2023/8『Ginza Shabusen』✨✨Akiton (・・) It's a classic meal. The restaurant opened in 1971 and is a pioneer in the shabu-shabu restaurant industry. It is located just a 1-minute walk from Ginza Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, on the 2nd basement floor of the Ginza Core Building. Suddenly craving shabu-shabu (laughs), the "individual pot" is a feature, with the staff of the restaurant lined up in a circle, each with their own pot. This way, you don't have to share a pot with strangers, which is a nice feature for women. So, how does the food taste (*´∇`)ノ ■ Shabu-shabu set meal A 3,000 yen (excluding tax) <Japanese beef loin 70g, pork loin 70g> Not Wagyu, but you can enjoy both beef and pork. ⚫ Asparagus Tofu This is a specialty of the restaurant. Asparagus topped with egg tofu and plenty of mayonnaise. Hmm, refreshing. ⚫ Beef loin, pork loin, Chinese cabbage, tofu, shirataki ⚫ Additional Japanese pork loin (Kirimura Kogen Pork) 50g 650 yen ◇ Sesame sauce This sesame sauce is rich. There is no sauce of this level outside of this restaurant. Enjoy it with plenty of garnished green onions and homemade chili oil (I go there for this). ◇ Soy sauce dip for children. It's not displayed in the store (order "soy sauce dip" to get it). It has a unique taste. I like this sauce too (//∇//) Ah, I'm satisfied (ノД`) It was a happy moment. Hmm, delicious as always ✨✨ Just a simple meal of beef loin, pork loin, and vegetables, but it becomes delicious with this special secret sauce. ⚫ Matcha ice cream with sweet red beans. The sweet red beans are still firm. It's refreshing in the mouth. ◼ The service is good. ◼ The prices are reasonable. Akiton (・・) It's a classic meal. I've been going to this restaurant since I was a child, but it closed temporarily on August 6, 2023 due to the demolition of the Core Building. It will reopen for business at Exit Melsa on August 24, 2023. I wonder if I was called here today. Satisfied dinner, I will continue to visit the new location. I have only been in Tokyo for about two years, but I have been visiting Shabusen Ginza Core store twice a month. Unfortunately, it is closing down for reconstruction. The uniqueness of solo shabu-shabu has gained attention due to the pandemic, and I think their foresight was spot on. The new store will open right in front of us on August 24th, and I will continue to visit frequently. Thank you for your hard work for a long time (even though I am a newcomer). I have high expectations for the future.

Located on the B2 floor of a core building directly connected from Ginza Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. It seems that they will be relocating to Melsa, just across Ginza Street soon. I sat at a circular counter seat and used the pot set in front of me. First, I ordered the lunch set A and a draft beer. I also ordered the domestic pork loin as an addition and had it with rice. There were two types of dipping sauces: one with ponzu and grated daikon, and the other with ponzu and sesame. Lastly, I poured the sauce into the soup that was made for me. The dessert was orange sherbet. It was delicious.

The usual shabu-shabu place. It's a bit inconvenient that you can't get a number card unless everyone is present. It was a Thursday, but it seemed less crowded than usual. The consistent deliciousness and service are excellent. It would be even better if the wine was a little drier.

This is truly a dream place for shabu-shabu! Before opening, there was a long line of people of all ages and nationalities waiting outside the restaurant. Inside, it was packed and quite shocking! The restaurant's design was like nothing I had ever seen before. Everyone eating looked like they were having a great time! I also focused intently on the meat in front of me and enjoyed my meal. Definitely worth a visit!

It's a shabu-shabu restaurant with only counter seats, but there are quite a lot of seats available. Each person gets their own hot pot. They serve A5 Wagyu beef (100g) and domestic pork loin "Kirifuri Kogen Pork" (50g). They also offer unlimited rice, red bean porridge, and both hot and cold soba noodles. The place is popular among both foreigners and Japanese people, and it's so busy that they are planning to relocate to the Exit Melsa building across the street.

I usually don't eat shabu-shabu very often because I feel that it has a limited range of flavors compared to steak, yakiniku, and sukiyaki. I didn't have high expectations when I visited this restaurant for a work gathering. However, my initial impression started to change from the appetizers. The avocado tofu appetizer was amazing, especially with the mayonnaise. As for the meat, I opted for the cheapest course and it was more than enough. The highlight was the sesame sauce, which was fantastic. It was spicy at first, different from regular sesame sauce, but I became addicted to it with each bite. Eating it with green onions made it even more delicious. The green onions were constantly replenished, so I could enjoy them without worry. The cold noodles for dessert were unlimited and delicious. The meal ended perfectly with kudzu starch noodles. Overall, it was a flawless course and I was completely satisfied. I will definitely go back again.

