On this day, I visited Tsukiji, Higashi-Ginza, and Ginza areas. I am the vice commander of the Diva AQ operation unit. Despite having numerous doctorates, not related to military or defense studies, and being proficient in 13 languages, I lack charisma and popularity. I was appointed suddenly and took over the position of the top commander from Fudou, and I am determined to excel, but I often end up spinning my wheels. I have a hysterical personality, especially struggling with the Element candidates like Apollo. As the episodes progress, I find myself in increasingly unfortunate situations, but my decisiveness in the absence of Commander Fudou in the latter part significantly changed the perception of me. Voiced by Nobuo Tobita. This is "Jean-Jerome Jorge" from "Genesis of Aquarion". The difference in the popularity of the work and the OP is the top anime ranking... yes, it's the familiar "Genesis of Aquarion" (according to my research). The melody and phrase "I've been loving you for 10,000 and 2,000 years ago~ Since 8,000 years ago, I've loved you even more~" became incredibly popular. The climax of the chorus is amazing. Yoko Kanno is truly a genius. Now, this is "Jerome Cheesecake" at Ginza's "Exit Melser". It's a shop inside "Ginza Sweets March" that started a little over a year ago, but some shops have already changed. Ginza sure changes quickly. This is a cheesecake shop supervised by Jerome Kilbov. The cheesecake supervised by Mr. Kilbov, who worked at a three-star restaurant in Spain. When it comes to Spanish cheesecake... it's definitely Basque cheesecake. Baked until the surface is burnt. "Baschy" was a huge hit at convenience stores. I didn't end up trying it. I wonder if they still have it. The "Ginza Sweets March" is not very big, so you can easily find the shop. They only sell cheesecake and coffee. That's simple. The cheesecake comes in a whole and a slice, with no flavor variations, just a straightforward cheesecake. Most early reviewers purchased the slice, but I couldn't resist and bought the whole cake. Here's what I had: - Cheesecake (Whole): The surface is nicely browned, not burnt. It has a distinct color compared to a regular cheesecake. The surface has a fragrant, smoky aroma, and the inside is sticky and gooey, with a rich cheese flavor. It's creamy and very rich, so I eat it slowly... but end up finishing it in one day. A very creamy and rich Basque cheesecake. It's a guarantee that it was born out of the desire for cheese and milk to "combine" (Aquarion reference too much). Thank you for the meal!

I purchased a Basque cheesecake for 980 yen and wondered what it would taste like. The size seemed a bit small. When I took a bite, it was very rich and had a slightly gooey texture, with a sophisticated flavor. Considering the price, I think it's something you can enjoy once.

Basque cheesecake that is small and expensive, like a smartphone. The taste is rich, not necessarily delicious. The cost performance is just too poor. For the same price or less, you can have a satisfying meal at Gasta. Disappointing.

Basque cheesecake slice for 980 yen. It's about 1.5 times the size of a regular slice. The inside is like fondue, with a salty and addictive taste. It goes really well with coffee. I wanted to try the seasonal cherry blossom flavor, but they only have whole cakes. The chocolate terrine also caught my eye.

A Basque cheesecake supervised by Chef Jerome, who trained at the renowned three Michelin-starred restaurant San Pau in Spain. Made with cheeses from Spain and Hokkaido, it offers a complex and rich flavor profile. Priced at 980 yen per piece, it may seem high, but the richness of the cheesecake justifies it. As you move towards the center, the texture becomes moist and the cheese's natural humidity and viscosity increase. Sweet and rich, with a smoky flavor that adds depth, this dessert will captivate sweets enthusiasts. It's a dessert with a sophisticated taste that adults will appreciate.

I had someone buy me this Basque cheesecake and tried it. After taking a bite, I was shocked by how smooth and creamy the inside was. It was really delicious. I have had Basque cheesecakes from other places before, but this one was on another level. The burnt surface, the richness of the cheese, everything was delicious, and before I knew it, the cheesecake was gone. I definitely want to buy it again.

I have been curious about a Basque cheesecake specialty store for a while now, located on the 1st floor of Exit Melsa. Since buying a whole cake was too expensive, I opted for a single slice. Even so, it was quite pricey... - Basque Cheesecake (1 slice) @ 980 yen (tax included) When I brought it home, the cream cheese sauce inside had already melted. The cream cheese sauce was creamy, smooth, and offered a new texture for Basque cheesecake. The burnt surface was quite smoky. As a dessert, it had a mild sweetness and allowed you to enjoy the taste of cheese. It was delicious, but if asked if I would purchase it again, my answer would be no. It's a bit too expensive, even for Ginza. It felt more like a dish than a dessert. Despite the price, I believe there is still demand for it.

Last year, a Basque cheesecake shop opened at EXITMELSA in Ginza. There are many new shops around, and it's quite crowded with people. I visited on a holiday afternoon and was able to enter without much of a wait. They sell only one type of cheesecake, either as a whole or by the slice. On this day, they were already sold out of whole cakes, so I bought a slice. The price was a bit high at 980 yen per slice. I enjoyed the cheesecake at home. It had a crispy surface and a rich cheese flavor that spread in my mouth. The texture was very smooth. The edge of the cake was a bit firmer, which added a nice contrast in texture. Bringing a whole cake as a souvenir might make someone happy.

I was looking forward to it because I heard it was delicious. The packaging is also elegant. The combination of the rich, creamy cheese in the middle and the baked cheese on the outside is excellent. Just one piece of this delicious treat was very satisfying. Thank you for the meal.

I went to "JÉRÔME cheesecake GINZA" in the "Ginza Sweets March" on the 1st floor of EXITMELSA GINZA and got a Basque cheesecake. I reserved a whole cake this time because I had it before and it was really delicious. The Basque cheesecake here has a melting texture, almost like a drink. One whole cake can be eaten by one person. But it's too good to finish in one go, so I'll savor it slowly.

