservation on a Saturday around 6:00 PM. The staff welcomed me even though I didn't have a reservation and allowed me to choose any seat I liked. The place was not crowded, so I felt a bit anxious at first. The kimchi was delicious, and the meat was fresh and flavorful. The tongue and kalbi were especially good. I was surprised by how tasty the meat was. I wondered why the restaurant was not busier, but I definitely want to visit again.
