A bar where you can enjoy fresh fish caught by the owner. It's more like a pub because you can have a proper meal. It's a cozy place and welcoming to everyone. Besides fish, surprisingly, the pasta and meat dishes are delicious too. The owner sometimes hosts private parties or closes unexpectedly, so it's best to check their Facebook or Twitter. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I received an invitation from a friend to visit an interesting restaurant. The restaurant is located about a 5-minute walk from Higashi-Fushimi Station towards Shin-Ome Kaido. The interior of the restaurant was full, except for the counter seats. We arrived at 7:00 pm, and my friend had made a reservation for us, so we were seated at a table. We started with ordering draft beer. Oh! It's Heartland draft beer, cheers! - Edamame was served as a complimentary appetizer. The taste was average, not too sweet. - Caesar salad with plenty of cabbage and dressing. It was refreshing and enjoyable. - Sashimi platter with a variety of fresh sashimi like medium fatty tuna, shellfish, bonito, etc. Everything was fresh and delicious. Switched to Highball with whiskey. The glass was a Tris glass, but the drink inside was like whiskey on the rocks (laughs). - Grilled gizzard with great seasoning and a satisfying chewy texture. - Fried chicken that was soft and juicy, with the meat juice overflowing when you bite into it. Switched to Highball with shochu, lemon-flavored and easy to drink. - Pizza with plenty of melted cheese. The crust was ordinary, not baked in a kiln, but the toppings were so tasty, it was amazing. I wanted to have a whole pizza to myself (laughs). - Cold ramen to finish off. Took a sip of the soup. Hmm... it was weak. The noodles... hmm... If you feel unsatisfied, you can add chicken oil, but when my friend tried it, it was not to their liking, so we stopped (laughs). Added yuzu pepper and chili paste and finished it. It tasted like a bland cold noodle. Overall, my friend said the warm ramen was delicious, but they were curious to try it next time. Maybe warm ramen or pasta would be better. Italian dishes might be the way to go here. There were many other menu items that caught our attention. Thank you for the meal.

I visited this place the other day and had a great time by myself, so tonight I'm visiting with friends. We started the feast with beer, followed by edamame and cabbage. Next up was the sashimi platter, a specialty here with a lineup chosen by the owner. Two delicious dishes later, we moved on to the pizza. This pizza is really tasty. And finally, it's time for the finale. Cold salt ramen. Huh? It's a bit different from the hot soup I had last time. Well, I guess there's a slight difference between hot soup and cold soup. I also want to try the pasta recommended by a friend next time. Thank you for the meal.

I stumbled upon this place and found out that they serve ramen as well, but it's not available as a standalone dish. Since it's an izakaya, this didn't feel out of place at all. We started with a toast of beer and edamame, followed by a highball and freshly caught squid sashimi brought by the owner. For an additional 50 yen, you can add natto. I couldn't resist this tempting offer. The squid sashimi was served the day after it was caught, and it had a transparent appearance, indicating its freshness. The squid was firm in texture, which was quite enjoyable. The owner mentioned that he would have preferred to serve it on the same day. It seems like the owner, who seems to be a fishing enthusiast, also offers other enticing sashimi options. I ended up drinking more than planned and wished I had tried more dishes. I look forward to coming back with friends to share and try a variety of dishes next time.

I have been coming here for about 9 years. It used to be a darts cafe, but recently the owner has been serving various dishes made from fish that he personally caught. They still have darts available. It's rare to find a place where you can play darts and enjoy fresh sashimi. I usually go alone, but it's a safe place for women to visit alone. The sea bream I had that day was fresh, sweet, and melted in my mouth. They also offer a variety of dishes from simple appetizers to Western-style dishes and set meals, so you can have a light meal or a hearty meal and still have a happy time regardless of the occasion.

The shop along Shin-Aome street caught my eye every time I passed by. The other day, I decided to go back and finally went in. I am usually a bit timid, so it was a big step for me. I sat at the counter and ordered a draft beer. I also had shishamo, potato fries, kelp cabbage, edamame, and two gin and lime drinks. The beautiful staff member E.A made everything deliciously. It was nice to chat with her too. Of course, it's a Darts Cafe, so there are darts available. I plan to try my hand at darts next time I go. I'm glad I took the plunge and went in.
