◆PrefaceDue to transferring, I passed through Oimachi and decided to stop by here to satisfy my hunger. It's probably my second visit in over 10 years. I think it's amazing for a restaurant to have been operating for over 10 years without changing its name, right?◆Today's OrderBlack Pork Chicken Ramen 750 yenExtra Noodles (Kaedama) Free◆Taste ImpressionsThe soup, with a hint of garlic flavor from the chili oil, was rich and the medium-thick straight noodles intertwined nicely. The chili oil made it extremely hot, so be careful not to burn your mouth. The soup, with an oil film on the surface like Hokkaido ramen, stayed hot throughout. The chashu was thinly sliced rolled belly pork, and there were two crunchy-cut bamboo shoots, two seaweed sheets, and chopped green onions. It wasn't amazingly delicious, but the strong flavor, low price, and free extra noodles make it a good choice for a post-drinking meal. I've only had Kumamoto ramen once, and it was surprisingly light, but this one has a rich pork bone punch, making it a good choice for those who like tonkotsu-style ramen.◆In conclusionThis place might attract people for a final drink in the deep area near Oimachi East Exit. Of course, they are open until midnight. It's a smart strategy. However, due to rising ingredient costs, they will raise prices starting October 1st. Despite having a slight price advantage compared to other late-night eateries nearby, it will be interesting to see what happens once that difference disappears.

I happened to pass by Oimachi Station and decided to get something to eat. I was planning to go to a ramen shop I had been to before, but I found a ramen shop that I hadn't noticed before. The menu looked like it had flavors I would enjoy, so I decided to go in. I ordered the Ton-Tori Ramen, which had a double soup base of pork bone and chicken, with plenty of oil, in a rich and creamy style. It was not too heavy and didn't have any strong animal smell. The soup was so good that I wanted to drink every last drop. I don't usually get off at Oimachi Station, but if I have the chance, I would like to visit this restaurant again.

Today, I had ramen at this shop! I chose the black pork and chicken ramen, and it was amazing. The aroma of the burnt oil was outstanding, and it matched perfectly with the garlic flavor. The medium-thick noodles were also a great match, and when you add the toppings on the table, it becomes a complete dish! I underestimated this place based on its appearance, but it pleasantly surprised me! I would definitely like to come back here again! Thank you for the meal! :)

I had various errands and couldn't have lunch until 4:00 PM. I decided to visit this restaurant that I had been curious about for a while. They had a double soup with pork and chicken. Looks delicious! I entered the restaurant and there was one customer already seated. Well, it's an odd time for a meal. I sat at the counter. They had three types of pork and chicken ramen! There was the soy sauce flavored "pork chicken", the "black pork chicken" with chili oil, and the "dashi pork chicken" with seafood flavor. Hmm, I love chili oil so I ordered the "black pork chicken" and paid in cash since they didn't accept Suica. The bowl arrived in about 5 minutes. Oh, the chili oil has a really nice aroma! Let's dig in! The soup is delicious. Maybe it would be better to taste the soup without the chili oil? But the chili oil has a wonderful fragrance! The soup itself is lighter than I expected and easy to drink. The noodles are slightly flat, medium-thick noodles. They soak up a lot of soup and have a chewy texture, very tasty noodles! They provide a satisfying bite. I shouldn't drink too much of the soup, but I couldn't help myself, it's so good! I love this soup! Thank you for the meal. It was delicious. I will come back again. Next time, I'll try the normal pork chicken!

I moved from Yokohama to Tokyo and tried various ramen shops in Oimachi to Kawasaki. There are always long lines at popular shops like Eiraku, Kitchou, and Maru. They are all very delicious, but as someone who doesn't like waiting in line, it's hard for me to go there. If I go to Aomono Yokocho, there is a great house-style ramen shop called Makotoya. I used to go there regularly a few years ago, but as I've gotten older, the frequency has decreased, and I ended up at Edoichi. I tried all the types of ramen and tsukemen, but my favorites are the black pork and chicken ramen and tsukemen. Especially the tsukemen, even if you just eat the noodles alone, they are delicious. They are served with the finest spicy pickled vegetables, and the noodles are topped with a double soup made with garlic-infused chicken and pork, not just chili oil. The noodles are exquisite, and I eat them 1-2 times a week. The bowls are heated to a piping hot temperature, either from Marusen in Musashi Kosugi or Edoichi, showing the owner's dedication. I will continue to visit this place.

