I went to Ramen Uroko in Nihonbashi at 11:30 on Sunday. It was not as impressive as when I lined up and ate at the store in Ibaraki. It's also concerning that there were no other customers on Sunday, and the part-time staff seemed bored and like they were watching me. The salt ramen was nothing special.

Lunchtime was a struggle to decide what to eat, but when I saw the sign for chilled sea bream ramen, I was drawn in. I bought a meal ticket and found myself sitting at the counter in no time. The soup had a slightly red jelly and a clear broth with a refreshing touch of clam and yuzu, giving it a cool appearance. The soup, made from sea bream stock, had a gentle flavor and a sharpness that was nicely balanced. I couldn't stop slurping it up. Mixing the plum jelly with the soup made it even more refreshing. The thin noodles had just the right amount of wheat flavor without overpowering the gentle and refreshing taste of the broth. This chilled ramen was the perfect pick-me-up for the hot afternoon, giving me the energy to keep going. It was a delightful meal.

A refined salt ramen with a fragrant bonito flavor! The soup is light and delicious, with the aroma of bonito filling your nose and the umami flavor spreading in your mouth. The noodles are well-coated in the soup and go perfectly with the toppings! By adding yuzu pepper for flavor variation, the dish remains satisfying until the last bite. I truly enjoyed this delicious bowl of ramen.

I found a place serving chilled sea bream ramen while I was thinking about what to have for lunch. The dish consists of chilled sea bream soup with plum jelly on top. As you eat, the flavor changes and it's quite enjoyable. Plums are great for summer fatigue and lack of appetite. #RamenUroko #ChilledSeaBreamRamen #NambaGourmet #NambaLunch #Ramen #LimitedNoodles #OsakaRamen

I went for lunch around 2pm!! I ordered the Shio Ramen with seasoned egg for 950 yen. It's the kind of ramen that you feel like eating regularly. The broth is more like a dashi, so you'll want to drink it all up. The seasoned egg is also delicious and adds a lot to the dish. It's so tasty that you won't get tired of eating it every day. Delicious Shio Ramen!

A quiet and elegant ramen shop with a pleasant atmosphere. The salt ramen is excellent, but I don't go often because I tend to overeat. The fried rice is really delicious. It's well seasoned but not too heavy. I always end up ordering it. The ramen is simple with a salt flavor, yet has a deep taste.

I happened to come across a busy ramen shop and decided to stop by. I had the chashu ramen, which was filled with lots of chashu slices and made me very happy. It was delicious enough to make me want to visit regularly. I hope they open a branch near my house.

Even though it's called Namba, it's quite far south, around Namba Komedera. As it's getting hot, I thought maybe salt ramen would be good once in a while. It was around 11:45 am on a weekday, and customers were coming and going one after another. I was also tempted by the soy sauce ramen, but first, I tried the recommended salt ramen. It arrived in just under 10 minutes. The bonito flakes were fluffy on top, and the soup was clear and light. The balance between the noodles and the soup was exquisite! This ramen really seeped into my tired stomach. Adding yuzu pepper made it even more flavorful. I finished it all in one go. Next time, I think I'll try the soy sauce ramen with yakimeshi on top.

When it comes to salt ramen, it has to be Ryu. In my opinion, it's a place where you can respect light ramen. Despite trying various menu items, I found that the salt ramen was the most delicious. The fried rice was a bit lacking in something, I personally felt. It seemed like it was missing a punch, not just pepper.

I went shopping in Namba and decided to eat ramen without thinking too much. I randomly walked into a restaurant without researching and ordered the first thing I wanted: soy sauce ramen. It arrived quickly. I took a sip of the soup. Huh? It's delicious? I slurped the noodles. Huh? It's really delicious? I finished it in no time. It was my first time visiting, but I was completely satisfied with the meal. Amazing.

I entered the restaurant as soon as it opened. After that, a few more customers came in. I was torn between soy sauce and salt, but this time I went with the salt that the restaurant recommended. On Tabelog, it seems like soy sauce is more popular. The broth is light with a strong chicken flavor and delicious. The chicken broth is not too strong and just right. The yuzu pepper I added halfway through also goes well with it!

