I made a reservation over the phone about two weeks ago and arrived at the restaurant on a Tuesday at 7:00 pm. The yakiniku here is delicious no matter what you order. I usually start by ordering what I really want to eat. It's a yakiniku place that I want to keep coming back to, so I hope it continues for a long time. By the way, they only accept cash payments.

A deep spot in Shinagawa. A must-go for taking guests from afar. Regardless of the service or cleanliness of the restaurant, the food is just delicious. The kimchi, tongue, and prime meat are all winners. Especially the harami is on a level that you can almost drink. Everyone leaves satisfied when taken here, so it's very convenient. Will definitely come back.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station. It's located in a complex deep area near Konan-guchi. I made a reservation and entered the restaurant at 7:30 pm. All the photos are for one serving each, including tongue, skirt steak, ribs, sirloin, negi-tan, and half order of kalbi soup. You can choose between salt and sauce for the meat. The portions are generous but the meat is thin. It's a popular restaurant and was fully booked. We enjoyed the delicious meal.

Shinagawa Station is right next to this hidden gem of a yakiniku restaurant. There are many cool shops around here, which creates a nice atmosphere. We ordered: ・Korotan ・Negitan ・High-grade wagyu kalbi ・Wagyu misuji ◎ ・Wagyu loin ・Wagyu sirloin steak ◎ ・Vegetable platter ・Kuppa (small) Overall, the seasoning is peppery. The cost performance is high and it's very convenient!

In one corner of that area is the famous yakiniku restaurant "Iburiya". It is run by a husband and wife, and they serve delicious yakiniku cooked on shichirin grills in a back alley. The harami, rosu, and gyutan were all tasty and not too fatty. You can enjoy rare cuts of meat at a reasonable price. Both the meat and vegetables were delicious! Really delicious! Great value for money. It was the best yakiniku restaurant I've been to. It's a popular place, so I recommend making a reservation.

The taste was quite delicious! The most impressive thing was the shiitake mushrooms. They were seriously delicious, so if you go, be sure to try them. The meat was all good with the salt sauce, and the misji was the best. But well, after eating quite a bit, it was around 7,000 yen per person. Not bad cost performance. If only the service was better, it would be the best cost performance...! The downside was the service. They would often tell you rules like "this is not allowed" or "that should be like this", which made it hard to focus on the meal. I think it's because the restaurant is small overall. The staff were handling everything alone, so sometimes drinks were not brought to other tables. I think they should hire more people. The atmosphere was awkward, so I probably won't go back, haha.

Delicious and cheap♫ Everything was delicious^ - ^ It was easy to get to from Shinagawa Station, so I definitely want to go back when I'm nearby! It was a bit tricky to find because it's in a back alley, but once inside, the atmosphere was nice and cozy✨ Everything was delicious~♫ I'll definitely go back again (*>ω<*)

A yakiniku restaurant in Shinagawa. Visited for dinner on a weekday. They used to serve lunch, but now it's dinner only. Despite having many seats, service is quite sloppy as it's run by just a couple.
[Food]
Especially the quality and quantity of the premium class meat is fantastic.
- Kalbi (short rib)
- Harami (skirt steak)
- Sirloin
- Kimchi platter
- Homemade bacon
- Salad with dried baby sardines and tofu
- Japanese-style cold noodles
[Drinks]
- Iedon makgeolli (Korean rice wine) in a bottle
Delicious meat can be enjoyed here, but don't expect high service levels.

Located in a small alley near Shinagawa Konan Exit, this restaurant can be a bit hard to find. The interior is surprisingly spacious, with table seating available. The beef tongue, diaphragm, pork belly, and kalbi were all tender. However, the fresh grapefruit sour lacked the freshness of real grapefruit. They offer a wide variety of wagyu beef options, so I would like to try those next time.

I went to my favorite Kitana Shuran!! It's a famous and delicious yakiniku restaurant located in the back alleys behind Shinagawa. I made a reservation for 5:30 pm and by 6:00 pm, it was already fully booked... amazing! I really enjoy grilling the meat myself, and the texture of each cut is excellent. I definitely want to go back again.

On a rainy Thursday evening, I made a reservation and visited the restaurant at 5 pm after work. As soon as the restaurant opened at 5 pm, all four tables, including two tatami tables, were full except for the reserved ones, and the counter seats were also full. The staff consisted of one server and one chef, so it was smooth to place orders once decided. You can choose between "sauce" or "salt" for the meat. Here are the dishes we ordered:
- Negitan (¥1180): Thinly sliced tongue grilled with salt, topped with chopped green onions mixed with sesame oil and soaked in lemon juice.
- Tankoro (¥1600): Thickly cut tongue grilled with salt, offering a unique texture and satisfying bite.
- Hormone platter (¥1200): A platter with three types of hormone - crunchy mino, simple and flavorful gialla, and hormone with melty fat, served with both salt and sauce.
- Negi harami (¥930): Thinly sliced harami with a unique chewy texture, served with sauce.
- Premium wagyu kalbi (¥1550): Extremely tender and flavorful wagyu kalbi with a rich marbling of fat.
- Wagyu haneshita (¥1650): A melt-in-your-mouth sirloin with a generous amount of marbling.
- Wagyu ichibo (¥1550): A dish with fine and tender meat with a good amount of fat, allowing you to enjoy the meat juices.
- Wagyu misuji (¥1650): A delicious combination of kalbi's fat and sirloin's meat texture, providing a rich and flavorful taste.
- Japanese-style cold noodles (¥580): A simple cold noodle dish with a soy sauce-based broth flavored with bonito.
- Kimchi platter (¥680): A platter of three types of kimchi - napa cabbage kimchi, kakuteki, and non-spicy oi kimchi.
- Munch salad (¥550): A green salad dressed with a sesame oil-flavored dressing, perfect for sharing among four people due to its generous portion.
We enjoyed bottled beer, draft beer, lemon sour, highball, and more, and the total bill for three of us was just under ¥20,000.

