The elegant apple flavor of Calvados and the sweet pomegranate flavor of grenadine syrup matched well. They use an original frozen method, and the crunchy ice texture was wonderful. The atmosphere was luxurious and had a sophisticated Japanese style. K's big group consisted of well-known individuals from prestigious companies, many of whom had traveled all over and dined at various places. My mentor, K, is like a superman who embodies benevolence, righteousness, courtesy, wisdom, and trust. He values people and is highly respected by others. He recommended this place saying that his friends would enjoy it, and I could see why. It's perfect for entertaining clients or for a special date. Although the restaurant deserves a perfect score of 5, the prices are a bit high for my budget, so I deducted 1 point. The drinks, including the cocktails, were top-notch and elegant. Overall, it's a place where anyone you bring will think you have great taste! 🌟

This is a Kyoto-specific bar renovated from a machiya (traditional townhouse). It has a fantastic atmosphere with a courtyard that you must see in person. The menu had only a few items listed, so I asked the staff to recommend something, and they served me accordingly. Although the prices were not displayed, they turned out to be reasonable for a typical bar. However, I had to leave early as a customer sitting next to us started smoking heavily. While it's not prohibited, it would be nice if there were some consideration, like separating smoking and non-smoking areas, especially since the place wasn't crowded.

I wandered the streets and my throat was quite parched. The homemade Lemoncello Tonic at the top of the menu was calling my name. It was just the right amount of carbonation to soothe my throat. The Mascarpone cheese with honey drizzle was a bit difficult to eat. It would have been delicious if there was more honey drizzled on it. Although not on the menu, I asked for a Snow Country cocktail to be made. The sugar on the rim of the glass seems to have melted, but the Mint Cherry looks beautiful. The view is lovely here. The garden visible from the counter is also charming.

We had four drinks - a large banana mousse cocktail that was like a fancy shake, a gin and tonic, a highball, and a Normandy espresso cocktail that was flambéed right in front of us. It was delicious, with chocolate on top. For food, we were served a mascarpone and honey langues de chat as a starter, and a cheese platter as a main dish. The quality of the cheese was high, but the portion was a bit lacking.

Glass of Moet & Chandon Champagne - A stable and reliable, delicious champagne that is reasonably priced and can be enjoyed anywhere. The Bollinger here is also offered at a fair price. K Family Original Bloody Mary - A light and tasty cocktail that has a nice kick to it. White wine - Adding a touch of sweetness before heading to the yakiniku restaurant.

It's great that they have counter seats as well as box seats and private rooms in the tatami area, so you can choose your seat depending on the situation. We relaxed on the sofa seats. If someone took me on a date to a place like this, I might just fall in love. Well, it was actually a visit with a group of middle-aged men. After indulging in the homemade Lemoncello Tonic for 900 yen, I opted for a sweet cocktail. The homemade Lemoncello was sweet and sour, enhanced by a touch of salt. The mascarpone cheese with honey as an appetizer was incredibly stylish. The Fresh Pine and Honey Milk Mousse for 1400 yen was my second choice. It was an original carbonated mousse cocktail. The fizzy and creamy foam combined with the sweet and sour pineapple made for a fantastic dessert cocktail. It was a great bar. It's no wonder it's so popular.

I had tried to go a few times, but it was crowded around 9 p.m. on holidays, so I couldn't get in. When I visited with my friends for a pre-dinner drink at the time the restaurant opened on a holiday, there were seats available and we were able to enter. I had my favorite gin and tonic.