I visited around 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. The building itself was being demolished, so it was quiet, but the restaurant was crowded. I recommend the places where each person can eat their own hot pot. The staff checked the progress carefully and gave appropriate feedback. The meat was delicious.

I learned about a restaurant where you can enjoy shabu-shabu by yourself. It's located just 1 minute from Ginza Station on the Ginza Line, which is convenient. I arrived at 11:56 on a weekday and there were 7 people ahead of me, but I was able to be seated by 12:06. The turnover seemed good, so it's easy to use. I was in a hurry to eat, so I finished by 12:30, which is why I think it's convenient to use even when you're short on time. You could choose between rice, sweet red bean porridge, and noodles, but I accidentally chose rice. I wanted the sweet red bean porridge...笑

I often use it for lunch. Shabu-shabu lunch set A. You can eat as much as you want, so you can get full. It's in Ginza, but you can easily use it even if you are alone. Unfortunately, it will be relocated, but it is close by so it is easy to go.

I have been coming to Shabusen with my family since I was a child. I love the appetizer of asparagus tofu, which has a unique and delicious flavor. They offer courses ranging from 3000 to 5000 yen, with a good amount of meat including beef and pork that is just right for women to eat. They only have counter seats. For dessert, you can choose from options like kuzukiri or ice cream zenzai, and I chose the seasonal cherry blossom ice cream zenzai, which was amazing. It's very popular among foreign tourists, so make sure to make a reservation early to avoid waiting in line. The quality of the meat is consistently delicious.

One of my favorite restaurants. I have been coming to this restaurant since 1988. The taste has not changed for nearly 35 years, incredibly delicious and worth the money. The restaurant moved to a new location in July this year, and I am looking forward to going back again.

When I was a new working adult, I heard about a place where you can eat delicious shabu-shabu in a short time. I couldn't visit for a while after having children, but I finally had some alone time and decided to go. I was torn between shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, but after months of craving, I chose sukiyaki. I wrapped the sukiyaki meat with leeks before putting it in the pot, but it wasn't that great, so I don't recommend it, haha. The appetizer was yuba, and dessert was pear sherbet. It was so delicious! Even though busy days are ahead, I feel like I can get through them!

The best shabu-shabu at Cospa. I really love this place now. It's only available in Yokohama and the Ginza store, but there were quite a few tourists. The set menu starts from 3000 yen, so you can choose good quality meat or go for a cheaper option if you're mainly there for drinks. It's a versatile restaurant that I've come to love!

Service lunch B soy sauce ramen with tofu was a healthy and delicious choice. I would like to visit again. I went on a Saturday afternoon and had to wait for about 3 groups. The entrance looked upscale which made me hesitate a bit, but the inside of the restaurant was spacious and enjoyable for both solo diners and groups.

Today, I visited Shabusen in Ginza, which I rarely go to. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and the staff's service is excellent. I quickly placed my order for the Eat and Compare Set A [3,300 yen], which includes 70g of domestic beef rib roast and 70g of pork loin. The delicious-looking meat arrived in front of me, which got me excited! I immediately dipped the meat in hot water. First, I tried it with ponzu sauce - delicious! Next, I tried it with sesame sauce - delicious! I also enjoyed the side vegetables and tofu. This warm dish is perfect for the cold weather. Lastly, I had ice cream for dessert. Feeling full and happy, I left the restaurant. I don't often come to Ginza, but if I have the chance, I would like to try a different menu next time.

I ordered Service Lunch A. The meat before putting it in the pot looks big, but it's actually 50g of beef + 50g of pork, along with vegetables, tofu, rice, and ice cream for dessert. At the end, they make soup by adding pepper to the broth. It was decently tasty, but the amount of meat was a bit lacking. The older lady serving us was handling about 5-6 customers at once, taking orders, preparing the final soup, etc. The service was okay. The rice portion was very small, but you could ask for seconds. Maybe it would be even tastier with wagyu beef. I'll give it another try next time. The place was packed with about 10 people waiting in line as soon as it opened. The restaurant was full, but the back room seemed unused. There were some acrylic dividers between tables, but many customers were talking while eating, so social distancing wasn't really being observed. They left one seat empty between each group, but it didn't make much of a difference.

Crowdedness and atmosphere on the day of visit - Visited on a Sunday at 11:05, immediately full with a waiting list of 20 people - Efficient serving and service to ensure cleanliness 4. Customer service - The female staff on duty that day provided excellent service with attentive care and consideration. 5.