I had black pork and chicken ramen. They used Ma oil, but it was a bit weak. I could also taste garlic. The soup was quite salty. It seems like the flavor is meant for adding extra noodles. Since I didn't order extra noodles, I left the soup. I saw "rice service" written, but I wasn't asked about it, so it might be a limited-time offer.

I was drawn by the free extra noodle service in front of the store and decided to visit. Inside the store, there was a cozy atmosphere with a couple, possibly a husband and wife, running the place. I sat at the counter and ordered ramen with beer. The chewy chashu and gyoza with crispy skin were delicious, and I enjoyed a toast with a medium-sized bottled beer. The ramen had surprisingly thick noodles with a good texture, and the free extra noodles were cooked just the way I like them. It was a perfect place for a casual drink. Thank you for the meal!

At Oimachi Station, where you transfer from the Rinkai Line to the Tokyu Oimachi Line, there are many ramen and soba restaurants in the area. To satisfy my hunger after work today, I chose Edichi, just a few minutes' walk from Oimachi Station. I visited the restaurant a little after 6 pm and found that there were no other customers inside. The restaurant had a counter with 12 fixed round stools, self-service water, and you order directly. This time, I ordered the large serving of pork and chicken ramen. After a short wait, they brought it to me personally, not over the counter. The noodles were medium straight noodles in a soy-based pork bone soup. I was impressed by the deep and gentle taste of the delicious soup. The soup was a bit oily, but I personally like it with more oil, so I found it even more delicious. I asked the owner if it was okay to put my jacket on top of the board on the beer case near the entrance, and he said, "It's okay." I received a free gyoza coupon, and after finishing my meal, I said, "The soup is delicious," and left the restaurant. Thank you for the meal! I will visit again. Pork and chicken ramen.

Visited the store around 1 pm after the first three days of the new year. I had trouble finding a place to eat for lunch as many places were closed until the 5th, but the atmosphere and the words "pork bone and chicken broth" caught my attention and I decided to go in. There were 4 customers already inside. I ordered the pork and chicken ramen for 650 yen and paid at the same time I placed my order. I noticed they also accepted Rakuten Pay and PayPay after paying in cash, which I didn't expect. On the table, there were pickled vegetables, garlic, chili bean paste, and black pepper. The atmosphere felt like it was a Hakata-style ramen shop. I waited for about 5-6 minutes and was surprised to see thick noodles, firm bamboo shoots, one slice of chashu, and two seaweed sheets. There was a lot of chicken oil in the soup. The soup was piping hot and the noodles were chewy. It was a bit strange, not sure if it was a house-style ramen. The excessive oil was a bit concerning, but it was delicious! As I looked around the shop, I noticed that they offered free extra noodles (during lunchtime?). I considered getting the same thick noodles as an extra, but when I ordered it, I received a different type of noodles! It reminded me of a similar experience I had at a house-style ramen shop in Kanagawa in the past. I added the pickled vegetables for some extra flavor, but they turned out to be quite spicy. It was the spiciest I've ever had. I was a bit overwhelmed by the overall experience, but I would like to visit again and enjoy it more next time. Thank you for the meal!

Today's lunch was at Edoichi in Oimachi. The restaurant is located just a short walk from Oimachi Station under the arcade. This place is known for its double soup made with pork and chicken. I ordered the pork and chicken ramen with gyoza set. The broth was light and different from the usual pork bone broth, likely due to the slight saltiness of the chicken. It was necessary to have water on hand. The noodles were thinner compared to Hakata-style ramen.

I topped my black chicken and pork ramen with green onions at a ramen shop right near Oimachi Station. The soup, made with both pork bones and chicken bones, contains black garlic and is delicious. The noodles are medium thickness with a good texture. The dumplings have thick skins and are filled with plenty of meat. They are filling and offer good value for money!