This time it's a mini size. The melting texture inside is better than what I received last time. I feel like it would be even more delicious if slightly warmed. Among commercially available Basque cheesecakes, I think this one is more authentic and delicious than any other famous store's.

Located on the first floor of the Sweets March in Ginza, this is a cheesecake specialty shop. Supervised by Jerome Kerviel, who serves as head chef at a three-star restaurant in Spain, this shop offers Basque cheesecakes. Basque cheesecakes have a rich, smoky cheese flavor with a subtle sweetness, making them a favorite among adults. They also sell whole cakes, making them a great choice for souvenirs.

Jerome Cheesecake in Ginza is located on the first floor of the EXITMELSA building, just a short walk from the intersection of Ginza 4-chome. The first floor of this building opened as Ginza Sweets March in April 2022, with a variety of sweets shops gathered on the floor. It's a place that sweet lovers will absolutely adore. This shop offers Basque cheesecakes created by Jerome, a Modern Spanish chef from Hiroo and Ichigaya. You can purchase the same Basque cheesecakes available at both locations. On this day, I purchased the seasonal Chestnut Basque cheesecake displayed in the showcase. Jerome's Basque cheesecakes have a creamy center that I love. The chestnut flavor was also delicious, and it was my first time trying a chestnut Basque cheesecake. I think it's great that they have seasonal items available. I'm glad I could enjoy the deliciousness of Jerome's creations. Thank you for the meal.

Exit Melsa, a Basque cheesecake specialty shop on the 1st floor of Sweets March. I had been curious since the opening, but I had been avoiding it because I was tired of Basque cheesecake. However, I received information from a gourmet friend that "Chef Jerome's Basque cheesecake is amazing!" Chef Jerome had previously worked at a three-star restaurant, Sanpau. Therefore, this Basque-style cheesecake supervised by a three-star chef can be said to be of high quality. This time, I purchased a whole cake without a reservation and cut it myself. The result was just as rumored. The central part had a level of smoothness that I had never experienced before. I was impressed by the incredibly smooth texture. The outer part was firm but not too sweet, making it easy to eat. I bought a whole cake, so I enjoyed it over several servings. It is recommended not to chill it too much in order to fully enjoy the smoothness. Basque cheesecake can be frozen for storage, so it's okay to buy a lot (although it may be unconventional). It is also possible to purchase a single piece for around 1000 yen.

The inside was creamy and delicious. I always end up eating Basque cheesecake whenever I find it, but personally, I prefer the one in Shirogane. I thought it was tasty, but once you've had it, you might not feel the need to go back due to the cost-performance ratio. It was delicious, thank you for the meal.

After working at Sant Pau and COOK JAPAN PROJECT, Chef Jérôme Quilbeuf, who is now involved in multiple stores, produces a Basque cheesecake. A few years ago, Basque-style cheesecakes became popular, but there were few that were truly authentic to the region. However, this one is clearly well-made. It is delicious when eaten as is, with a good balance of flavors, but if you reheat it in the oven, you can enjoy a taste similar to freshly baked. The texture is creamy inside, and the slightly burnt surface adds to the overall appeal. You can purchase it at the store in Ginza, or order online through their website. There are also other variations available, such as chocolate terrine, which are worth trying. It makes you want to visit his shop someday and try the freshly baked cheesecake there.

The Basque cheesecake is a favorite of my family, so I often buy it as a souvenir. It is located in a prime location on the main street in Ginza, inside a commercial facility. A whole cake costs around 6,000 yen, so it is a bit pricey. We enjoyed it as a family as soon as we got home. When you hold it, you can feel its weight. The first bite reveals a burnt aroma, bitterness, and sweetness. It may be more suited for adults. The rich cheese has a satisfying texture, and surprisingly, the taste doesn't get boring. The expiration date is about 3 days, longer than I expected, which is nice. I would recommend this shop to friends. It would also make a great gift. Thank you for the meal.

A famous chef who was previously featured on TV opened a specialty Basque cheesecake shop. I finally bought one after being curious for a while! It costs a whopping 980 yen per slice! The outside is nicely browned, but the inside is gooey and smooth like cream. Compared to regular Basque cheesecake, it's less sweet, but for someone like me who doesn't eat sweets often, it's still quite sweet. The rich cheese flavor really stands out! Hmm, it's definitely on the pricey side at 980 yen... Unfortunately, it wasn't quite to my taste, but thank you for the meal!

I bought cookies at Shizuka and then stumbled upon this shop while wandering around Ginza Sweets March in Igzit Melsa. It looked delicious, so I bought one piece for 980 yen. A whole cake costs 6,400 yen. It's definitely worth the price, as the Basque cheesecake is really delicious. I would love to buy it again in Ginza. I checked their website and found out they have a collaboration Tonka cheesecake with Blue Bottle Coffee. It seems to be available only at their stores in Hiroo, Roppongi, Minatomirai, and Kyoto Kiya-cho, so I would like to try it there as well.

Savor slowly. I have always thought about enjoying it calmly after receiving it as a gift, and today is the day. From the moment I opened the box, a nice aroma emanated from the grilled edges. The texture is so smooth, like cream, with incredibly fine particles. It goes down smoothly and effortlessly. The grilled edges of the cake do not disappoint in taste. It's hot, so I paired it with a cold black beer. It's amazing how well they go together. It goes well with alcohol. I had it at room temperature, but next time I will try a slightly chilled one from the refrigerator for comparison. I have a feeling that my ways of enjoying it will increase. Ah, delicious. Thank you for the meal.
