I came to Nishikasai for some business and visited Warm Vegetables for the first time. The restaurant was a bit small, but they had a table available for one person, which was nice. ① The atmosphere was not quiet, it was lively. The voices of the customers next to me were loud. ② The service from the staff was good. ③ The vegetables were quite fresh and delicious. ④ I ordered the main attraction, the 5 types of meat hot pot. It was all-you-can-eat, so I ate a lot. The combination of the hot pot soup, meat, and sauce was excellent. ⑤ Unfortunately, the dessert was not great. I would like to go again with friends. Hot pot is definitely better with more people.

"I felt like having shabu-shabu and 'Onyasai' immediately came to mind. There is a quiet restaurant on the second floor of the building at the north exit of the station. When we asked for a table for two, we were guided to an L-shaped seat and asked if it was our first time at Onyasai. Although it wasn't my first time, I still asked the staff for an explanation. They explained it very smoothly, and then we placed our order. While there was an all-you-can-eat option, I remembered getting too full last time, so this time we ordered the 'Black Wagyu and Premium Pork Set.' We could choose from six different soup bases for the pot, and we chose the spicy hot pot with kelp broth. The vegetables were fresh and plentiful in a bowl, and I especially enjoyed shabu-shabu with lettuce, which turns transparent and tastes great in the hot pot. The meat was neatly arranged in a wooden box, and we enjoyed three different types of meat. Shabu-shabu with thin slices of meat, watching them quickly cook through from pink to done, and dipping them in ponzu sauce was delightful. The kelp broth brought out the sweetness of the meat, and the combination of sweetness and spiciness in the hot pot was excellent! As time passed, the beef stuck to the wooden box and was difficult to pick up, which was a bit disappointing. Finally, we had 'kisimen' noodles for the finish, along with dessert, and overall, we were satisfied."

I went to a decent shabu-shabu restaurant recommended by my gourmet friend. The interior of the restaurant had a calm, woody atmosphere which I liked. The seating was divided by bamboo blinds, so I didn't feel crowded by the people next to me. My friend ordered for us, and soon the meat arrived in individual wooden containers. It had a somewhat luxurious feel to it. There were two types of dipping sauces which made it enjoyable to change up the flavors. The variety of vegetables was quite extensive, which was a delight for vegetable lovers. Perhaps because the closing time was approaching, the impatient attitude of the staff was a bit annoying. Maybe it was because they were all young staff members.

This is a shabu-shabu restaurant located in front of Nishi-Ogikubo Station, part of the "Gyukaku" chain of yakiniku restaurants. They offer a wide range of menu options, from a la carte to set courses and all-you-can-eat, at reasonable prices. The restaurant is known for serving plenty of vegetables, making it a popular choice for many. The seating includes private booths separated by curtains, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. It can get very crowded, especially before holidays or on weekends around 7 pm, so it's recommended to call ahead to check for availability. Reservations are not accepted in the traditional sense, but you can provide your preferred time and party size for them to contact you when a table is available. The shabu-shabu here is a fun experience, with various broth options to choose from, including hot pot, soy milk, and traditional kombu dashi. You can even enjoy a two-flavor pot with a divider in the middle. The all-you-can-eat option is great for those craving a lot of vegetables, with a variety of seasonal offerings. The highlight is the dipping sauces, such as sesame and ponzu, which can be customized with different condiments for a unique taste. The restaurant also offers coupons and service tickets, making it a great choice for budget-conscious diners. It's a perfect spot to warm up and get your vegetable fix during the cold season!

There is a course with all-you-can-eat meat and vegetables. It is recommended because you can eat a lot for a cheap price! The tsukune is also delicious! I like the dim atmosphere of the restaurant.
