The weather has been getting hotter day by day, and with the consecutive summer days, just wandering outside makes you sweat a little. Since the weather was nice today, it made me even more sweaty. So, I decided to take a little break and eat some shaved ice at this shop. The shop seemed quite popular as it was full inside, and there was a waiting list of 6 groups displayed on the tablet device next to the register. Still, since I didn't have anything else to do afterwards, I decided to wait a bit and entered the shop according to the reservation completed on the device, about 50 minutes later. The interior of the shop had a calm atmosphere with minimal decorations, and it was quite a stylish space. I was seated at the counter, received the menu, and carefully looked at the shaved ice page. The menu was simpler than I expected, with 4 base flavors and the option to add toppings. I chose white honey as the base and asked for one topping. I ordered the "Large Ice" with the flavor of "white honey" and added milk. It wasn't the trendy, Instagrammable kind of shaved ice but rather the classic cone-shaped one where you pour the syrup yourself. The milk was condensed milk, just as I expected. I poured the syrup and milk over the ice, and started eating. Despite the appearance, the ice felt quite compacted when scooped with the wooden spoon. It wasn't a fluffy texture but the type that melts on your tongue, quickly cooling down your mouth. The menu mentioned "one cup of tea included for today," but it was not served until I had eaten quite a bit. The tea was roasted tea, but it didn't have a strong aroma. As I progressed in eating, towards the last third, the ice felt more solid, probably due to the compaction during shaping, resembling more like cracked ice than shaved ice. The overall impression was that the shop focused more on tea, with the shaved ice being more of a side menu, rather than the main attraction. It didn't feel like the kind of place you go with the sole purpose of eating shaved ice.
