I was taken here for my birthday. The appetizers were cute and delicious, and the meat was amazing. The attentive service was a plus. The wine recommendations made the meat taste even better. Highly recommended for celebrations! :)

The birthday celebration course included dishes such as lobster, medium fatty tuna, cutlet with homemade Worcestershire sauce, foie gras, and a delicious steak at the end. The drinks were a bit pricey, but considering the amount of meat served at this price, it is understandable. I wished the truffle caviar had a stronger aroma, but overall, the Kobe beef, truffle, fava beans, Beluga caviar, sea urchin, lobster, abalone, medium fatty tuna, corn sauce, Kobe beef sirloin, truffle, white asparagus, black beef tongue grilled steak, foie gras, blood orange sauce, vintage balsamic, organic vegetable salad, Kobe beef grilled steak (Kobe beef Chateaubriand, Kobe beef sirloin), special Kobe beef curry pasta, milk ice cream, and chocolate ice cream were all delicious.

I visited the restaurant for a friend's wedding celebration and was looking for delicious meat. At first, they showed me a chunk of meat which got me excited. I wanted to eat a lot, but usually with set courses in restaurants, I can't finish everything, so I was happy to find a Short Course option. Even with the Short Course, I was able to get full. We were in a private room that was closed off, but just when our drinks were running out, the staff came in quickly, which surprised me. The service and the food were both wonderful.

I used it for a friend's birthday celebration. The main dish, the steak (ordered the Chateaubriand), had a delicious flavor and perfect cooking thanks to the oven grilling, but the rest of the dishes were not very memorable. The appetizers had luxurious ingredients but the flavors were not particularly outstanding, just enjoying the sense of luxury. The truffles were sliced and sprinkled from a container, so we couldn't enjoy the fresh aroma, which was disappointing. The dessert was simply scooped out of a Tupperware container and placed on a plate. It was the first time I felt so let down by a dessert to end a meal. But what bothered me the most was the staff interaction. Our service was very polite and friendly, but the exchanges we saw from our counter seats were quite off-putting and could ruin the experience of even the most delicious food and lovely atmosphere. It was repeated throughout our stay, so it didn't seem like just a one-time thing. (I can't go into details here for a certain reason...) It was my friend's birthday celebration, and it was very unpleasant to witness such a negative scene and I felt sorry for my friend. Considering the high prices, it's important to prioritize hospitality within the visible range of customers. For those who really want to go, I recommend using a private room to avoid seeing such things and enjoy the experience.

The Chateaubriand was truly amazing. From the appetizers to the dessert, everything was delicious. I opted for the light course at 15,000 yen with an additional beef tongue option and upgraded the meat to Chateaubriand. - Truffle cream brulee - Uni and caviar, salmon and scallop, lobster and bottarga - Adding the beef tongue was the right choice! - Salad - at this timing?! - Chateaubriand comparison - compared Kobe beef and Matsusaka beef. Could feel the difference! - Curry pasta - surprisingly good - Dessert was a choice of sorbet - fruit flavors were delicious! The alcohol was surprisingly expensive, with one drink costing over 2,000 yen - Champagne 2,000 yen, red wine 3,000 yen. The taste was exceptional, but with the service charge, the total came to 57,000 yen, which is quite pricey. Whether it's worth paying that much is subjective. I wish it was a bit cheaper.

I used this restaurant for my anniversary with my spouse. The service from the staff was excellent throughout, making for a pleasant dining experience. The flavors of the dishes were almost all handmade by the chef, and you could feel the care put into them. However, compared to the price and the reviews on Tabelog, the meat dishes didn't stand out significantly from other restaurants, and I didn't feel like going back just for the taste. Nevertheless, I think the overall presentation was wonderful, so I'll leave this review at that.

I enjoyed myself at the counter in Ginza. The chef's explanations to the customers were polite. The dishes were very delicious, emphasizing the taste of the ingredients. Kenzo's half bottle of wine was expensive, but it allowed me to fully enjoy Ginza. The total bill for two people was 100,000 yen, including 30,000 yen for food, 35,000 yen for the half bottle of wine, and 2 beers. However, the staff were too strict with the chef. That kind of approach is outdated and should be stopped. The chef's skills are top-notch, and I hope any issues are resolved before they escalate. I will see if there are any improvements next time I visit.