Today I visited Oimachi. I stopped by a ramen shop called Edoichi while transferring. This shop serves both ramen and tsukemen, with a double soup of chicken and pork bone as their specialty. The small shop has only about 10 seats at an L-shaped counter. It was past 1 pm and there were no customers when I arrived, but 2 people came in later. There were 2 staff members, a man and a woman, with the man who seemed to be the owner mainly working in the kitchen. Self-service for water was available, but the water lever was broken, and there was no ticket vending machine, so payment was made before ordering. I ordered the 670 yen Ton Tori Ramen (pronounced ton tori) right away. After paying, they gave me a free gyoza coupon. The ramen was ready in 3 minutes and had a visual that reminded me somewhat of a home-style ramen. When I tried the soup, it was indeed a combination of pork bone and chicken white soup, with a soy sauce base and surprisingly light flavor. The noodles were medium-thick and straight, with a good chewy texture. The toppings included chashu, bamboo shoots, spinach, green onions, and double seaweed. I later realized that there was a free lunch service, but there was no specific information provided about it. The taste was good, but the ramen shop seemed a bit unclear about its rules.

Visited a ramen shop a little before 1 pm on a regular Tuesday. The shop had an L-shaped counter with 8 seats. There were 2 customers before me and 3 after me. This shop operates on a system where you need to verbally place your order and pay in advance. They offer ramen with chicken and pork broth, pork and chicken with black ma oil, and pork and chicken with seafood broth. I ordered the pork and chicken ramen for 670 yen with an extra portion for 200 yen. During lunch hours (11:00-14:00), you can get a small bowl of rice or extra noodles for free, along with a seasoned egg, hot spring egg, seaweed, or raw egg. You need to specify what you want, otherwise, you won't receive it automatically. I asked for a raw egg. The ramen was served in about 8 minutes. It came with a small piece of pork, 2 seaweed sheets, spinach, bamboo shoots, green onions, and a complimentary raw egg. The appearance was similar to a traditional ramen shop. The soup was a rich pork and chicken double soup with black ma oil. It had a good amount of fat and a strong flavor, reminiscent of traditional ramen but with its own unique twist. The noodles were medium-thin and straight. The extra portion was substantial, equivalent to 2 servings. Overall, it was a satisfying bowl of ramen to end the meal.

I was curious about Edoi in Oimachi. I had the pork and chicken ramen for 670 yen with a free small rice. It has a traditional taste that I like, but as I kept eating, I started sweating like a waterfall. My body reacts to spices, so maybe there is an excessive amount of chemical seasoning? The free small rice was really small. It's a taste that makes me want to come back again. Thank you for the meal.

Well, reviews are just personal opinions, so there's no need to worry about them. I wonder how much those people complaining about the price on Google or Tabelog are getting paid. The ramen was delicious, what more do you want for 670 yen? They even pay attention to the noodles and bring it to your table. I'm grateful, so grateful! The pork broth and chicken oil were exquisite. These kinds of restaurants are treasures in the community. Thank you for the meal. Looking at the photos makes me crave it. Yum.

On 2020/04/18 (Saturday) for dinner, I felt like having ramen nearby, so I decided to stop by this place. I used to come here occasionally before, but I think this is my first time since I started reviewing on Tabelog. The restaurant has been around for a long time in Oimachi, as I've been told. I arrived around 5 pm, and I was the only customer. By the time I finished eating, another person came in, so there were only two customers in total. It's the current situation, after all. I ordered the standard pork and chicken ramen with a seasoned egg topping. There's no ticket machine, so you tell the staff your order and pay on the spot. I remember before you could choose the type of noodles, but it seems they don't offer that anymore. As long as they serve a combination they're confident in, I think that's fine. Also, I heard that a small serving of rice was included as a service, but when I looked around the restaurant, there was a notice saying that either a small serving of rice or an extra noodle refill was complimentary. In other words, whether you choose rice or an extra noodle refill, you need to call the staff. Today, it's been raining heavily all day, so I haven't been moving around much, so I was thinking of giving up on the service, but maybe it's okay to indulge a little, no, I should resist, no, I should resist, and while I was having this internal struggle, the ramen arrived. The noodles and soup were plentiful, and it was quite filling. In that case, I'll pass on the service. I'd gladly accept it if it came automatically. (What are you doing, haha) When I tried it, the soup had a good balance of chicken and pork flavors, and it wasn't too porky, making it easy to eat. With spinach on top and a soy sauce base, it may look like a house-style ramen, but since it's made with chicken broth and leans towards a lighter taste, it feels like something different. Adding some spicy pickled mustard greens and grated garlic from the table enhances the spiciness and aroma, making it even better. The umami of the chicken in the soup is really delicious. The noodles are thin and straight, with a smooth texture that suggests they may have added more water, which I like. They serve 200 grams, so it's quite satisfying. The chashu was standard, and the bamboo shoots were tender at the tips. The seasoned egg was perfectly cooked, with the yolk and the surrounding white being almost runny. It has an old-fashioned ramen shop feel, but it's still very delicious and good ramen, in my opinion.