I usually avoid ramen, but decided to give it a try today based on the recommendation of a colleague who always eats delicious-looking ramen. The salt ramen is apparently the popular choice, but I was in the mood for soy sauce today so I went with that. It was delicious! Light and easy to eat. The place was crowded, so I wonder if it's only today or if it's always like this.

Today's weekday lunch outing took me to a ramen shop in Namba. I have visited a few of their locations before, but I have yet to try their recommended dish, the salt ramen. So, today I decided to give it a try. The shop is located more towards the Nipponbashi side, known as Otaroado. It seems like they have been open for about a year, and the interior is clean and tidy. I ordered the flavored egg salt ramen for around 950 yen. The salt ramen was served promptly, and I noticed a thin layer of back fat on the surface. This must be the essence of their salt ramen. The noodles were surprisingly thick and slightly curly, giving a chewy texture. The soup was lighter than I expected, but it had a certain stickiness to it that kept building up in flavor. It wasn't heavy like junk food, but it wasn't light either. The dashi flakes on top added a refreshing Japanese touch. The soup was quite hot, but I finished it in no time. It was truly a unique salt ramen experience. Now, should I go visit a maid cafe for some moe vibes? (laughs)

I went before 2pm on a regular day and got in quickly. I ordered the salt ramen + grilled rice set for 1,100 yen. I thought it was bonito flakes, but surprisingly it was chicken broth. The salt ramen has a hint of chicken flavor, which is nice. It's perfect for when you want a light ramen as a finish after drinking, not too heavy.

I underestimated the ramen scene in the area, but I was proven wrong. Recently, there are many ramen shops and I tried one for the first time in Namba. Surprisingly, the bonito flakes paired well with the salt ramen, and the yuzu pepper on the side was a nice touch for flavor variation. Despite the visible oil, the taste was gentle. I have found another ramen shop that I must visit again.

Today (3/7), after having a disappointing bowl of ramen in Dotonbori, I returned to Namba to visit this shop for a second meal. This shop's specialty is salt ramen, as indicated by the large sign outside and the note on the ticket machine saying, "The basic item is salt ramen." However, today I purchased a ticket for "Tamari Shoyu Ramen (850 yen)" and took a seat at a table. The bowl arrived promptly, with a dark soup topped with chashu, bean sprouts, chopped green onions, and plenty of fish flakes. The medium-thick curly noodles peeked out from the top. When I slurped the soup with a spoon, it was a fantastic soup with a deep and rich flavor! Choosing soy sauce instead of salt was definitely the right decision. The noodles had a firm texture, almost like thick udon noodles, and were also delicious! I came to this shop to refresh my palate after a disappointing first bowl of ramen, but instead of that, I became engrossed in this very delicious soy sauce ramen that made me forget about the previous bowl.

At a famous salt ramen shop, I tried their soy sauce ramen. The soup, despite its dark color, had a gentle flavor that I couldn't have imagined. The pepper added as default was a nice touch! When I went on a business trip to Namba, I went out for lunch and everywhere was packed. I was searching for a good restaurant behind Namba Station and came across this place. Luckily, there was a seat available and I was half skeptical, but it turned out to be a great choice. It was the most delicious noodles I have ever had, the soup and noodles were perfectly combined and I finished every last drop. It was a chance encounter while passing by. By the time I was leaving, more customers had arrived and it was full. Delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the restaurant hoping to find Omi-so limited edition items, but unfortunately, they were not available. I decided to try the spicy mixed noodles and half yakimeshi. The noodles had a variety of colorful toppings like minced pork, chopped green onions, chicken broth, and a soft-boiled egg. The noodles had a moderate spiciness level that was enjoyable for me, but might not be enough for those who love really spicy food. I added some vinegar halfway through which added another layer of flavor. The yakimeshi was simple but delicious, best enjoyed before the noodles. Overall, it was a satisfying meal, and I look forward to trying their ramen next time.

The Ajitama Shio Ramen (950 yen) is gentle and light, but the soup has depth from the back fat and flavored oil. The noodles are chewy flat curly noodles. The thinly sliced chashu with chicken broth and pickled daikon was delicious! I tried adding yuzu pepper as recommended for the second half, but I felt like the soup's flavor was overpowered by the punch of the yuzu pepper, so I preferred it without. The boiled egg seemed firm at first, but the yolk was sweet and tasty! The service was good, but the noise from the washing area was surprisingly loud. Haha.