The meat served here is all Kobe beef, including the appetizers! The tartare and truffle are too luxurious for appetizers and delicious. The seafood is all top-notch in flavor, all on one plate, making it luxurious! The Kobe beef tongue has no unnecessary fat, allowing you to fully enjoy the tenderness, sweetness, and umami. The comparison between Kobe beef and Matsusaka beef Chateaubriand. Matsusaka beef had a bit more fat. It's a matter of preference. And the unique way of grilling. Although we couldn't see where it was being grilled, they say that the meat juices don't spill unnecessarily and the outer surface is smoky. The former is certainly true. There is almost no meat juice on the plate. The latter, honestly, I thought was unnecessary, but maybe it's a unique experience that can only be had here? I'll give it a 3.0 for being worth the price of twenty thousand yen.

In a corner of Ginza, a city of gourmet, we first enjoyed a delicious jab (appetizer), followed by some seafood, then prepared some delicious beef tongue, amazing! Finally, we had Chateaubriand, a comparison between Matsusaka beef and Kobe beef. It wasn't decided from the beginning, they asked at the table which one we wanted, including chuck eye roll and sirloin. There was also Chateaubriand available, of course at different prices. Of course, the number one choice was Chateaubriand. By asking in front of everyone, we decided to go with Chateaubriand. My will was weak, and with a little alcohol in me, I ended up saying, "Let's go with Chateaubriand since we're here!" It was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. We even had a delicious dessert. I wanted to eat oven-baked steak, so I visited this restaurant. Teppanyaki is also delicious, but personally, I think the oven-baked steak is tastier. The high temperature charcoal direct fire, far infrared radiation, and convection heat from the brick's heat storage result in a crispy surface and juicy inside. Probably any restaurant would be good, but once you try oven-baked steak, you will understand!

The tongue was incredibly delicious! I wanted more foie gras. I compared Kobe beef and Matsusaka beef Chateaubriand, and I think I prefer Matsusaka - it was tender and delicious! Kobe beef had a bit more chewiness, and my companion preferred it! Both were tasty. I also liked the smoked salmon!

I compared Chateaubriand and sirloin steak. Both were 100g each and cooked in a hearth, so the meat was juicy and the outside was crispy with a good amount of salt. The meat was delicious, but as expected, the sirloin had more fat and was a bit difficult to finish. For those who are not a fan of fat, thin slices of marbled meat may be more suitable, and for steaks, I preferred eating them grilled on an iron plate (also for the performance aspect). The appetizers like lobster and medium fatty tuna, as well as the dessert ice cream, were tasty. The organic vegetable salad with dressing was also delicious, but I wished for a bit more luxury in terms of using unique vegetables or cutting techniques to enhance the experience. Visually, it felt like something that could be made at home. Although not shown in the photos, it seems that bread and Echire butter are refillable. I personally preferred the bread to be a bit warmer. The white wine was delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant exuded a high-end vibe. The menu also includes foie gras, caviar, and truffles, offering the chance to try some of the world's three major delicacies. While I understand the Ginza pricing, if given the same price range, I might opt for a different restaurant in the future. However, for those interested in trying hearth-grilled steak for the first time or looking for a chic atmosphere to bring a female companion, this restaurant may be a perfect choice.

I made a reservation through Tabelog and visited this restaurant. They had both Kobe beef and Matsusaka beef. I ordered the Chateaubriand as my main dish. I tried both types of beef and found that Matsusaka beef was more robust, while Kobe beef was more tender. Both were delicious in their own way.

I chose the 22,000 yen course! I upgraded the meat level so it ended up being around 28,000 yen, but oh well. I had Chateaubriand and fillet. The Chateaubriand was softer! The fillet was a bit overcooked and firm, but well, it's Kobe beef so it's delicious, right? The course also included seafood, which was nice! We drank two bottles of Champagne Henriot and it came to 93,000 yen for two people~ ♥

The meat was very powerful,,, to Ginza Kokoro. The chef was also very friendly and easy to talk to, making the meal enjoyable.