Due to the worsening situation of the new coronavirus, the government will issue a "state of emergency" tomorrow, the 7th. If this is declared, there is a possibility that ramen restaurant visits, like the one at "Edoichi," may no longer be possible due to restrictions. Therefore, before the "state of emergency" is declared, I decided to make a final visit to satisfy my ramen cravings and visited "Edoichi" for the first time. It was located near JR Oimachi Station, between "Bujutsuka" and "Musashika Oimachi Branch," both of which offer free rice all day with unlimited refills. The interior of "Edoichi" had a counter seating arrangement in an L-shape, and there was only one other customer before I entered. I followed my own measures for preventing the risk of coronavirus infection, so I proceeded with my visit. The ordering system was unique, with no ticket vending machine, and I had to place my order and pay in advance through verbal communication with a quiet male staff member in his 50s or 60s. I ordered the default ramen with soft noodles for 670 yen including tax, and also received a complimentary small serving of rice. The ramen was served in about 6 minutes. The soup lacked the typical thick and heavy characteristics of a traditional ramen, instead having a taste closer to Chinese soup with a clear and mild flavor, accompanied by a light pork bone taste. Although it lacked a distinctive richness, the clear and flavorful soup was easy to enjoy. The noodles, cooked to a soft texture, were different from the typical thick noodles used in ramen, resembling thick Chinese noodles. The complimentary small serving of rice was more like a bite-sized portion rather than a small serving. I ordered an additional small serving of rice, which was slightly larger than the complimentary portion. There were no other customers during my visit, but it is likely to get busier as the evening approaches. That was my experience at "Edoichi."

I ordered the chicken and pork bone ramen with gyoza set! The shop gives off the image of a milky pork bone broth, but the ramen was actually soy sauce-based. The taste was decent and didn't leave a strong impression. Good enough for a meal! The gyoza was small but deliciously crispy! I recommend pairing the gyoza with beer here.

Three people wandering in Oimachi late at night looking for a place to eat. After wandering around, they ended up settling here. They sat at the counter and ordered the basic menu item, pork and chicken ramen. The default noodle portion of 200g is quite filling. The ramen that came out had the appearance of a tonkotsu-style ramen. The soup was a mild blend of emulsified chicken broth and pork soup. It was easy to drink and just right after a night of drinking. The noodles were not as thick as tonkotsu ramen but had a chewy texture that was quite good. The 200g portion definitely filled up the stomach. The toppings included one slice of chashu, one sheet of seaweed, green vegetables, and bamboo shoots. While it looked like tonkotsu ramen, it was interestingly different when tasted. It would be even better if they offered a choice of thin noodles as an option for the finish, but overall, it was a decent bowl of ramen.

...It's just overly salty...I used a coupon for a large serving, but when I received it, it was clearly less than 400g after cooking...I feel like I got a lot less than what was advertised...The restaurant seems to be using the "service" as a way to attract customers, but the food was not good...I also couldn't use the coupon with the rice service they offered...It felt like they were trying to cover up the lack of flavor with sesame oil...It tasted like hot water with sesame oil! This is just my personal opinion, please judge for yourself! Thank you.