I visited a restaurant in Shinagawa recommended by a friend who works there. The location is in a narrow alley near Shinagawa Station, Konan Exit, where there are many yakiniku restaurants. We started with a draft beer for 500 yen and later ordered a half bottle of red wine for 1050 yen. The red wine was a Bordeaux from 2016. We also ordered Namul platter for 780 yen, Munch salad for 550 yen, which were served promptly and were quite generous portions. For the meat, we ordered Kalbi for 1400 yen, Pepper loin for 950 yen, Harami for 850 yen, Hormone platter for 1200 yen, and Thick tongue for 1600 yen. All the meats were of high quality and delicious, especially the thick tongue and hormone platter. The meat juices were dripping and it was wonderful. Lastly, we ordered egg soup for 350 yen, which was also generous and delicious. Highly recommended. Check out more details in the blog link provided.

I hadn't really explored the dining options near Shinagawa Station Konan Exit. Finally, I finished my training early and had the chance to visit the top-ranked yakiniku restaurant in the area on Tabelog, called "Iburiya." It's tucked away in an alley, with a casual atmosphere and charcoal grills at each table. I started with thick-cut tongue seasoned with salt, then tried the recommended cuts like sagari, ichibo, and kalbi with sauce. I also had loin and harami with sauce. For the finale, I enjoyed a variety of hormone cuts with miso sauce. As for side dishes, I ordered a kimchi assortment and chogeri salad. The kimchi assortment included kakuteki, oi kimchi, and hakusai kimchi, a classic trio. This small, independently-run restaurant did not disappoint with any of the dishes I tried. I didn't get to try the restaurant's signature dishes this time, but it felt like the kind of place where Inogashira Goro might visit alone.

[Revisit after 1 year and 7 months ◇ Lunch Edition] I had the Beef Harami Set 1.5 times (150g) for 1100 yen. It comes with soup, kimchi, salad, and rice, so even though it's four digits, it feels like a good deal. The 150g of meat was quite a lot, and it felt like it never decreased as I ate, which was nice. The taste was decent as well. I think it's a good place to come for lunch again. [Overview] This yakiniku restaurant is located in the Showa Deep Zone straight from Shinagawa Konan Exit. They boast about serving domestic Wagyu, which reflects in the prices. Dishes like tongue and harami are priced at over 2000 yen per plate.

Shinagawa - Popular Yakiniku Restaurant in the Alley "Iburiya" Revisited
I tried the Kalbi and Roast last time and they were delicious, so I have high hopes for the Bibimbap set as well. Today, the famous restaurant "Iburiya" in the back alley near Shinagawa Konan Exit had a long line as usual. I patiently waited outside until the staff called me in. With only the master and a female staff member, the service was a bit slow but that seems to be part of the charm of this place. After a 20-minute wait, I was finally seated inside. This time, I ordered the Bibimbap set. Along with the Bibimbap, the set came with salad, kimchi, and soup. The dressing on the salad was refreshing and tasty, and the kimchi had a nice sweetness to it. The Bibimbap had a generous portion! Mixing it with the bean paste sauce, it was incredibly delicious. The seasoned spinach, fern, bean sprouts, and other vegetables suited my taste perfectly. I'm not usually a fan of fern, but it was so delicious that I wanted more. The only downside was that the minced beef and vegetables were not warm. If this was already so tasty, I wonder how the stone bibimbap would taste! Since it's not available on the lunch menu, I'll have to come back for dinner to try it. It's a menu item I definitely want to challenge myself with.

On Friday night, I visited without a reservation. It seemed like they had just opened after the state of emergency, as we were seated at the last counter seat. I ordered the Tongue, Negi Shio, Namul assortment, Harami, Misuji, Cold noodles, and Egg soup. Overall, the flavors were a bit strong and salty. The egg soup was too salty to finish. We had about four drinks between the two of us, and it came to just over 10,000 yen. I think the cost performance is not bad.

The serving size is not cheap, but it offers great value for money due to its generous portion. The meat, which is fatty, is not overwhelming, making it easy to eat a lot.

Beef tendon with ponzu sauce, bacon, kimchi platter, tofu and seasoned dried young sardines salad, tongue, kalbi, harami, ichibo, misuji, assorted hormone, chicken thigh, wakame soup. The seasoning includes a unique garlic salt, which is a must when ordering kalbi or harami. The beef tendon with ponzu sauce was also delicious. Good value for money and everything was tasty, but the service seemed a bit indifferent, which was a bit disappointing...
